I visited this location two weeks ago. I had a remarkable experience, Lupita aided me in finding the perfect ring for my fiance. Also I believe his name was Mark ; made some great recommendations to where I knew the type of ring I wanted to purchase. Thank you two for everything I am now engaged!!!

We are repeat Zales customers... this location in particular, I DO NOT recommend. I went in a few months back for a pair of earrings to be repaired and had them returned to me in worse condition than when I brought them in. Management offered to have them replaced entirely so I thought well at least they are trying to make it better. I got a call saying they were ready few weeks later so I said I would be in to get them. I went in and multiple employees were helping one customer at the same time so I waited, and waited. About 15 min passed and I still wasnt being helped so I left. How long am I supposed to wait with no one even saying a word to me.. I tried calling the store numerous times, there was never any answer. Finally, today I walked in and luckily I was the only customer and there were three employees. Not one greeted me. I stood and waited while looking and the two closest to me to say hello or something, it took about a good 45 seconds to a min for anyone to even acknowledge me. They were very dismissive, I was directed to speak to the same management I had spoken to before and she told me they called and didnt hear from me so they didnt have my earrings. I explained to her that aside from the initial call I never received any other calls I explained my experience with trying to come in but she still tried to act as if their mistake was mine. This is not the first issue I have had at this store but it most definitely will be my last because I will not be returning. Horrible experience, horrible customer service, horrible attitudes. Dont waste your time, I would go to a different location 😊

So I purchased a wedding ring from this location, and I have to say, one of the best memories I’ll have for life! I have to thank all three, starting with Mark when he answered the phone! Victoria and Grace for being so helpful with choosing my fiancé’s ring, she loves it!

Great, greeting as I entered, Helped right away when help was available, able to get a necklace replaced rather than having to wait after the holidays to have the original get repaired, jewelry cleaned and given a better box for the gifts...

We really like going here to find those hidden treasures. Birthday gift found, and acquired! It is a hit and miss though. Not a lot of stock. Mothers day has passed a week ago so I presume that is the reason for the lower stock. Otherwise, Zales Outlet did it for us again.

Very sad that I may have to pay to replace my small side diamond but Victoria was patient and helpful. Ive only shopped with zales for many years now.

My first experience here was disappointing. Walked in without given a welcoming hello gentleman closest to the door looked up and said nothing. Older gentleman walked passed us without saying anything. Over heard a saleswoman trying to over price a ring to someone and they had to correct her on that price because her sales skills were unprofessional. Dont go here. Especially for someone special itll just become a bad experience shopping for an important occasion. Not to mention still without getting any recognition we left and were told nothing not even a word from anyone.

My husband had bought a ring there it was fake turning black. I took it back and they said it was no good so they gave me my money back. Would never shop there again

My girlfriends daughter and I went in to the store today to purchase an aquamarine birthstone ring as a Christmas gift. To our dismay, the ring was no longer there. Victoria went out of her way to help us find a solution. She looked through her passed inventory to try and see when the store last had the ring in stock, and with the SKU, she was able to locate the ring. She even emailed the stores where the ring was located to try and have them ship it to this location. Shortly after we left the store, Victoria rang me and let me know she could have it shipped to the store.Victoria went above and beyond the requirements of a sales woman and enabled the giving of a wonderful gift. My trip to this store was great. I was immediately greeted as I walked in the door. I explained what I was in the market for, and the staff member swiftly and kindly was able to guide me to what I was looking for as well as answer all of my questions. The jewelry was in immaculate condition, as was the display case (that’s hard to do). The staff member that assisted me was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will be coming back to this location.

Just feel pretty disappointed because I passed by about 1 hour ago and and went home to pick up some stuff I had to drop off and came back to store because online it even says they close at 10pm. There was no hours of operation anywhere and I called. They did answer and asked that if they were open because online it shows that they closed at 10 and she kinda just laughed at me and was like no we have never closed at 10. I just didn’t appreciate the little laugh when someone comes to make a special trip to drop off an item. Just really disappointed

DO NOT COME HERE. THEY CLOSE WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE INSTEAD OF THE OPERATIONAL HOURS POSTED. I got s voicemail to come pick up my ring and the hours state that theyre open until 21:00 ON A MONDAY. I dont get off work until 19:30 which I thought was fine. I have an hour and a half to get there. I get there at 20:06 and the doors are locked. So I called the store to see what was going on and they said they closed at 20:00. Even though its clearly posted that theyre open until 21:00. They refused myself and another woman service simply because they wanted to leave early. Once I get my ring back Im NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN (If they even give me my ring back, when they left me a voicemail they said some mans name instead of mine, so Im half expecting them to not even give it back considering they apparently wrote down the wrong name when I dropped it off). Ill stick with going to Jareds after this incident. Completely unprofessional. If I could give them 0 stars I would. 😡

Great service! Melody did such a great job at helping me fine the perfect ring. I was very nervous at first walking in not knowing what I wanted. She showed me several rings until we found the perfect one. She was amazingly helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Thanks again Melody for helping me fine the perfect engagement ring.

Our experience here was great. My wife immediately found a ring necklace and earring set that she liked. The next day we got them the necklace broke so the day after we took it in and the saleslady recognize this immediately. I feel bad I cant find her name on any of the receipts or Id mention her. But once she noticed us and saw the necklace in my wife and she immediately showed signs of concern and asked what had happened. Then immediately took the necklace to the back and came out with a much better chain option that my wife loved a lot more than the original. For free. My wife is very happy and so am I and I will definitely be buying my jewelry from here for now on

Kristin was SO great! I had been looking for a wedding ring to compliment my engagement ring for over a year. Every other Zales store I went to in the past told me that I’d have to get it customized or they would show me a band that didn’t match at all. We walked in, told her what we were looking for, and almost instantly she found the absolute perfect ring. Fantastic customer service, excited to help us, and just had an exceptional personality overall. I would highly recommend this store, and Kristin(!!!!), to any and all of my friends if they ever found themselves in San Antonio.

Huri offered us excellent service. She was very attentive to our needs and wants, and was very informative along the way. We never felt pressured, and it was overall a very comfortable experience. Unfortunately we didnt find what we were looking for, but they did have a great selection, and an amazing sales deal going on!

I have never had such horrendous service in all my life. My fiancée and I brought our online purchase to this store to have it resized and it has been awful after that. After COVID calmed down and stores started to reopen, a manager called to ask if I would like the ring shipped to my home instead of having to come in to pick it up since it was done. I waited 3 weeks and started to worry that it was stolen so I tried to reach out to Customer Service for a whole week. I finally got someone on their Live Chat service and they were able to send the ring out. Instead of my home, the ring was sent to some city in Vermont. I immediately tried the Live Chat and eventually got someone by the name of GUADELUPE L. and, in spite of being a Live Person they proceeded to put out responses straight out of some book without bothering to read the messages I send them. Eventually, they inform me that they must submit the issue to the Case Management department and I will get assistance with THE MISTAKE THEY(ZALES) MADE and that I will get a response in 10-15 business days. Needless to say I am livid at this point and ask to be escalated. In comes BRIAN R. and I basically get the same treatment, but Brian adds in that the person who originally supposedly sent me the ring, did not send me the ring and had nothing to do with it. So I have been misled by the first person, ignored by GUADELUPE L., and now BRIAN R. is either lying to me or refusing to do his job by not fixing the issue. I calmly request ID so I can report all 3 of them to corporate and BRIAN R. refuses to do so, I ask to be escalated higher and he also refuses to do so and states I have to call corporate in the morning. So I now I have no ring, no information on if it will get resized or fixed or anything, a supposed supervisor is refusing to take responsibility or do anything about the situation, and in the end I was just discarded and ignored. If Customer Service at Zales is this bad, then trying to put in a claim with their insurance, when the ring is inevitably lost by the very company that sold me the ring, is going to be like getting my wisdom teeth removed all over again.I will never again buy from Zales and I would encourage others to do the same, which is a shame because we were so excited and in love with the design of the ring we purchased.

I got my engagement ring a few months back at a different location. The ring kept having issues. Once I returned it, I found this store. Ozzy the store manager was fantastic! He showed me rings in my budget, didnt pressure me like the other locations. He let me take me time with and without his help. It was such a great experience! He also helped make sure my ring would be done getting sized before I moved to a different state! Thank you so much Ozzy!!
