Its a drive through. Expect a delay. Its really slow service, but if you want flavored pops, you will be willing to wait. The price is right, the flavors are abundant and its a good time to get cold ice pops.

The Popsicles have some good flavors, but they didnt gives us the Popsicles we ordered. Just seemed to give us a random selection and were missing some flavors that we wanted to try.

Coconut and banana are my favorite but I’m on a mission to try all the flavors. I love that they are not overly sweet as are American ice cream and fruit popsicles.

I really liked the paletas, but I dint like the service there was an older guy that was a bit rude dint let me see the menu up close and he snatched it from me when I tried grabbing it. Like u said prices are good and the ice cream is good the service was disappointing.

I like that they have their employees taking our orders like at a drive-in restaurant they go inside their business and then they (employees) bring out your order to your car. It keeps them safe and their customers as well. EXCELLENT JOB TO EL PARAISO ICE CREAM!!!

Was a bit upset, you couldnt go in the store and pick out what you wanted. Had a make shift drive through with a pad they give you to write how many you want of each flavor, when I got home there were ice cream bars that i didnt order, less than half of what I ordered. But maybe in a couple of months Ill try them again. They were so great before this Covid mess.

These are the best popsicles I have ever tasted. The price is unbelievable for the amount you get. Would highly recommend!! Great for outside events. They even let you rent one of the carts with dry ice.

This place is good. But the last time we went there our order was totally messed up, they gave us someone elses order I guess or didnt have the flavors we asked for and just put random flavors for our order. Besides that this place is good just check your oder before you leave.

Always buy 20 dollars worth of ice cream. My kis love the pickle, strawberry, coconut, banana tamarindo and watermelon. We tried the peach and pecan was very good . I love the pina colada

I love these .50 paletas also because of their drive thru.

The paletas are made there. They are the main distributor for stores. So many flavors to choose from. Reasonable prices. Wheelchair access, cash/credit card, and open late. For long trips they sale dry ice at .70 cents. I recommend coconut, pecan and piña colada.

Only recommendation is to make sure they write the order down so that the order is correctly done. I order 15 strawberry and I ended up with 15 coconut which is not my favorite

Orale San Quilmas da le la vuelta a El Paraiso Ice Cream for your favorite paleta.Got me some watermelon,cantaloupe,mango,pineapple,banana and some pecan.Its drive tru only dont know for how long.They have many other flavors you might need some dry ice depending how far you driving back home.Dry ice is one dollar per pound and they say every pound last an hour.They have great prices.

Love them! These are the perfect choice to satisfy your little sweet tooth! Drive up is fast and convenient. The gentlemen taking orders are friendly. They have milk based or fruit based paletas. Tons of flavors to choose from. Below are just some of my favorite flavors. They take cash or card. I picked up an order of 12 paletas for $6. They are super adorable! Definitely recommend!

Used for a birthday parade and was a big hit! Ordered 100 paletas, cart rental and block of ice. Came out to $62 and I picked the flavors. They have ice cream and fruit options. It wasn’t necessary but I went two weeks prior to event to pay and preorder. The guys were quick and efficient. Helped load it in my car.Recommend taking a tarp or something to put down on your car because the wheels, of course, are dirty.

The cappuccino paleta was fantastic! At $.50 each you can order one of each flavor to take home. And go back for more.

I love this place. Because of social distancing, walk-ins are not allowed. When facing the front of the store, you will need to pull into the parking lot to the left and stay to the left and follow the line of cars. An employee will come out, take your order, and bring your ice cream out to you. The transaction was quick, easy, inexpensive and more importantly, DELICIOUS!!

Excellent place to get ice cream bars. Huge selection of flavors, bulk prices.These are the same ice cream bars you get from the guys with the bicycle carts that ride around town. With over 2 dozen flavors to choose from, this place has something for everyone. Many of the flavors here are really good and have become some of my favorites.The vanilla with raisin is excellent, as are the cherry. All the ice cream bars contain real fresh fruit. Ice cream bars here are sold by individually or by the dozen, the store also offers ice chests and dry ice to help you transport your purchase, but your welcome to bring your own containers.This place is great to stock your fridge, or even purchase items for fund raisers or parties. I highly recommend this company as I think their product is not only very reasonably price, but very good quality.

I absolutely love this place!!! They homemake their ice cream. Their paletas have huge chunks of fruit. This is the real deal. It makes me feel like Im eating those delicious fruit pops as a kids.

Take the kids for a quick treat after school or on the weekend. Way better than stopping by the convenient store or fast food drive-thru & paying 4-5X more! Its a quick stop, you pay 50 cents for each item or you can choose a bundle & pay less. The pecan & strawberry ice cream are my absolute favorites. They have so many flavors to choose from!

EL Parasio has great paletas. During the pandemic they offer drive up service only. They are friendly and efficient!

This is a local establishment that knows how to take care of their customers and provide an excellent product. While its a distance away from me, its worth the drive. They are quick and get you in and out. They have a wide selection of paletas online, so take a look at the menu before you get there or you might end up with a hundred extra paletas because everything looks so good. Tip: take an ice chest and get some dry ice from them to make sure they survive a long trip.

Service is always super even when they have a full house. The staff was sociable and attentive. Prices were average for the menu.

This is a great place to go when youre in the mood for some paletas and prices are the best in town. They have multiple choices to choose from. Their customer service is great; they may have 20+ cars in line at the drive thru but they are extremely fast.

This place is a San Antonio staple. I had a car with 7 people in it after a long road trip and we loaded up on 50 cent paletas for the whole carload. I got 7 ice creams by driving up. During the covid19 drive through service for $3.50. They were great and inexpensive and convenient. This is going to be a Summer savior for cold treats!

Im SO HAPPY I found this place!!! I love the pickle flavor, but coming to the store...There are a TON of varieties!!! For a small charge of 70 cents, they will pack it in dry ice for your trip home. Very friendly staff and so helpful. Ill be back once a week.

The ice cream pops are amazing and authentic and made with real ingredients. I particularly love the cherry, watermelon, and cantaloupe. My wife is a fan of coconut and banana. Cant go wrong with any of the flavors.

Really nice place to get something sweet at a REALLY good price. Granted, most of what they have is palletas (popsicles), but they have a wide variety that is sure to satisfy everyone. Definitely making this place me regular go-to in the summer 👍

If you live in San Antonio it is a requirement that you pop into this place at least once. This is a classic San Antonio institution. Do yourself a favor and research the different flavors they offer and go buy a good mix of them because you will be enjoying them for days.I prefer the Pina colada and Mango flavors. No matter what the flavor you really cant go wrong.Because of the virus it is drive-thru only but I took my tiny ice chest and was able to fit 30 in there without a problem. They all made it home saifly. So saif.Take a trip down there now and you can thank me later.
