The plain glazed donuts are always the best!

Krispy Kreme is my FAVORITE chain donuts! The conveyer belt is magical and the fresh, hot samples are why I love to go there! Soft, melty donuts are the best kind! Ive been to this particular one a few times on vacation and its always delicious! Cant wait to go back next time were in San Antonio!

I went for my daily covid glazed donut. It was dry and hard. I also ordered and paid for a chocolate covered whipped cream filled donut which was also dry. Ive never had an experience like this at Krispy Kreme usually they are very good. Hopefully somebody sees this and pays attention to discarding Old donuts when they are no longer fresh. When I was younger I was in the bakery business and this was an acceptable. Customers will not come back if the food is not fresh. Yes the covid donut was free. That is Krispy kremes choice. Just as myself choice for getting the covid vaccines. But I also get donuts that I pay for and what I paid for wasnt worth the money at all. I hate giving this review is horrible. I love Krispy Kreme!

This location is horrible I went for a small coffee and they charge me $9.72 with a bunch of little extra charges on the receipt once I mention it they just stare at each other in silence I guess they communicate telepathically or maybe it’s because I mentioned too many numbers to the point they just couldn’t comprehend. I WARN EVERYONE DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION

Been years since I’ve been here there was no line granted it was 6am didn’t even have to wait more than 2 min for my order. Fresh fluffy and sweet doughnuts how I love you! May cause high blood pressure, clogged arteries, heart attack, or stroke if cunsumed in excess. Great alternatives are apple’s, boiled eggs, hummus, and veggies. Natalie just gave me order so I’ll stick with the doughnuts! Thank you Natalie!

I purchased half a dozen of Donuts and the total was 8.54 so I gave the girl a $20 Bill and 54 cents so my exact change can be 12 dollarsTell me why the Drive thru girl looks at me dead in the Eyes and she said my change was $9 Dollars 🤣 when the receipt it says 11.46 but it was wrong on there receipt as well 🤣Im not mad at all my fiance and I were having a laugh but there is programs to go back to school

Always something here. Visited and the belt was broken so no fresh donuts. Last week no hot donuts due to a fundraiser. TODAY no hot donuts except minis. I hate this is the closest one to my house.Update: 9/4/21 no hot donuts again…4th time. They need to get it together.

Krispy Kreme is not as good as they once were. Even hot they dont melt in your mouth. A little discount. But thanks for the experience. My granddaughter loved it. And thank you for the bakers hats.

Your customer service is terrible ask for dozen doughnuts regular size, you guys said we ran out funny all employees standing around jaw jacking and not working. I guess thats what you call employee down time. Good luck

This was our Mother’s Day stop and we had a good time! The only sad part was no donuts on the assembly line to watch, because that’s the best and most fun part! I loved the specialty donuts for the month and lots of drink options like milks, water, juices, and coffees. Kolaches are your average type but they have different varieties of them. Grab your paper hat before you leave and take a family photo before leaving! This place is also a good late night snack stop or a place to warm up in the winter.

My boyfriend went through the drive thru and called me telling me to write a review, I figured he had a really bad experience, but he said no it was actually really great!James, you were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I left my heart in Krispy Kreme. 😂😂Texas or no Texas....nothing beats the hot n ready donuts. This location however only has Hot n Ready ones twice a day. Morning and around 430pm they told me. That part was a little disappointing...but donuts are nothing short of AMAZING.

You advertising your maple donuts but yet I go there and you dont have any. If its your featured donut for a limited time you should have plenty of them in stock.

Went in this morning and ordered 6 dozen doughnuts. I specifically asked for the greatest variety by telling them to start at one end of the counter, and put one of each flavor of doughnut into the box until it was full, then to start where they left off with the next box. Then to repeat the process until all 6 dozen were boxed. They ushered me to the cashier to pay and then asked if they could use the 1/2 dozen boxes since they were out of the full dozen boxes. Got to my destination with 6 dozen doughnuts, but not how I ordered. :( It was not busy, and was not that difficult of a request.Overall, the staff was pleasant, and the doughnuts tasted good. Im just not happy with not getting what I ordered.

They waisted so many donuts due to no one was watching them stack up at the end of the conveyor that we counted over 200 donuts that all fell into the trash cans and even the floor. We did get a dozen hot and fresh ones but once the crowd grew for hot ones, they never turned off the machine to keep up with how many were being loaded, but so many wasted its a shame!!

We went late, yes. It was amidst a storm, yes. But the speaker on the drive-thru kept repeating our order wrong. Right after asking for a small latte, shed ask, so a latte? what size?Another speaker had to come on and assist, repeating our order perfectly for clarification. Then, after ordering three drinks through the drive-thru, there was ZERO labeling as to help us identify the beverages- all in same types of cups. Not their best service yet.

I love the pepperoni kolachi and I really love their donuts 🍩🍩🍩!! They are so soft they melt in your mouth. My daughter wants to celebrate her next bday here, will keep you posted in May. I also bring my girls here with there report cards. They get a free donut for every A in subject grades on their report card but PE and music are not accepted.

Great that the lobby is open. Did witness young worker placing donut 📦 on the belt that the 🍩are on. This is why I dont like drive thru. I would not have been able to see that if I were in drive thru. The manager was made aware. By the by, donuts were $5 a dozen glazed 😋when 🔥 sign was on.

Yummy donuts. Had the pumpkin spice ones and surprisingly theyre very good. I was worried theyd be too sweet. The pumpkin spice latte was good too, sweeter than id like but better than expected. Visited during pandemic - drive thru worker had masks, gloves, and was nice.

My 3 young boys and I went in since the HOT sign was on and asked if they were giving free donuts. The manager said they were, but only for people who had their vaccine card. Of course my boys don’t get the vaccine and the city of San Antonio isn’t vaccinating kids. But even if they were, this business has the nerves to shame me for not having the vaccine when I survived COVID 19. I will never support this business again and will start a movement. Woke go broke.

Regular DONUTS getting smaller and smaller they went down hill 6 years ago

Very frustrating. I dont care for flour dough fried in a million gallons of oil. Needed to get some for the police department of a little town in west Texas and this place refused to honor online coupons unless you downloaded their app and used it. Yet i download it and the cashier FORGOT to scan my phone, then conveniently FORGOT to give us the FREE doughnut just for downloading the app. And they need to educate their staff about how to download the app for the people who spend 30 minutes trying to download the app too. What a hassle. They should make gluten free doughnuts. What they have some and just FORGET to tell me too. ???

Visited yesterday. My boyfriend and I turned around to go back because the light in the window was on. This usually means you get a free warm donut. We went in and were informed that since they are under new ownership they no longer give out the free donut. Very disappointed! This was literally the only reason we came in.

We have been a good customer at KK for years but have not gone for months. We wanted a valentine doughnut but with the weather being what it is we waited, on Saturday went to the open Krispy Kreme and asked for six donuts 1/2 dozen. Very limited on choices, did pick up four chocolate iced Boston cream filled and two chocolate iced donuts. Was told a price and I thought she said $5.14But when I got the receipt it was for $9.14 we were charged individual prices for each donut not a half dozen price who would pay $9.14 for 6 small donuts. Cashier said they don’t have a Half dozen price. Took the donuts home and upon trying the first donut realized they were fried in rancid oil the taste was awful. As much as we like Krispy Kreme will not be going back there again there are other donut shops that are better than Krispy Kreme in San Antonio .

Just went here and wasted my money. Got a nasty burnt yet not cooked thourougly but over cooked sasauge Kolache. Not sure how they did that but its nasty. The cheese wasnt hot or melted but the bread and sausage were too hot too eat. The donut was nasty and airy. No flavor. What a waste I should have went to a fast food but I couldnt find the jack on the box. Wont be back here lol. I hate ordering donuts at this time of day anyways. If you dont get them freshly made in the morning or fresh they are usually nasty but even the texture was nasty at this place. Get a new baker!

My favorite place to get doughnuts and coffee..love this place.

Took way too long for just donuts, also, fresh light was on but when I received the donuts, they were not as fresh as they should have been. The other issue also was when they answered the greeting was that of telling me what they had available versus what I wanted. The girl on drive thru was not friendly at all making the visit even not worth my time to have traveled far for just donuts, with this service I might as well just go to Shipleys or Dunkin.

If youre going to sell customers kolaches that look like this, maybe you should just leave the kolaches to Kolache Stop or Shipleys. Selling these to customers is shameful. These kolaches were bad and you should feel bad.

Offered my friend breakfast before a doctors appointment but she turned me down. While in the waiting room she decided she wanted Krispy Kreme donuts. So, after the appointment we picked up a dozen donuts, six for each. We even asked for an extra box, which they gave us. These are great donuts when fresh off the belt, warm and delicious.

Im a cop, no doughnut is excluded from being consumed rapidly, but Krispy Kreme is the absolute BEST! Hands down & bar none!
