We were in the area for dinner and decided to stop by for dessert. We hadnt been to this store at this location so we were keen to check it out.There were so many Gelato flavors to choose from! My husband and I both decided on a piccolo portion. My husband got the pistachio (they had some in the back), mint chocolate chip and black cherry swirl. I got violet, amaretto chocolate chip and coffee. We sat outside and it seemed that the Gelato melted quickly. We both enjoyed the sweet treat and my husband feels that this is the best in town!

The spaghetti ice took me back to the 90s in Germany. They will spaghetti any flavor that doesnt have cookie/candy/fruit pieces/chunks. We tried many flavors and they are all very rich. Recommend!

I absolutely loved this place. Gelato is Italian Ice Cream. Its creamy, sugary and delicious! This location is really adorable, I loved the interior of it. The employees are very friendly and attentive. The Gelato is fresh and made daily from what I understand. I had been to a different location of this same chain. This one is just as delicious! I highly recommend this place. Not cheap, but no more expensive in my opinion than your average Baskin Robbins, but significantly better!

Absolute favorite place for a sweet treat! Amazing flavors! Lavender is my favorite. They moved into a new building and its sooo much nicer. Everyone is so sweet as well. Very patient when you are deciding between all of their flavors. And sampling! Highly recommended!

Cute little Gelato shop. The customer service was great. They give samples of things you want to try before buying a cone of it. The Gelato is great. Our girls loved the spaghetti ice-cream.

Lovely little place, packed with the prettiest gelato Ive ever seen. I had the violet flavor, and it was so light and creamy. The young lady and gentleman working the counter were sweet as well. Ill definitely stop in next time Im in the area.

Dairy-free ice cream was very flavourful. Spacious and clean, large restrooms. Great service. Comfy seating options, both inside and outside dining. Coffee, gelato, shakes, smoothies, macarons, cookies, a couple drinks, and a pet-friendly snack option for dogs too. Very nice, chill atmosphere.

Came here a lot back in 2015, went again the other day to the new location. Quality is just as good if not better. New location is very nice and clean, service was excellent, and the Gelato is just as good as we remember. Cannot recommend enough

When I lived in Germany I loved to get spaghetti eis. I haven’t had it in years and then I heard this place made it. They did not disappoint! The spaghetti ice looked and tasted amazing! (The “meatballs” are chocolate hazelnut and the “breadstick” is a sugar cookie.) I’ll be back!

The Gelato is great, I usually go there 2 a week. They have gelato sandwiches, coffee and sorbetto. I get the piccolo (small size) on a waffle cone. I get up to 3 options of flavors but I get 2 flavors. Their customer service is great. They do catering 🤷🏽.

So amazing! I have only been here once and got a couple flavors of gelato. It seems like they offer a lot though I didnt really notice it on the menu they have there. We also got a pint container to go, so great to have at the house! We will definitely go back and try other things!

I LOVE it here. The service is great and they have so many delicious sweets to choose from. I got the chocolate dipped waffle cone with Amarena black cherry swirl gelato. They freshly dip the cones in their own chocolate tap. Getting a dipped cone elevates your gelato experience because of that perfect chocolate filled cone tip you get in the end. Highly recommend!

Here you will find reasonable prices, great service, and exceptional quality. A real treat especially in the Texas heat. The gelatos are smooth, creamy, and flavorful. I also tried a gelatte. It was tasty, I stuck to subtle flavors like vanilla and caramel, definitely enjoyable when you need an afternoon pick me up.

A high quality gelato cafe with a ton of choices, including coffees and vegan options. I had a hard time deciding but ended up getting a cup of butter pecan and amaretto chip, both of which were delicious. They had cookie dough gelato sandwiches that looked amazing but I had to resist them, this time.

Soooo many flavors and everything we tasted was delicious! Grabbed a Caramel macchiato coffee as well and it was perfect. Generous portions in the cups, tasty Waffle cones, great atmosphere and super nice workers.

Ive been here several times since moving to San Antonio. I love it. Their Gelato is amazing♥️ and their coffee is to die for. I have tried many flavors, and today tried their cold brew shake. I am hooked. Definitely go here. Do it. Your mouth wont regret it!!

My husband and I ordered from here tonight for the first time through ubereats. Best decision ever. The mango sorbet tastes like a real mango! Its the best. When we called the store to see if they had toppings so we would know for the next time we ordered Katey the assistant manager was super helpful and even left notes on our delivery to be careful opening the package since they sealed it and then left a cute note in there saying that the toppings were on her! This new location of Paciugo in San Antonio is way much better than the previous one. Much more space and nicer. On the flavour side its still one of the best places to get a really good ice cream, just as you were in Italy. They have many variations of a flavor and many flavours that you wont see in any other ice cream shop.

The two employees working on the night of our visit were super friendly (4/26/21). I’m annoyed at myself for not getting their names but it was young lady and a gentlemen. Just their attitudes is what made the experience worth it, in all honestly we wanted ice cream that night but we settled for gelato and I’m glad we did! Pistachio flavor is absolutely fantastic btw 👌🏼

Everything about this place is great, from the staff to the gelato to the variety of specials like the macaron gelato sandwiches and gelato donuts. Highly recommend coming here to satiate your sweet tooth. I had a bunch of samples and they were all great, which made it harder to choose. Ended up picking three scoops along with the bubble waffle which was great.

I am a nine yr old who loves ice cream. For the past several weeks my dad has taken me to a new ice cream shop. This week we went to Paciugo Gelato. Heres what i think: The ice cream was good; I like how rich it was. The only thing that i did not like was that the ice cream mellted to fast. But other than that i enjoyed it. I had the coffee and chocolate ice cream. GOOD JOB.

Delicious, creamy Gelato in like 40 amazing flavors! But the best of all are their macaroon Gelato sandwiches!!! Incredibly indulgent dessert - the gelato is so creamy, and the macaroons have that perfect light chewiness. Not pictured, but they also have donut/Gelato sandwich (pressed and heated like a panani), as well as bubble waffles with gelato!!

They have moved to a new location and the atmosphere they have created is very relaxed and luxurious. Perfect spot to safely meet a first date. The gelato is amazing with a variety of flavors, and the staff was exceedingly helpful in my last minute dessert needs.

This Gelato place is spectacular! Had some very friendly staff when I went & were more than patient with me. Ended up grabbing a Smores Donut which blew my taste buds away! Tastes perfect with their Coffee flavored Gelato. Will be returning without a doubt

Watched two people get served without masks, so since I’m fully vaccinated I decided to take mine off too but was told by some male server that I wouldn’t be served if I didn’t put on a mask. I asked why did I just sit there and watch two people get served without a mask and they are still unmasked right now. The male server was unable to explain but still did not address the two other people without masks that were served and never put on a mask. Buyer beware this place is discriminatory and picks and chooses who they want to mask up. Pathetic and will never recommend or waste my money here ever again.

We pretty much come here every Sunday on a family outing. Always tons of delicious choices, staff has gotten to know our (masked) faces LOL and are very lovely gals. We really appreciate their Covid measures, and then enjoy our treats at the benches outside. And the gelato is just as good as it is in Italy, and I know cause I did my study abroad in Italy! Also we drive 24-35 to get here~ it’s that good!

The gentleman who helped us out was super personable and patient when we asked about some trending videos we saw showcasing some items that werent up on the menu. He walked us through it and while we didnt get those affogato flights THIS time, we will definitely get it next date night! My girlfriend was curious to try an affogato before we committed and he was very encouraging. Thanks Paciugo fam!!!! Espresso here was also very smooth and solid, I am a big coffee and espresso drinker so I appreciate the taste ☺

So glad that this business was able to recover from that fire last year. The new and improved cafe is absolutely devine! The wife and I make a trip every time we finish our business at Trader Joes. Its just a simple walk away and you feel less fat because its working off the gelato. If you dont feel comfortable eating inside, they have two little tables outside that you can use. Absolutely a fantastic place to visit. Definitely recommend, 5/5

The cookie dough gelato square is amazing! The lavender French macarons are delicious, as well. Its a good thing I dont live closer or Id be a frequent visitor, which wouldnt be great for my waistline. There are so many gelato flavors I want to try next time Im in the area. Definitely give Paciugo a try!

Very rarely do you find good service anymore, but the girl who served me gave it. She had a brown braid; I don’t remember her name. I ordered a shake and she made too little. Most places would be lazy and just serve the small portion, but she made more to top it off and serve me the correct portion. It’s about the principle really, that she was willing to do that without being asked, that she wanted to provide good service and give the correct amount. I’m really surprised, because sadly very few people do this anymore.

Although they have dairy options, this is a wonderful place to get plant based gelato and sorbetto. I loved the pistachio coconut and the chocolate sorbetto. The service was quick and friendly. There are tables to enjoy your dessert outside on a nice day. I would definitely recommend it!
