WORST LOCATION!!! DO NOT ORDER ANY COOKIE CAKES FROM HERE. THEY RUINED OUR CAKE BY NOT SPELLING GRADUATE CORRECTLY AND WE ORDERED THE EXACT DISPLAY!!! OVER 100 people saw this terrible misspelled cake at our son’s graduation party. We had the food catered and rented a hall. A fancy party. Very nice until you saw the misspelled cake! I went back and complained to this manager and do you know what he did? He RECHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER CAKE!!!!!! I AM CALLING CORPORATE ON THIS TERRIBLE MANAGER AND OWNER! STAY AWAY AS THEY HAVE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES AT THIS LOCATION!

I spent 17 dollars on the buy 10 get 3 free deal, and got sugar cookies. Afrer eating two the cookies had a really bad after taste so gave two friends to confirm and I was right....i always go to American Cookies and have never had a problem before but I definitely will not be going to this location again. I thought the cookies were fresh because there were several on the tray but I was wrong

Says closes at nine. No posted sign. I went at 7:45 with my 3 year old. Was served. Then told we had to leave because they close at 8. There is a cold stone creamery, baskin robins, and another ice cream shop within a mile of this place. The ice cream here wasnt worth the hassle. It tasted like the ingredients of the ice cream are on the cheaper side. Just stick with the established places give this place time to get it together

Marina was the sweetest most helpful customer service person I have met in a very long time. She was kind and friendly. She greeted me and helped me by wrapping the cookie In a cute bag and even gave me a sticky note for me to use for the note I wanted to leave with the cookie on my friends door step! I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you Marina for being such a ray of sunshine in this world! You deserve a cookie!!!! 🍪

This business is phenomenal! The ice cream is top notch and the cookies are so delicious! Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! In addition, they have been very generous in being an educational partner for our school. I highly recommend the Bandera location You will not be disappointed!!!

Great store in the area. Beautiful customer service. I love this store because they have best cookies and cakes and delicious icecream. I ordered cakes for Thanksgiving and for birthday. My whole family fell in love with the cakes that they made.
