My boyfriend and I went to get my ring size so that he can get an idea for an engagement ring. We went in 30 minutes before closing to get a size and look around which i feel Like is plenty of time for small talk to get ideas and just a size. The lady that helped me just put sizers on my finger and didn’t even care to mention the size or talk about rings. I had to ask her what size she put on me which I thought was kind of rude. Don’t know how you expect to sell product with the people you have in your store. It was really disappointing, and that’s not an experience anyone wants to have especially a couple looking for an engagement ring. Maybe look at training or restaffing based off the previous reviews for your store.

Dont go here. Super snotty saleswoman. We walk in and a young lady was polite and asked what we were looking for and then the older snotty, stuck up sales lady comes in and asks the same thing. Of course she already knew because she was told by the other girl. She didnt want to waste her time with us and we quickly left to spend out good money elsewhere.

My fiancé brought me ring shopping at this Zales. We had to have the ring resized which they said would take two weeks. We called the store after we got a notification it was ready for pickup only to be told that it took the whole two weeks for them to figure out they couldn’t resize the ring. The manager let us know he would expedite the repair and we got it 5 days later except for the fact that it was missing four diamonds. Sincerely disappointed in this store and their service.

The worst place to a ring from ever!! They belong on the opposite side of town. To start off my fiancé purchased a ring to only have to wait 2 weeks to get it back from “Mars”. They say their repair shop is a disclosed area they aren’t allow to share with anyone. The day I go get my ring one of the sales reps announces to all of us entering that there is a 30% off sale that ends that day. We ended up buying a men’s ring and had it sent to get sized. After waiting 2 weeks AGAIN I finally decide to call. The manager Ernest answers the phone and I was placed on hold forever due to I am assuming they were looking MY ring that I picked up weeks ago. He then gets back on the line and says the men’s ring I ordered is a “Special Order” that will take 5-6 weeks. He asks if he can call back due to him calling to see when it will be done. I get a call back saying they called me a day after I made the purchase to let me know since it was a “Clearance Item” they wouldn’t be able to resize it. First of all it wasn’t on “Clearance” it was a sale that your store was having. His excuse was well “We no longer make that ring”.. IT WAS IN YOUR CASE, MAYBE YOU SHOULD LET YOUR ASSOCIATES KNOW THATS THE LAST RING.. Second of all why didn’t your sales associate share that with us before making the purchase. This place a joke all the way around. I ask for a refund then Ernest tells me I need to go in the store so the refund can be processed. It wasn’t like I had anything to return to them so what was the purpose. We even got a credit card with them which we now regret. PLEASE BE AWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN COME UP WITH A MILLION EXCUSES ON WHY YOUR ITEM DID NOT ARRIVE ON TIME. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION ALL THE WAY AROUND.

This jeweler is absolutely terrible, terrible customer service, rude, no follow ups on repairs for over 5 months. I would absolutely never recommend this place a business for anyone unless you want terrible service. Do yourself a favor abs spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

I went there to to purchase a ring for my girlfriend and the lady joann was really rude with no customer service skills.. I felt she give me poor service because she thinks I dont have any money.. I purchase a ring for 3k and while purchasing it I tried to ask her a question and she sees some lady who looks rich she ignores me and talks to the lady.. really? So I had increase my credit limit to buy ring and tell her to wait and she acts like shes in a hurry and she kept running my card repeatedly.. I told her to slow down and then her mgr came and she tried it and they over charged me an xtra 2k for the ring.. while all this is going on my bank was on speaker phone and even told them they overcharged me.. and then joann lady tries to act all innocent.. I jus feel like they shouldnt judge people and treat everyone the same and I need my 2k credited back on my card or Ill just take my ring back and leave bade review

Please be aware you get sold at store the product and warranty but if you ever need the customer service department good luck in getting someone on the line,and if you do they will assign you to another rep. That just wastes your time and gives you a poor result .By the way their customer service is also part of Jared . What a surprise. Never again

Recently bought a ring online to gift to my mom for Christmas, however after 2 days a stone fell off. I called customer service & was advised to take it to a Zales store. She decided to take it to this location only to be told by the store manager that we bought it from a third party & he could do nothing but refund us the money. Since that was her only option, she leaves without the ring. I called customer service again & they began to do some investigating since it should have been handled correctly in the store. They contacted the store manager only to be told a different story. He made it seem like my mom was upset over several other issues like the fact that he told her that it would take 2-3 weeks to get it fixed and returned. Now tell me this. WHY would someone be upset that it takes time to fix a ring when thats a given with getting any jewelry repaired. It sad that Zales has someone like this running one of their stores. Wish the situation would have ended differently but there is always another jewelry stores to go to.

I took my jewelry in for a cleaning. And while they were doing that they also inspected it and found there was a problem with my ring. It was a good thing that they saw the problem before it got worse and had more costly repairs. The staff is always friendly knowledgeable and great.

Joseph and the staff at this location are amazing. This is our second purchase from this store and we have been treated like royalty both times. The staff is friendly, helpful and full of information. We lived it so much the first time that we came back for round two. I sing their praises every chance I get! Edit the 1st:After speaking with the 1-800 support line, it appears the store associates are the ones who sent the ring back the first time thinking it was supposed to be soldered, something that was never requested. Unless something drastic changes, the review is accurate as is.A new ring purchased out of the cabinet in store is now going back for the third time before even bring brought home. It was supposed to be only sized down, but came back with loose stones (according to the in store associate) and was sent back. Now, after driving across town to pick it up for the second time, the two pieces of the set are already soldered together, against the initial request. So here we go waiting another week or more! Ill update the review once I receive the ring (may be a couple of months at this rate).

FINALLY got my engagement ring back...after 6 very frustrating weeks! I do not recommend this store at all! It took 6 weeks to replace 2 stones that came out because they didnt fix it right the first time. 6 weeks! Thats the same amount of time it to to re-build the ring the first time. Never going back, and I will never recommend this location to anyone who wants timely service. The kicker is when I explained my frustration, they could care less and had the audacity to deflect by asking when my wedding was and where it will be and congratulations, etc. This only made me more upset. As a customer coming to you with a concern, I dont want to be patronized. But thanks.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My fiance purchased my ring last December and was given a ring 2 sizes too big for my finger... mind you I went in before him and got fitted for the correct size with the SAME saleswoman and she still provided him with the wrong size. As if that wasnt frustrating enough, not even two months after we got engaged I had 2 diamonds fall out! I have called and gone in numerous times and they were beyond rude. We have a lifetime warranty but if you dont bring your ring in every 6 months to get inspected its basically useless. Who on earth has time to bring their ring in every 6 months? My fiance is in the military and out of the country and the people at Zales have been nothing but rude and inconsiderate to their customers. Its so disheartening and I want everyone to know how much of a hassle it has been to just get my ring fixed. Their customer service is a nightmare I will NEVER step foot in their store ever again.

There should be caution tape around this place. Until I engaged the 800 number today for customer service, nobody returned a call about a simple repair. They have had the ring over 30 days. At this point, Im fearful I will not get my wedding ring back. Save yourself the heartache and shop elsewhere.
