I went to this establishment to have a James Avery ring sized. The man was very polite and professional. Picked up the ring the next day Iput it on my finger and went on my way. Two days later my finger started to turn green upon a closer inspection I could see the fill he he sized the ring with, I emailed the address on the business card and sent a text no reply. I went back to his establishment and asked the gent hey can you fix my ring correctly? He asked what’s the issue I said the ring now is turning my finger green. I guess I look like a rube I said okay…. Oh my sister has the same issue. The man straight lied to my face saying that is a reaction of the silver. Silver doesn’t turn fingers green… the ring fit before it was lose but fit NEVER trend green! DONT TRUEST THIS GUY!

I cannot even begin to say how pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I just received. I brought in a college ring that had messed up prongs, even though it was brand new. After sending it back to the original manufacturer twice, only to have no work done on it, I decided to find a skilled jeweler to fix the ring. Adam was kind, walked me through the way he would fix it, and fixed it on the spot. The whole process took maybe 10-15 minutes, and the ring is now perfect. While I was waiting for him to finish I perused the cases and looked at the jewelry and WOW. His designs are stunning. Many of his rings had an amazing vintage feel, but were all new. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was evident straight away. I will definitely come to him in the future, and highly recommend him for jewelry repair, remake, and shopping.
