I have had 3 delivery people since my last purchase at Living Spaces. John my sales person was awesome and walked the floorWith me from one side to the next, it was so helpful. However the delivery team WOW! So nice, accommodating and so respectful…I have a new born at home and she didn’t even notice all the deliveries. My first delivery team was Luis, second team was Enrique but my third team Ludvin Gonzalez went above and beyond for us. Thank you!! Scott was AMAZING! He helped me pick out the comfiest couch that I’ll have for years. He had me cracking up the entire time and also helped design my couch to fit my aesthetic (luckily I had photos of my half unpacked place). It helped that he was a designer as well. Such an amazing experience!
Need a couch?Sectional, L Shape, Leather, cloth, you got choices.What about outdoor furniture, indoor furniture or even a modern cabana?Bed frames, headboards, mattresses or memory foam...there is a variety to choose.The furniture choices are broad and theres even a cool kiddos shopping section.I like that the sales folks are not pushy nor stalkers.Facial coverings are required regardless of vaccination status.Interestingly, the choices here differ from Jeromes and Mors if you are in the mid-range price furniture seeker. IMO, Jeromes is better made than the other two. However, LS has more options. Whats really cool, are the QR codes on each furniture piece and the digital device displays that are accessible throughout the store for easier shopping.
What an easy and smooth experience my husband and I had yesterday. We came in knowing little to nothing about mattresses and left feeling knowledgeable and confident with our purchase. There were several members of the team who helped us with our dozen plus questions.
Good people work here. Went in with my girlfriend to buy a new bed and mattress. Daemon and Monica helped us pick out the right mattress and frame. They made it fun, and even helped keep an eye on our wandering dog while we tested mattresses. Its getting delivered tomorrow. Living Spaces rulesUpdate: we went in Sunday night and the bed was delivered and installed Thursday morning. Good stuff

In store experience is really good. If you never have any issues this is the place to go. If your couch has problems be careful with what they tell you the carefree plan will do. They came once to fix the issue, the same problem happened a month later and then it was I wasnt doing the maintenance required. I was not given an answer to what maintenance I do on the framing of a couch but the second claim was denied. Called the store for help and they just told me to resubmit my claim. Repeated the process to realize calling their customer service team is about closing the issue not helping their customer. Typical chain falling short.
Did most of my looking online to get an idea of what I wanted. But Im the type of buyer that needs to see/touch/feel something before I just buy it. So by the time I made it I to the store I had my choices narrowed down to 3-4 Bedroom sets. Went to the San Diego location and I like the fact that they have everything available to check out on the showroom floor. Once I decided what I wanted the buying process was pretty easy and only took a few minutes. Another plus is they can deliver in a day or two where some places take weeks so I deffenetly like that.
Do NOT purchase from Living Spaces. I will never make that mistake again.I ordered an extending dining room table from them with full-service delivery. After waiting 6 hours for the delivery, they delivered and setup the table; however, they did not bring the two table leaves required for the extension. You would think that would be an easy problem to fix, but dealing with Living Spaces customer service is an absolute nightmare.First, they wont simply deliver the table leaves or allow me to pick them up. Instead, they insist on exchanging the whole table, which means they have to take apart the one they just delivered and bring in and set up a new one. Inefficient, but fine.They scheduled the exchange for a 6 hour window. After waiting the full 6 hours, they NEVER SHOWED UP. After spending another hour attempting to figure out why they never showed, they said the delivery was never put on the truck, so they needed to schedule it again.They then scheduled the exchange for another 6 hour window. After waiting the full 6 hours, they AGAIN NEVER SHOWED UP. After spending several additional hours trying to figure out what happened this time, I was informed that it was not delivered because they did not have it in stock. They just never thought to inform me of that when they scheduled the delivery or anytime thereafter.In total, I have spent 18 hours waiting for delivery and more than 4 hours on the phone and chat with customer service, and I am still no closer to having a functional dining room table.Save yourself the time and effort. Purchase elsewhere.
The employees are horrible. My daughter is inside of the store right now and shes trying to buy a couch. The lady at the counter has been completely rude to her. My daughter is 20 and I recommended her trying to get credit there so she could start establishing herself. Instead of being understanding that we all have to start somewhere, they are treating her like a second class citizen.On top of that my daughter makes good money and goes to college full time. This is very disappointing.
The store had a huge variety. Many options in fabric designs and colors. I love how things are made to order. Elizabeth was super helpful. Very informative and had answers to all of our questions! I would recommend for anyone looking for furniture. I love how they have things for every room and every style.
The staff were all friendly and helpful without being pushy. The couch we really liked was out of stock, but the manager helped us back order it and set us up with delivery options. We had our 3 year old with us, and everyone was nice about her trying out the furniture and playing on a display couch while we worked on our order. I will definitely go back when I need more furniture!
My daughter purchased a white couch from you 6/2020. We purchased your protection plan for Stains. I use to sell fabric protection products. I asked if it covered animal bodily functions. Red wine Stains bodily functions. Today my daughter received a denial on her claim and said it’s not covered. So I’m very aware of the customers rights within the State. You are selling a protection product not standing behind your Protection package. My daughters name is Allison King. First we will make a complaint to the BBB on living spaces and warranty services . The second complaint is to file an insurance claim with the state California against you and Warranty Services and Third file a complaint against the attorney General in the state ofCalifornia. You give retail a bad name. The denial wording very ambiguous on how they replied. I will give you unto October 1,2021 to look into this matter. You are selling a piece of paper that means nothing. Clean my daughters couch if not as you sold on the replacement option. The picture you see is from her cat that used the couch. Which should be covered period.
My boyfriend and I were shopping for a sofa and a bed frame for our apartment, and Agnes was eager to help us! She was friendly and informative, and told us all the info we needed when it came to shipping and delivery times. We ended up buying exactly what we needed with her help! Will totally be coming back to purchase other accessories for our home, as Living Spaces has a huge variety of home decor.
Great stuff. Kimberly was especially nice. Talked to a couple other people who were also very nice but I didnt get their names. I couldnt finish the deal however because bathroom was out of service. I dont fault them tho. But I totally forgot to follow thru on phone so I probably cant get the deal. Another time perhaps

First time shoppers at Living Spaces. We found several items we were interested in, bed frame, sofa, chair, and then started our comparison shopping at other stores. A week later we were back at Living Spaces because the other places did not match up for quality and price. Bed was surprisingly in stock, and the other items are scheduled to arrive shortly. Glad we started shopping here. We’ll definitely be back.

Couch received was not up to the same quality and comfort as the one in the showroom. Also they didnt deliver all of the cushions and customer service said wed have to go to LA (2 hours north of our location) to pick the missing cushion up... I would stay clear and would NOT purchase anything from this company. This was one of the more expensive leather sectionals too.The deliver team was nice and helpful for the items that delivered. Only really good thing I can say about our experience with Living Spaces.Update, back of couch (inner framing) is bowing out conveniently right after the 12 month warranty. So definitely not quality furniture that will stand the test of even a year let alone 5-10 years which is the use I expect from a couch.
Couch shopping makes me sweat. Its a an altar moment picking out fabric and shades that will haunt you daily until you divorce it and do it all over again. I mean, a throw and an accent pillow are useless against the repercussions of a hastily made couch choice. And haste was exactly what I had to work with when Olivia asked if she could help me Sunday morning. Seeing as how lead times on furniture are 6 weeks out and Im moving in 5 days with not a lick of living room furniture to speak of, I had to take what I could get. But dear Olivia, my calm in the storm, walked me thru my available in stock choices, explained my delivery options, my extended warranty package and made me feel like I was with a well informed friend, not a sales person. Infact, I want to believe there was genuine excitement when I got a teal club chair to accent my showroom grey sectional. Olivia made my altar moment a quick, I do, and I emerged from the showroom reassured that my furniture commitment would be a happy one. Id send others her way, shes casual, efficient, personable and knowledgeable. Shes an asset. She sure got a cold toed commitment phobic customer right on track with ease and in my book, THATS what its all about. Thanks Olivia!

This was our third visit of the day to a furniture store and the layout was inviting and not overcrowded like the other places we stopped by. They had a large selection of accent chairs and recliners and had them scattered around the floor. They also had spots where they gathered a lot of them side by side which made for easier visual comparison and comfortability checks. Steve helped us order the recliners we wanted and told us about his experience with the recliners since he has the same one. He explained that the set up was easy to do ourselves once delivered and snagged us the last two to be delivered this week. This is my second time purchasing furniture from Living Spaces and I will definitely be back to purchase more in the future.
We were greeted and offered help by almost every staff member. When it came time to order the chair we liked it was quick and efficient. The stock they have varies widely and can accommodate a lot of styles. Definitely recommend!

We love how the sales people don’t bug you at all. The whole time we were there only 2 people checked on us which was great. No pressure! We ended up purchasing with the second person. They don’t work off commission which is awesome. I feel like they’re more honest about their products due to that fact. Super happy so far!

Theres plenty to choose from and I even got some friendly advice from Tommy. It is a little pricey, but honestly, Im so tired of Ikea stuff falling apart. I dont think I saw anything here that wasnt high quality.
Our first time in a living spaces store and we were helped immediately by one of four very competent clerks sales people. Steve who worked on my phone pull up a piece we were looking for found it but not in the store help us order it to be delivered within 7 days. Then he corrected us towards another area of the store where we found two very cool chairs a manager connected us with yet another sales person who not only helped us with the purchase but also a couple of other recommendations. Very happy with our purchases and very happy with the service
After looking at multiple other furniture stores for a reclining rocker chair, it was easy to find their selection and Elizabeth was a great easy help. We made a decision and the chair was cheaper than others we were comparing to. Highly recommend coming here for furniture
I previously gave them five stars but switching it to one. The in-store service was great and easy, however, if you have any questions or need customer service I’m not sure if you should even bother. I went in store to change the card I placed my order on. I left thinking all the changes had been made until I received a delivery notice for the old order. The refund was not initiated on my old card and rather they charged me for ANOTHER COUCH on my new card. We tried getting on the phone with customer service which took TWO HOURS AND FOUR DIFFERENT CALLS. Customer service is the hardest to reach for living spaces and it’s beyond disappointing that a service dedicated to making customers’ lives easier actually makes the experience 10x more painful and a hassle. I was told in store that my order was canceled and off the truck. No, it was not. They’re delivering that couch today and another one two days later and then said they’re doing an exchange. Why even deliver the couch in the first place? I can’t fit both in my apartment?? Customer service won’t help at all and I can’t make yet another trip to go to the location. If I could rate below 1 star, I would. I won’t be making another purchase after this.
I bought a hybrid mattress for 1900 dollars . It was too stiff. All sales final . When I bought it I asked the sales person what’s the difference between two revive hybrid mattresses. I was told one gets cooler faster. The two things they should have told me was the higher price one has a 100 day sleep guarantee and they offer it in a softer top called a 3 mattress. The one I bought only had 1 and a 2 offering. That’s not very good customer service.
I visited LIVING SPACES store in Mission Valley several times to see what sofas, loveseats and chairs they had. The sales staff was always very friendly and helpful. I got some very nice specific help from Greg and Corrina on two different visits on specifics about the furniture including ideas on color after showing them a picture of the living room. Also I asked for ideas on fabric for the accent chair & they were a great help on this showing me fabric samples and then discussing different textures etc. There was no pressure to “buy today” but just to take my time and make the decision when I was ready. I appreciated that very much. It was a good experience and I am eager to see my new furniture when it arrives.
What makes this store great are the employees. They are always super helpful and not pushy at all. We recently bought a new couch and love seat for our new home and will be back to buy more furniture for the rest of the house. Thanks Anna!
I was nervous to buy furniture from this store because of all the bad reviews, and when you compare other stores, the reviews are not that much better. We took a chance on this store because they said we would be able to receive our furniture the next day while some of the competitors for a similar style said it would be months. Now not all furniture is available the next day it just depends on what you order, but we were looking for furniture that would be available right away and the sectional we purchased was. From purchase to deliver everything went without a hitch.
We ordered a dining table two months in advance of our move in date and made sure with the sales associate that they would reserve it until the delivery. Literally 5 days before our planned delicery date, we received an email from Living Spaces that they decided to discontinue the dining table and can no longer make the delivery. This was extremely upsetting for both my wife and I. We had already purchased a matching set of chairs and a bench as well rugs to go with the table.If youre going to make purchases here, dont think that theyll hold the item for you long-term.

Large selection of furniture, a lot of which they have in stock. The person who helped me listened to what I wanted and showed me items that worked within my budget. She didnt try to up sell me and was very knowledgeable about the products and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

From our greeter Debbie, to Kimberly who helped us with our checkout process, and even the other employees who asked us if we needed any assistance...everyone was so patient and kind and there was no pressure at all to buy anything on the spot, which I’ve experienced at many other stores. It was refreshing and made a great impact. I can’t recommend this place enough! If I could give Kimberly 50 stars on here I would...she was very sweet and knowledgeable and overall extremely professional and patient.

I am 100% disappointed in my purchase. I wish I went with someone else! Their ads advertise next day delivery. So I went to go order a couch. After I found one that my wife wanted the sales person said it would take a month. So I ask why does your advertisement say next day delivery. She didnt answer my question, but my wife wanted the couch so I purchase it. We were given a delivery date. Well that date was today but they called me yesterday to inform me that only a few items has arrived for delivery so they cancelled my delivery. Well I was expecting a delivery so I got rid of my furniture and now I am sitting on the floor. I asked how long for the rest the lady said she was not given a time frame that it could be up to another month. They are going to deliver what they have received already, but not on the day it was scheduled. I now have to wait another day if I knew it was going to take this long I would take my business elsewhere. I wonder how long will I be waiting for the other items that I am missing. Update they finally delivered the rest of my furniture only took 2 months to get everything.
Spencer was extremely helpful in selecting a couch. We told him exactly what we wanted and he was able to help us find the perfect couch. He even helped us customize it. Monica also helped us in finding the perfect mattress. She was very knowledgeable and asked us specific questions regarding how we slept and what she thought was best for us. She was patient in allowing us to lay down on various mattresses. We had a great experience!

Awesome selection and good quality. There were too many items that I wanted. Some of the pricing didnt make sense, like sideboards being as expensive as a sectional... Unless its rare wood and precious metals get out of here with those sideboard prices

After spending a couple of days looking for dining room and living room furniture, I found exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price at Living Spaces. In my conversation with Debi as she was checking prices, I mentioned that I wasn’t happy with the base for my queen bed. She suggested an adjustable bed base and took me over to the Revive section to demonstrate it. Monica helped us there, and they both were very knowledgeable about all of the products. I was so excited to choose a new adjustable bed base for my queen mattress, especially since I had never considered one before! I’m looking forward to a speedy delivery next week which includes all of the set up and assembly of the pieces that I chose at an extremely reasonable price. I purchased a California king bed frame and mattress. The bed was delivered missing 4 out of 9 legs that support the slats, so I am unable to put the mattress on the frame because there is not enough support. The store manager will not call back even though I have put in multiple requests with customer service. They won’t give me a direct number to the store, I am unable to return the frame, and they won’t send me new parts. I even offered to buy the legs and they won’t do it. So I just purchased a bed and cannot use it. Terrible customer service.
I purchased most of my furniture from living spaces when I purchased my new home. At first I walked in and then walked right back out because I was so overwhelmed. I went again the next day and was helped my Mish and Sarah. I could not have done it without these ladies. I thought I was just going to get a few pieces from LS, but I ended up getting almost all with their guidance. I can’t thank you ladies enough for making this a seemly process during a very stressful move!

Collection is excellent. The staffs (Naelia. S and Cheyenne) were extremely courteous and helpful. We wanted to buy one particular shelf, and couldnt find it in the store at first. But, they were really helpful, and assisted in finding it. Really appreciate it. Highly recommended to someone who is looking for living room furnitures. The delivery is within 3 days of purchase.
We were helped by Elizabeth and she was great. The only thing we didn’t like was other sales associates being pushy when they’ve been told that we were already being assisted by Elizabeth and repeating information to us that we already knew.
Greg was super helpful without being overly aggressive. Ordered a stylish sectional with custom fabric and pillows. Lead time on the product is only a couple months which is way better than 11-20 weeks we were quoted at other stores. Lots of styles and fabrics to choose from. Can’t wait to get our new sectional.

So many options! Good number of employees walking around ready to answer your questions. Didnt find any of them pushy, just helpful. We ended up purchasing a couch and love seat from the location in Mission Valley. The rep helping us, Michelle, was very friendly and helpful. She quickly told us the wait times for each piece of furniture we inquired about and if certain colors were available. She was very patient with us too! We probably spent about 40 minutes with her trying to make a decision. This was our first time shopping here, usually we go to Jeromes but we really liked the modern sofa/couch options. Glad we needed up coming here!

I purchased an electric recliner at the Mission Valley living spaces. Not only did they have the wrong address, it’s a manual chair which they won’t take back unless I pay 25% of the cost, it’s the wrong color but it’s OK, and it could be made a little bit better. After having such a wonderful experience in Scottsdale Arizona ordering; this was a disaster -never mind it was Friday the 13th! Additionally impossible to get thru their one phone number. Never again!
Great and super easy experience and free delivery. Seems like a good product. There was an unexpected $10 recycling fee but seems worth it, especially for the free delivery and ease of experience.

Cool place. lots of items and some times exotic too. only complain is, they seem to have increased prices. the same sofa that I bought last year, now is being sold for 25% more.
First time in the store. Saw outdoor furniture online that I liked and went to check it out. Was very comfy, well made and good price. I purchased a Riley Brownstone Dresser on 5/7/21. I waited until it was finally shipped on 6/21. It was received broken. I was sent a link to upload photos of the broken piece and requested a refund of the piece as it was not in stock and I didnt want to wait another 2 months for the piece to come back in stock. In order to receive a refund the representative needed to escalate and it would take 3-5 days for them to get back to me. They never did, so I called again on 7/1. They initiated a return for me immediately and said they would pick up the broken piece on 7/2. That never happened either. I called in again on 7/7 and I was told that they would finally pick up the piece on 7/12, a full 20 days after receiving and reporting the issue. I had to advance this every step of the way. The customer service of Living Spaces has been completely atrocious. I will not be a returning customer and I will not recommend Living Spaces to my friends or family.

The furniture we got was great but when we financed the furniture they failed to let us know that when you finance through them and synchrony that you get mailed a credit card that you need to use to pay it off. Living spaces just gave us a account number to login and make payments but it’s want able to be used. Please train your sales-people to explain fully how financing works.
Very organized. Great place to pick out that special piece.....or wander around for new ideas. No one bothers you, so you are free to let your design mind have a play day. Have fun.

Good experience. After 20 minutes we were greeted in the store and the gentleman was nice. Although it was disappointing to hear that a lot of their items are out of stock and that their website inventory isnt accurate. Thats why we went to the store because we saw that the item was in-stock and could be potentially delivered next day. However they said its a minimum four days. I guess their website and stores dont advertise the same information.
Great selection of home furnishings. We were looking for dining table and chairs. Staff very helpful. In fact, staff was so helpful we stayed and demo’d adjustable beds and now we will get one of those as well.
I should’ve paid closer attention to the Yelp reviews. We ordered a couch for my daughter, to be delivered and paid the extra $ for them to assemble it upon delivery. Scheduled the delivery in advance. The couch arrives and the delivery guys say it won’t fit in the elevator and they won’t take it up the stairs because she’s on the 4th floor. I call customer service to get a refund. They said no problem, but they are going to charge me 10% to restock the couch AND I still have to pay the delivery and assembly fee. So…I end up paying over $200 for a couch we don’t have. First and LAST purchase from Living Spaces. What a horrible experience!! Lesson learned.

They’re the worst quality. I bought a sectional that cost me near $5000 and 30 days later the entire sectional started to flake out. We barely used it no kids no pets and we were traveling for 17days so you can imagine how lightly been used. I field a complaint long time ago and still nothing happened. I went to store and called several times and kept telling me to do it online. By the way, they still have this sectional as new arrival best quality you will see by the main entrance it’s the gray one
Scott, the in-store representative was great! Helpful, transparent and thorough. The showroom was well organized and I easily found what I was looking for. Fast delivery too. Other providers are taking 6 months for delivery while my Living Spaces product is being delivered this week. Awesome!
Couch and Ottoman came three weeks late. I actually had to call in on Monday, 6/14 about the couch and they had both the couch and ottoman in for a few days and hadnt had the time to call us (seriously?). The first shipment finally arrived yesterday 6/17. They forgot the ottoman. Had to push so hard to have the ottoman delivered today 6/18. Both the couch and ottoman have scratches all over the legs we have to screw into the bottom of the couch. Cant get ahold of anyone. I have never had such a bad customer service experience while buying something so expensive. Will never ever use Living Spaces again. This has been a nightmare with little support from them. Go somewhere else if you can. It would be worth extra money to not have to deal with their support departments.
