Love this hair shop :-) The ladies working here are kind and very helpful. The store is always clean, products are nice & organized on the shelves. And the prices (especially for the hair) are very reasonable.

The only place on the West side I go to purchase hair products for myself and my 18 year old. My oldest as well. Especially crochet hair. I also love their head wraps.

The girls that were working were great and very helpful. Their supply was slim but not their fault, they are waiting for their shipments to come in from overseas.

My granddaughter loved this place.They carried everything she wanted and the employees were kind and welcoming.

There wasn’t much of a selection and the prices were a bit high but the quality of the products was pretty good.

Ok place to stop in and get your needs right away. I dont stop here much at all. The prices or to HIGH! & wigs cost to much for the hair.

Although I never have great experiences coming to this location, due to rude employees who think its okay to laugh at someone for asking a stupid question.However, I went back a couple of days ago and the girl there was so sweet and attentive, even though she was the only employee there, at that time, she assisted every customer

I am so thankful for the ladies in the store today. I had been all over looking for nude wig caps and I walked in and out within 3 minutes with wig cap in hand. Thank you for your help and I will definitely be back!!

Helpful staff sometimes + Military discount. Not sure why they don’t carry certain brands of hair anymore, but it’s still a good store recognized by most people from the area.

This stores location was almost hard to find. Its way way back in a corner of a shopping strip that looks vacated due to Covid. But theres people in there.

When you enter a business with rude and non attentive employees this is a reflection of the management and owner. I believe the owner and management do not respect their customer base. They have hired employees to relate to the customer base but Mgmt has no respect for either. Buy from black or brown owned businesses even if it means buying online.

Dont expect to get help when you walk in. Very limited supplies in the store. Even the cashier looked and acted like she didnt want to be there. Smh

Not a good selection & could get the same thing for LESS on amazon AND i called to see if i could return MY UNOPENED WIG I GOT THE DAY BEFORE N THEY SAID NO. I found the receipt n on the bottom it says u cam return unopened products before 7 days. Never coming back . get new staff

This place is awesome. I got a bad haircut and needed help. The lady in the wig department was so accommodating. She was pleasant the whole time I was trying to find just the right wig. I have never used a wig before but she made this a pleasant experience. The prices were reasonable and I left very happy with my new HAIR, lol. I highly recommend!

The employees are really nice always helping everyone out . I went in for lashes and they were sold out so she double checked in her inventory and she was able to find what I was looking for . I love this store

The young lady behind the register was soooo RUDE...No Hello or Welcome but everyone else she was friendly with, no eye contact stayed looking down, could feel the attitude from her and she didnt even tell me the amount due. When I askes for the amount she just stayed staring at me and my daughter told me the amount. HORRIBLE EMPlOYEE...If I could do half a star or negative I would.

I have on several occasions been to the store on Portranco, 410 and before they closed it on WW WHITE. The employees are rude, the wigs are in bad shape, if you call for a wig they never check and tell you the truth if it would be possible to give them a negative 10... I would. I buy several wigs a year. Getting a wig from them is like pulling teeth. They are so bad, the 4000 African Americans in the church blocks away down the street, only go on last resort! Their is a 10,000 member church on the other side. They are closing stores because they are bad shop owner a. Order on line!

I went pretty late (almost closing time) and the atmosphere was great! The ladies were laughing and talking among themselves, but were still patient and attentive if I had a question about a product. Oh and the music always helps :)

I use to ho here to get my hair but a beauty store closer to my house opened up so end up going their instead but I still go to this black fox. I like how all the staff are respectful and their things here are in good quality. I definitely recommend this black fox!

The staff is very nice and will help you. I use to find my color hair #60 but they have been out for several months. I hope they get it back in stock soon! I still think it is a very nice store to shop for other things.

Horrible customer service by the tall Asian guy with glasses. His attitude was horrid and behavior as if he didnt want to help. Only support businesses that have good customer service and not just want your money. Will not go back. I will see what Magic Beauty Supply has to offer.

If I could give zero stars I would. Beware: They sell FAKE human hair wigs. Im so upset Im not going to go into details about that. Customer service sucks all the time I go here. I even pointed that out to a manager at another location. This company will not get my business anymore. Anyone who ask me why I will be sure to spread it all over town and why. Me, being new to this area and on top of that a licensed hairstylist. They have really made a very bad impression on me. Stay away from this place if you can.

This store is all I know, for 5 years since I moved to SA, They have nice items but limited selection. I can never find what I want and always end up settling, they never know when they are going to restock and im just over it. I found USA Beauty by recommendation from family who told me a long time ago Im wasting my time at Black Fox. I went to USA beauty today out of desperation because both BF locations on ingram and potranco were out of the hair I needed to finish my wig. Needless to say, I feel like a fool, USA has more hair than I know what to do with, I didnt find my exact choice but my pick was pretty damn close! never coming back to BF. EVER!!! Im So happy :D

Was looking for a wig but didnt find anything I liked...the saleswoman said she knows how to make them..I purchased the hair for her and she said she will have the wig ready by 8 pm that same day...I called her around 7 pm to check, she never answered my calls..texted her never got back to..until 9:30 pm she asked about my address and I gave it to her but I didnt hear back from her until 1 am then she texted saying that the wig was hanged at my door nob...I checked it..it was a very old wig...when I texted her she said she never used the hair I purchased and that the wig she gave me was a good one and wad so rude

Used to love this place. Unfortunately today I had an experience that was not just bad, it was horrible and did not see it coming.Upon walking up to the register, an employee (heavy set, asian man) was talking amongst his coworkers. He exclaims I hate japanese people. They make good cars, but I cant stand japanese people! as my half japanese girlfriend is standing next to me. He continues to act so calm and collected as he rings up our purchase. I barely even wanted to continue with buying something from a man making racist comments out loud, not knowing who could be around. I had to bite my tongue to refrain from any sort of confrontation.I will not be returning to this place at all. Its not even that great to begin with.
