Etienne was absolutely a joy to work with as he had me try the beds out that were within the price range I had set. One day to deliver only! Cant wait to sleep on it tonight. The showroom was very neat and clean. Since I hadnt purchased a mattress for years, Jesse, the store manager, gave me a very thorough educational discussion on all the new technologies being used. He then showed me all the options available with the advantages and disadvantages of each. In the end, I found the mattress that best suited my needs. I then went to a store where made their own brand to find their best fit for me. I still liked the Mattress Firm one better. I returned there and purchased the mattress from Jesse. That was yesterday and it will delivered tomorrow. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would recommend that anyone shopping for a mattress visit Mattress Firm.

The worker at the Mattress Firm was very helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me in selecting the perfect mattress and setting up an appointment to get it dropped off at my house. The worker that dropped the mattress off at my house was a very cool dude and I hope he does well in his future endeavors. 10/10 experience.

We needed to exchange our mattress because the one we had for a couple of years with sagging. Mattress firm did not give us any hassle doing this. They approved our warranty claim within a day. We went to the store, and Jesse, the manager helped us get a replacement mattress and it was delivered the next day. We were pleasantly surprised how smoothly this transaction went! Our experience so far has been great. No pressure to purchase the mattress and our salesmen was very patient. We were promised a white glove delivery. The notifications about the delivery were perfect and kept updating me! But, we had to remind the guys to put on their shoe booties. They worked very hard to take away our old bed and bring in our new one. After they left we realized the power back up unit under the bed was hanging and making a bright shadow of light. I called the store and they are having someone come out this week to look at it. I have to buy clips for our sheets as they keep falling off!!! So far we are getting a good night sleep!!! And I’m hoping they can fix our problem…

Thank You Sandy. I telephone this location today because of the mattress that I ordered online kept being delayed due to COVID-19. Sandy patiently answered all my questions and told me that she could help me try and find a mattress that was comparable to the mattress that we had previously ordered. She explained why there was a delay in delivering. Once we got to the store Sandy looked up mattresses in warehouse stock that fit exactly what my daughter wanted, she picked her mattress and an hour later my daughter had her new mattress on her bed. My wife bought a mattress at this store on July 1. She was offered a floor model with a discount. Mattress was delivered July 7 and the driver showed me the mattress had a large bulge. He said to walk on the mattress and give it 4 hours to flatten out. My wife came home and called the manager, and explained the situation. The manger said to wait and we could deal with it in the morning.Next day we go into the store first time and and showed the damage to the mattress, and he said he could not do anything for 21 days, store policies. After a exchange of words, he agreed to give our money back, less 100.00 for delivery.Very poor service, and I would not recommend getting a mattress at this store.

Great place to get bedding, satisfaction is their number ONE priority. They are respectful, patience and understanding of your mattress needs, budget and comfort level. They have a simple guide to help you pick your mattress, yeah a little more involved then just laying on all of them. But you should lay on all of them ...just to be sure -for sure.

This was the first place we looked for a mattress, and Sandy helped us out so much. She was friendly and professional from the moment we walked in. We were unsure of what we were getting, and she methodically helped us narrow it down until we found the perfect bed. We didnt come in looking for a moveable base but she showed us the benefits and we got one of those too! Great financing options and wonderful service all around.

I recently purchased a bunk bed for when my daughter’s family visits and needed to buy mattresses for the bunk bed. Bunk beds require thinner mattresses than normal beds. I had already been to three stores looking for bunk bed mattresses and the few options that I had found were not comfortable. Mattress Firm had several styles to choose from and they were all delightfully comfortable to lie on! Jesse was friendly and professional and I ended up buying three mattresses and three bunkie boards. I can’t wait for my daughter to visit.
