Didn’t know what to expect before going into the store and frankly I didn’t understand why I really had to spend the time. However after this experience I get it now, and am so glad we did. Dee was phenomenal at explaining everything and asking the right questions. Very happy.

D. took the time to show us extra options and really supported us in feeling confident in what we purchased. We are so in love with D. She is a create and attribute to sleep number.

I received my side sleeper pillow about a month ago. I have to tell you its the best pillow ever. I will never go back to the other guys to buy my pillows. They will come from Sleep Number Beds.

Purchased a i8 360 on 5/30/20. Everything besides the in-store purchase has been a complete disappointment.- Bed was delivered on 6/17/20 with a defect. The tech said customer service would contact me for repair/replacement. They did.- Repair/replacement was scheduled for Saturday 7/11/20 at 11-2pm. We received a call around noon to let us know they would not be coming.- Repair/replacement was re-scheduled for Saturday 7/25/20 at 2-5pm. This time was a no-show no-call.- Now Ive received an email that the repair/replacement is schedule for 8/7/20. No call...no confirmation.***2 months since our purchase. This has been my consumer experience. Id give zero stars if it was an option.

Amazing employee that goes way out of his way to help you. I came in to replace a pillow I purchased in 2007 with the newer model. Alex Garcia went out of his way and called several stores to find out which version is the replacement because they don’t have any by the same name these days. I proceeded to test several pillows just to make sure I wanted the newer version and he was very attentive and helpful. He then scheduled me for a call to see if my pump can be replaced with the new IQ model that lets me know how I slept as far as tossing and turning which then tells you to increase or decrease the firmness. I can’t say enough about this guy other than to seek him out if you can. Don’t forget these reps work on commission so if he treats you right then you should help him out..I am not related or friends with him nor do I work for this company. Heck, I don’t even live in Cali but I travel here frequently.

We havent received our bed yet but my wife and I wanted to make sure to give a 5 star thank you to ALEX at the UTC Sleep Number store. Got an i8, delivered few days ago, sales and delivery folks are professional, the mattress is awesome, still need more time to find the perfect sleep number, getting there though. Update: been using the i8 for 2 months now, best investment ever ( after my dog, the lasik surgery, a nespresso machine and Dyson everything else)

The sales agents Elizabeth and Moe lied about the actual cost of how much it costs to return the mattress. The sales agents said multiple times it only cost $185 to return the mattress if you do not like it. The mattress gave me horrible back aches every morning. The actual cost of return is $285, plus a none refundable $185 for shipping, and nonrefundable $199 for installation. So the return actually cost me $669. I spoke with a supervisor at the main store who refused to work with me about the issue. She just said that she is aware that the sales agents lied to me but the bottom line is that I signed the paperwork and its my fault for not reading the 9 pages of fine print. I will gladly pay the the $185 as discussed multiple times at the time of sale, but $669 is ridiculous.

Went in with really high expectations which were met immediately by a friendly knowledgeable staff tht guides me through the different beds and what they entail. Went in skeptical left as an future owner of a new matress! Only con is that you have to wait so long for the bed to be delivered.

Alejandro was the best! He even loved my dog!
