Buyer Beware! They are selling furniture that has glue and rotting wood. Called over after couch broke and they said customers only have 48 hours to report damage or issues with a purchase. AVOID THIS PLACE.

We have revised the wrong chairs with our dining table and I called the owner and he fix the problem super fast! I got the right chairs in minutes. I loved their service! I will be buying from them again. They even gave us a really good deal. Súper recommend

Ive bought a bed here once only to find bed bugs on it the first night of having it. Not to long ago I bought a futon and found bed bugs on it as well.

Went in with an idea of the furniture I wanted. Liked it, quickly bought and was delivered the next day. Easy as pie. The salesperson even gave me 50 bucks off the price. I was happy!!

Bought a daybed from Ace Furniture. The frame is made with subpar wood for something supposed to hold the weight of a mattress and a person. Where they drilled screws in the slacks, unbeknownst to me, one section was slowly cracking. They have a warranty that is basically no good for the quality of furniture they sell. Go somewhere else to get quality furniture for a better price than they are selling at. I wasted good money on something that should have lasted more than a month.

I went in for a new box spring. They gave me options. Paid n on my way and delivered a couple hours after. Perfect.

Well I clearly love these Furniture people because I done bought three beds from them two dressers Im looking to complete a living room from their butts very efficient and fast I even love the delivery service Ill see yall soon

We bought sofa from him 2 months ago. He showed me one a Chinese one. And then delivered a Vietnamese ripoff one. I went to him and he said use it for 1 week of not good then I will pick back up. But it has been 2 months and it has not been comfortable. I went to him and he said I dont sell those brands anymore. And he was really impolite. More like scammers. Wouldnt recommend.

Not giving 5 stars only because outside they had a mattress exactly like one I bought from a different store that I didnt like, but was lucky that the other store was willing to take it back and refund most of my money, which is then why I came to this store and inside was helped by a gentleman that maybe was the owner and I told him I wanted a mattress that didnt sink in the middle and the one he recommended (a white n blue color one) so far seems to be exactly what I was looking for! Not only that but it included delivery and didnt make me wait all day either.Matter of fact he told me it will be about an hour, (when others usually make you wait till end of day), so in my mind I thought: Yeah Right! and so I went on to run other errands thinking I had ample time and sure enough in less than an hour he was calling me to let me know his helpers were on their way!!So, needless to say, I was very pleased!!!

I will never do business with these guys again. I saw a ad on Craigslist for a bed. I arrive to showroom and the guy gives me a different price not realizing that he had posted it lower on Craigslist. I ask about a different size and he calls the manufacturer and quotes me a price but for only the headboard. I tell him I will get back with him. I contact him the following day and want to proceed with ordering it then he changes his story and says he needs to call manufacture to see if they have it. I remind him that I was in the showroom when he called and reminded him of the price he quoted me along with delivery. He then states that they cannot order bed due to a liability issue. Really?

Came in with a description of a night stand and lingerie chest from Coaster that I wanted. They said they make the exact same one from a different company, Crownmark. I get the items delivered and they are not even close. Wrong color, wrong dimensions, everything. Was overcharged for the quality of that brand too. Would never go there again!

Rude & Unprofessional. Have no regard for customer service. When there was a concern-they were rude to me instead of clarifying.

Horrible horrible customer service. Purchased a mattress that was advertised as “New” and a month later it had a huge sinking hole in the middle. Called the store and they kept giving me the go around. Come to find out I was given a used mattress. They refuse to switch out my mattress because he “can’t” find my records after I submitted proof of purchase.
