When to Jareds today Elaine and Edward were not there but Annie and Cassie too care of me and my husband. Annie and Cassie were good re placements for Elaine and Edward. With great ease they exchanged my husbands bracelet that broke. I am glad I gave Jareds a second chance customer service has greatly improved.

Cheryl Delgado is simply the best! I had an unfortunate incident in which I lost a diamond from my engagement ring( which I had only gotten weeks before) and she was just so caring and understanding! I was expecting to be told that there would be a wait time to reorder the lost diamond and have it ready days later but she made all the arrangements possible for my ring to be ready next day! I am forever grateful for her kindness and attention to my situation. She never hesitated on anything and did all she could to make this situation 100% better. I am now a Jared customer for life for any future jewelry purchase I make. Thank you !

First visit to this location. Was in the area, today... Anyways, Elaine was extremely helpful with the 2 things I needed today: Engagement ring ideas for my girlfriend and then time pieces for me. She went through all the possible stones and setups for my partner. Her knowledge off the top of her head and her thorough analysis of what my partner is looking for has helped us tremendously and I will remain in contact with her for the coming months to plan this wonderful sequence out. Lastly, I walked out with a beautiful every day watch to help me put my TAG away. She’s very sweet and was great to do business with! Will return to this store in the future. So and my girl decided to go get a ring.. after all we have a house and kids... so we decided to solidifybour relationship more, so we went there to purchase a ring, although we didnt buy one, our sales representative Rachel Stone did an amazing job, she was very personable and not pushy like other people we have encounter, we didnt buy the ring yet since we are still looking. However we only have 1 more place to check, if my future wife doesnt find it there we are definitely going back, and ask for Rachel.The only feedback i would say was to let the customers know that the ring can be fully customizable at the begining.And ask for Rachel Stone she was amazing!

If you come to this location, ASK FOR ELAINE TEMPLETON! She was so patient and helpful. She really listened to my interests and did not show me anything I was not interested in. There are not enough words to describe how amazing she was. My experience at Jared’s was so much better than any other jewelry store I had previously visited and that was solely based on how great Elaine was. Her attitude and work ethic was amazing. Absolutely the BEST experience at this location!Dolly the manager was a Saint!We purchased our wedding ring and band here with engraving. They came out perfect!2 months later we moved to New Hampshire. Husband needed a smaller size and of course engraving once again. The Jared’s in New Hampshire was HORRIBLE, after two times trying they could not replicate the engraving for some reason. I was furious after the THIRD time they said they cannot do anything else and claimed that the engraving company was no longer being used.(Which was engraved at Jared’s San Antonio, which was very much still open, obviously.)Well I contacted the Rim Jared’s where we initially had everything done. And Dolly said to ship it on over and they would take care of it. And they did!Dolly and the engraving team did the job that Jared’s New Hampshire couldn’t do.Thank you Jared’s at the Rim and manager Dolly for going above and beyond to the extent of fixing my ring from across the United States.Texas how I miss you!

Was awarded a “Tag” watch last week from my employer. I love my new watch but have never had an expensive (somewhat) high end watch. I am typically a apple Iwatch fan. My new watch fit big on my wrist. I didn’t want to take my new watch just anywhere for link removals. So looked up “Tag” authorized dealers in town. Drove on into Jared @ the Rim. I was immediately greeted genuinely by Zack. I was expecting to drop my new watch off and prepared to pick up at another time. Zack took care of my needs immediately and he took the time to educated me about the fundamentals of my new watch — which was much appreciated. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. With a big proud smile — wearing my new watch out! Thank you Zack. Thank you Jared. Rest assure; I’ll be back!

I was looking for a bracelet for my wife for our anniversary and I found 2 online that I really liked. I called the store because I wanted to make arrangements to look at them. The person I spoke to ( I believe her name was Elizabeth) said that they were not stock, but she said she would see what she could do to get them in there. she said she would call me back and let me know. She did and she said that they did not have those 2 anywhere, but I could buy them online and have them shipped to the store. Pass.... I want to see them before I buy them. I want to say that she tried everything she could to get them there without me having to buy them first. Management would not allow it. I am not saying that they are obligated to get them in for me, but if they want me to but that will be the only way. If they had the means to do so, then they should have done so.

I always have an amazing experience when my husband and I shop at this location! Annie is great! We have been extremely happy their customer service. We are always greeted when we walk in and almost always asked if we would like some water or cappuccinos. They are very helpful and patient. Bought my wife a beautiful diamond edition Citizen Echo Drive. We purchased our wedding set earlier this year and could never imagine going anywhere else but Jareds. I would like to mention Jordan and her amazing knowledge of fine time pieces. She went above an beyond and her total attention was on my wife. After we decided and made the purchase this might seem pretty but Jordan walked us to the door. Since day one of walking into the store Dawn was so professional and very helpful. I told her this was our first time at the store and we had gone to prior stores were they were very unprofessional and ignored the price range we were looking to pay . She was extremely patient with us and NEVER was the “pushy sales person“ you always run into at every other jewelry store . Jordan and Dawn took there time to find the perfect ring! Totally disappointing: went there with a specific design in mind. Initially, I was told it was not available. Then, I was called and told that it would be possible to custom order the design. The ring came in different than what I ordered, and the sales person agreed that it was not what I asked for. I ended up getting a refund a month later because the order could not be fulfilled.

Dont go to this location. I spent about 5k at the one in the forum. They were great. The one on I-10 WOW! Went in there to upgrade my first purchase. Spent another 2k. Our salesman was really nice. However the people that work on the rings are terrible. My husbands new band had a dent in it. They blew us off and shined it and handed it back twice! Lol. Um dent is still there. Husband finally raised his voice and they said they would order a brand new one. Meanwhile my ring had black behind the diamonds. They steamed it three times making us feel like we were seeing things!!! Each time we told them it was still there they would put it under the microscope which was super irritating because we could see it with the naked eye. They finally said they would keep it overnight and pull the diamonds to get behind them. I had three rings soldered together and one of them didnt line up with the others but they argued that the middle diamonds are whats most important to line up even though they dont even line up. Felt like I was talking to a 5 yr old. I am still not 100% happy with my ring but I refuse to leave it with them yet again. They are so ridiculous I seriously fear they will lose my ring if I leave it with them again. So then Jared calls me saying my husbands new replacement ring is ready. He goes over there and THEY HADNT EVEN SIZED IT YET!!!! They said they need the old ring back first. Well then why did you let us take it home the first time and why did you tell me it was ready for pick up over the phone??? Will never come here again. We have made 2 trips over there because of their mistakes and still have to make one more. Praying my husbands new ring has no problems after they size it!!!

I am very thankful for the great customer service at Jared. First of all their greeter was so friendly and helpful. Elaine and Stephanie were great to work with. No pressure. They were happy when I was happy. I had 4 rings resized and one diamond put into a new setting. Due to a medical condition I had been unable to wear my rings for many months. I am thrilled to say that I can now wear them all again and the resizing was done professionally. What I mean by this is the rings do not look stretched. I was worried that the shank would be very thin. Thanks to great jewelers that did not happen to any of the rings. Very satisfied customer.

These folks are the kind of people we don’t see in corporate America anymore. We left a watch that was sentimental and needed quotes for refurbishing. Then Hurricane Harvey hit and life was a bit impacted for awhile. They kept in routine contact and eventually had the refurbishing handled. And still yet they waited until we could claim our timepiece. Can’t believe how grace filled and professional this group has been. Can’t thank you enough❣️

I purchased my wifes engagement ring, and both of our wedding bands at a Jared in Kentucky where we lived before moving to San Antonio. This Jared location met and exceeded the very high expectations set by the customer service at the location in Crestview Hills, KY. The service staff and the sales staff were warm, friendly, and very happy to have a returning customer in their store. Having had a negative experience at another Jared location in Ohio, I know that the service is entirely dependent on the individual, and the environment set by the manager of the store. This location completely delivers, and I am thrilled to know that we have another local shop we can depend on when we need them. Thanks for everything!

I dont usually write reviews, but they were so awesome I felt guilty not to write one.It was mt first time buying a diamond ring and of all the jewerly shops I went to around town, they actually didnt give off a vibe of trying to up sell me anything and truly cared that I got what I wanted with an informed decision. Only gave 1 star because it makes you. Horrible customer and repair service. AVOID THIS PLACE!! I had a prong break off my $11,000 wedding ring. Took it in and told them the main diamond also needs to be reset since its been uneven since we got it. They told me they would fix it and redo all 4 prongs for me. Come to pick it up 3 days later and the main diamond was still uneven and told me to come back in an a few hours and they would have it done. Picked it up the next day and 1 WEEK later a prong broke off, 1 WEEK and 2 days later another prong broke off, 1 WEEK and 4 days later 3 prongs broke and my diamond was in my hand. My husband called jared after the second prong broke and got the compete run around. Someone named Stephanie lied to him and acted like she was handling it and claimed to be a manager. On Friday stated she would call the maker to see if they can get us a new one. It is now Monday we call back and she tell us she just works in the repair shop and that it take 24-48 hours to hear back from the maker. She could not even tell my husband what brand my ring was and told him if its not designer she wouldnt know. My ring is Neil Lane and is considered designer. She hands the phone off to another so called manager who tries to give my husband the 1-800 customer service number....Now says a REAL manager comes in later today and will call us back. DO NOT GO TO JARED SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Horrific!! I came in for a battery and they broke my watch! Remind you, the same EXACT watch was sitting in the case for sale. They cant even service the items they sell. When a 150+lb man is putting is FULL weight on the vice to try FORCE the back on the watch there is a problem! They warped the back and have now had to send it off for repair. 4-6 weeks and Im not confident it will ever be the same again. The salesman was very nice but the repairmen are HORRIBLE!! and Sam, the last one to try and force the watch together gave me a smartass answer when I complained that I didnt think it should take that much pressure to put the back on. He told me thats the way its done NEVER in all my years of fine watch ownership have I ever seen someone have to bounce up and down on the vice to replace a battery. Horrifying. Im also scared to post this that there will be some retaliation by Jared since they are still in possession of my watch.

Not a fan. Purchased a Pandora 7.5mm bracelet from Oscar at this store; took home a 7.1mm. His salesmanship was good only in the fact he showed me options to add to the bracelet (Pandora accessories).He wasnt transparent about the gift card(s) that came with the purchase and told me before the sale Id get $100 in store credit toward purchase anything (other than Pandora) for every $500 spent. At check out, he changed his pitch and said each $100 voucher could be used if and only if I spent more than $400, and could only be used in $400 increments. To clarify, if I spent $1200 I could use three of the $100 vouchers toward my purchase. I didnt go in with the plan of getting the certificate(s) to begin with, but Oscars purposeful data omissions was a sign to me of weak overall salesmanship.Once Christmas morning came around and the bracelet was too small, we went to a different Jared closer to home to size up from the 7.5mm. When we arrived at the store, we learned the bracelet I went home with was a 7.1mm. That location referred me back to store I purchased from. So to wrap it up, we went back Jared @ the Rim, met with Oscar who apologized for the mix-up, but then watched him get awkwardly frustrated with the fact the other store didnt just take care of us”. He offered us a free charm for the mix-up which wasnt necessary, but what was really unnecessary was him following the ‘kind’ gesture up with a lippy Ill just pay for this out of my pocket...I only make $35 when I sell one of these bracelets anyway

My husband and I went in to purchase a wedding band. The sales person informed us my husband could get a line of credit and the monthly payment would be $35 with 20% down. We never received a Jareds credit card and on top of it our payment ended up being $90 a month. We spoke with the manager who promised a call back and to try and work out a lower payment, but he never called us back. Getting the line of credit also dropped my husbands credit score almost 100 points. Huge disappointment, and now a ring that was supposed to bring me joy has ended up being a nightmare. Wish we would have went elsewhere. I waited a few weeks before not receiving a call back before writing this review, to try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Even a call back to say they were sorry for the misunderstanding - but nothing. Sorry, Jareds but this bad review is well deserved for your dishonest service.

All I can say is I guess they run different from there corporate office. I went at 8:10 on Tuesday evening to purchase a 2000 dollar Oris watch and was greeted to locked doors. I stood there a minute reading the door and looking on line to see that their hours did say close at 9:00 when some one came to the door to let another customer out. I explained I wanted to purchase a watch and was told they were closed it was weird that there phones were still on and people in the store. I guess I did not looked polished enough to shop at this store. I went a head and purchased the watch online, which by the way I was trying to avoid due to service concerns, but after that experience I figure it cant get any worse than Jared. Just a note to management: with as many issues that retail brick and mortar stores are having you should really think about setting yourself apart somehow (think customer service)or you are going to go the way of the other luxury retailers in this area that have closed. I also suggest updating your hours on your corporate website and google it is very easy to do.

Sign out front that disallows concealed carry license holders (who have been through background checks, fingerprinting, and training) from carrying into this store. The only people who are therefore allowed to carry loaded firearms into this store are criminals, who are guaranteed a resistance-free place to go about their business. I took my business across I-10 to Zales (La Cantera) where I got my wife a nice anniversary ring. If you go in, be aware that you are 100% unprotected from criminals while there.

Very dissapointed with the way they handle things. When it comes to spending money they gladly take it but when you need to return something unopened even 1 day past the 30 days they say nothing I can do bye. I dropped over 3 grand here in the past 2 months and needed to return a $200 watch, I couldnt cause it was the 31st day. Never coming here again .

(Their location at the Rim in San Antonio, Tx.) My now wife bought my wedding ring (stainless steel cable ring) from there in Feb. of 2010. We got married on July 6th (the first day I wore it) and it started rusting on July 10th. I went to see about a refund but they would only offer to trade out and not offer a warranty, their own customer service said that the store was doing me a favor by doing that.
