I had a cake emergency for my sisters birthday and they delivered! Young lady who was there was very proactive and friendly. Before telling me no she thought to ask the owner or manager and was able to get my order approved! Thank you to you both so much !! My sister and family loved the cake. Cake was delicious as well!

Ice cream was delicious as usual. Jamoca Almond Fudge is the best!!! Took one star off because the waffle cones were stale and their machine was broken. Ill be back

11/19/20 Closed at 7 pm with 8 people outside trying to get in. No answer on phone either. All lights on. Went to the Hardy Oak BR as did a family of 4 and we asked the 2 employees if they knew anything about why the Stone Oak BR would have locked doors 3 hrs. before closing. They didnt know but these 2 employees had trouble attending to the business coming from the Stone Oak BR and their normal walk-ins. Took longer than normal, and we were the first in line...the 2 of us, family of 4, family of 5.

We always go on the 31st for the good deals. This location is conveniently located with plenty of parking. I was in and out with three ice cream cups in less than five minutes (even though there were other people in the restaurant). The restaurant is clean. The restrooms were nice. The customer service was great. I was greeted walking in and when leaving. The staff even let me have a small sample of a flavor I was unsure about. I will be back.

Went in and asked the employee working if they had any non-dairy options. They mentioned 1 option they had and another they were out of at the moment. I was not interested in what they had and politely thanked them for their time and walked out. They then LOCKED the door after I exited. It was 7:37pm and the store doesn’t close until 10:00pm.... seems a bit strange to me. - see “Holy Pops” in stone oak (review)for the rest of the story.

Normally, i have experienced great service at Baskin Robbins but tonight was truly not one of those days. My 8 year old daughter and i wanted some ice cream but walked in and noticed 3 employees working and on a mission and taking care of their customers was not their main concern. First of all we did not get greeted, then i asked for an ice cone for my daughter and a Banana Royal and only got 1 scoop rather then the 2 scoops your suppose to get on the Banana Royal. Then they didnt have any napkins in their 1 dispenser. Not very happy with their service.

During COVID-19, this location turned away a disabled person for being unable to wear a mask. Further, the manager claimed she would be calling the police. She was not even wearing her mask over her nose.We will be seeking contacting corporate and the DOJ. Learn the Americans with Disabilities Act people. Its 2020.I will be taking my business to a company who appreciates their customers.

The consistency in the quality of milkshakes has gone down. There used to be a book that would show the exact ingredients. Im sure Baskin and Robbins and developing flavors over 50 years, knows a thing or two about quality and quantity of products. If I am paying almost $9 for a large milkshake, please make it the way I want. Not a block of ice cream.

I always order grasshopper pies with writing and get it at other locations. The sales person called the owner and said it was not possible. For the inconvenience and with it being Covid, I would imagine customer service should be better.And, change your phone number online. im not ordering from this location ever again.And we found a blonde hair in it. Please have your employees wear hair nets.

Just left for the 3rd time in 2 weeks with no ice cream. The first 2 times were late Sunday afternoons with a store full of customers and only 1 person working behind the counter. I was looking for ice cream, not a Sunday afternoon activity. So, I just left. Got a donut at Krispy Kreme instead. Today, right before noon, I was happy to see no customers at all when I walked in. I waited a few minutes, counted 1-a thousand-2-a thousand... up to 60, then walked out never having seen a living soul. Got a Nutty Buddy at Circle K. Get it together, guys.

Can never get delivery from this place. Three different days at 3 different times have attempted to order icecream.

I have taken my kids here all summer. Always great experience. My son has nut allergies and the staff is great about making sure his ice cream is not contaminated. Kids enjoy the music playing too.

Love the ice cream here. Mint chocolate chip is my favorite. The ice cream cakes are amazing too

Very neat and clean store. A lot of varieties. And the lady on duty was very courteous and helpful.

The place was very unkempt. I believe it was the result of teenagers working without adult supervision. The hot fudge container was empty. Whatever fudge there was remaining was clumpy. This is the 1st time Ive seen it in such a mess.

Late night stop after dinner. Enjoyed both the regular and sugar free options.

Its a good place for chain ice cream. Or for a quick frozen treat. Staff was friendly.

This was my favorite ice cream place as a child and still is, I am 16 now and I love this place. I recommend going if you have never been before.

This is where I take my two year old on ive cream dates. She eats ice cream, i eat a protein bar, lol. Great service from the staff, clean, and lots of different flavors to choose from. And reasonably priced.

This is a solo store just a Baskin Robbins . Very clean friendly staff and lots of ice cream and drink selections. Also had a big choice of ice cream cakes.

The manager was the rudest manager Ive ever dealt with. I had BR credit that she would not give me. Says computer scan is not working- just an excuse to make money. She didnt want to enter manually. Plus the scoops she was giving was so little fot the high price they charging. Very Sad!! I would never go there.

Just left this location tonight at 815 and your employee Kate totally had an out of line attitude! First off she had a problem with me sampling more then 3 flavors. While huffing and puffing doing it. Then when we wanted a banana split she said she had no pineapples or bananas but when we told her we still wanted the split and that was okay she questioned us about it 2wice and didnt want to serve it to us it seemed like. The way she acted totally shocked me. This is ice cream for crying out loud. Cheer up Kate..your job sucks that much then why do you still work here? You have horrible customer service skills and I will be calling a manager in the morning

Every time I have ever come here, (NOT an exaggeration) They are out of stock of chocolate sprinkle cones, and given a poor excuse as to why as if it is impossible to prepare more when they begin to run out. Please, Baskin robbins, You have ONE JOB. In a vicious and taxing world of supply and demand, it is not very difficult to make a waffle and dip it in chocolate, covering it with sprinkles. Every other store in San Antonio does it and never runs out.

Got an ice cream cake. More expensive than i realized. It was about $38 after taxes to get a flavor of ice cream other than one of the 6 premade flavors offered ($6 upcharge) and for a 1/2 sheet cake that feeds 8-12 people. it looks like it could feed 8 but not 12. So far it looks really cute. They had tons of designs to choose from. Havent tasted it yet. Just wanted to post that the hours on the store window said 11 am to 10 pm daily since the hours on google maps are wrong and i couldnt find the hours listed on the baskin robbins website and the listed phone number doesnt work. Its like a fax machine or something.

See the problem with these establishments hiring 15/16 year-olds is that they do not have proper supervision. I just watched a younger employee sneeze in her hands, wipe the saliva from her face and then serve the next customer with the same hands with no gloves or any type of sanitation. This is how germs never stop spreading. Wont be back.
