Not one shipping cart in the store or outside! How are you suppose to shop with no cart! It is fine took my business to walmart.

The reason for my last visit was to have something taken care of that couldnt be taken care of on a previous visit. The manager took care of it quickly and professionally.

Advertising walk up covid vaccines and when I got there was told I needed an appointment.(the store is dead empty btw) While walking out of the store I heard over the intercom advertise walk-ups welcome... Wth I thought they wanted us to get vaccinated

My photo order seemed to be misplaced (it happens) and suddenly, there were 4 coworkers helping to hunt them down. Not a couple minutes later and they began re-printing them for me as to avoid me waiting any longer.As busy as their photo center seems to be this holiday season, their customer service and hustle efforts are even more so! They apologized and even offered 50% off for the trouble.Thank you, Walgreens! Sorry that had to happen, but props to yall for your determination and overall customer service!

Okay I understand because of COVID there are some things that can’t be stock up right away but it never fails that I can’t get what I need at this store the staff is nice but why can’t you stock up. So I’m not happy with this store and the funny thing is that this app s the closest store to me and... I have some medical issues that prevent me of driving around. So I’m not too happy that they don’t stock up on what I need at the store.

The pharmacy tech was rude. He decided to help a white man even though I had been standing there waiting before him. The pharmacist stared and didn’t do anything about it. This place discriminated against me. Never returning.

Was surprising... bathrooms looked like they havent been cleaned in weeks... stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting for help.

I LOVE THIS STORE ON HUEBNER...THEY HAVE A TERRIFIC STAFF AND ALWAYS SO HELPFUL...IT IS THE ONLY WALGREENS I WILL SHOP AT...

Im not sure why this place gets such low reviews. I live right down the road and use it as my default pharmacy and they have always been excellent. The pharmacy in particular is very good and responsive, both walk-ins and drive through. If you cant find something in the OTC section, a pharmacy staff will walk you through to find what youre looking for. Thats pretty darn good service in my book.

The employees here are really great people. Special shout out to Chris who specifically was a pleasure to talk to and got my photos processed quickly and professionally.

Tanya did a great job. She kept her composure and remained professional during a very busy and chaotic rush of people. She was extremely helpful and courteous.

This is a far better Walgreens and by far workers are better and more helpful here

Had a bad experience. Two people there dont know how to read coupons! I had an IVC coupon that was not limited to only one time use! The coupon was stating one per purchase which hello! Means one per item people! ugh. After I applied my coupon once, well the next time I tried to do the coupon again the manager refused and humiliated me in front of other people and told me the IVC could not be used anymore it was a one time thing that he personally allowed and . EXCUSE ME! COUPONS ARE NOT FREE WE HAVE TO BY NEWSPAPERS AND LET ME TELL YOU THEY ARE NOT CHEAP THEIR ALMOST $5 EACH. So obviously we want to use our coupons. Called corporate and I was right I could have used it more than once. I never!! Ugh😠😠😠😠

I have always been pleased with the service I get from this Walgreens Pharmacy. My doctor calls it in and by the time I drive to the Pharmacy itss ready. If you have any questions the Pharmacists are always professional and helpful. I am amazed at some of these bad reviews especially the one that complained they werent open 24 hours, obviously he knows how to use a computer so he should have seen their hours which are clearly stated on the website, hey dude look up 24 hour Walgreens, there was one just a short distance away on Wurzbach. If you want bad service go to HEBs that always runs out of a popular blood pressure medication OR CVS there are so many horror stories from myself, family and friends, you have to make several trips before they get it right, they make mistakes all the time, they even gave my friend someone elses prescription. Ill stick to this Walgreens....

Dont waste your time with this pharmacy. On 2 separate occasions they told my husband they didnt have my perscriptions or information. My husband had to leave and call me to call the pharmacy or my primary physician. This last time they told him they had to put my meds back because my brand-new prescription wasnt fillable, and I would have to call my PC and have him send a whole new script.. I called my Drs office and they placed me on hold to call this pharmacy... The pharmacy told my Drs office they infact DID have my info and prescription and didnt know what my husband was talking about... He had just left 3 minutes prior to the call.. I called right now to let them know I was going to make it to the pharmacy at 8:59 and that I was withdrawing from my meds (because I have a busy schedule and the last 2 times Ive gone for my meds they told us they didnt have them) the rep said as long at I got there before 9 I could get my meds, and hung up on me... Dont waste your time on this place. Switching to a different pharmacy tomorrow.

There is kind of new cashier (young young with dark hair) who seriously needs to work on his customer service skills. He doesnt look like he is happy and is beyond rude. I have noticed that he isnt like that with every customer. Honestly, why do these people get in this line of work if they arent even going to be friendly? If you arent happy ... freaking looking for a new job. I dont even know how these people get hired in customer service. I have never had any issues with this Walgreens but I am very disappointed with this guy. Good luck with him but I doubt he lasts long. Better for Walgreens anyways.It has totally ruined my outlook on this Walgreens and I have always been very happy before.

We go to this Walgreens regularly and they are always so friendly and we always find just what we need without going though long lines like the grocery store.

Pharmacy piss me off many times when I need to pick up my medication... My PCP send it to them and they refused to give me my med thy say we need to call him and check if it okay to take this med ..i told them he just approved it and send you the paper and its not the first time they do that... I just change it to CVS pharmacy and safe the headache

The pharmacist here thinks she is God’s gift to something. She was rude and condescending towards me at my last visit. I haven’t been in for a prescription in years. Apparently my new insurance is not contracted with them so I was prepared to pay for the prescription since they had already filled it and I was already there and didn’t want to have to go through having my doctor call in the prescription to another pharmacy and finding another pharmacy that is contracted with my insurance. Well, according to her my only options were to go find another pharmacy to do business with. Well, i will definitely do that now. Also, I will find another place to do a lot of business with since I have always liked Walgreens for the convenience of being able to shop for a few items without having to go into a large store. That will stop now! I will never dark a door at any Walgreens.

Love this store as it is always very clean, organized and friendly customer service. Its like home away from home.

Pharmacist stated to pick up prescription in an hour. Went to store and was told prescription is on back order. Terrible manager Ashley who was rude and would not transfer prescription.

Probably the slowest checkout of any store Ive been to this year. They have a pretty good grocery select.

Usually busy, but its good to see pharmacists who actually help you, and are kind, ive had issues with prescriptions on doc’s side many times and each time they have helped get it through.

The pharmacy here does not even deserve that 1 star whatsoever. My family and I have been coming here for a while now and EVERY single time the pharmacy staff, including pharmacist, are EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful, not willing to help and do not tell the truth. NEVER going to this location ever again. I take driving a couple extra miles to another location anytime over ever coming back here again.

Checkout is always slow, usual high prices, nice staff. Pharmacy is filled with douches. And discriminate anything different.

Cant get their info straight from one employee to the next on what time the pharmacy opens I left the er with a script and they told me opens at 7when we open get there one lady says no its 8 but you can talk to the manager manager says no its 9 those people dont regularly work here and she practically rolled her eyes at me. Now I have to take a bus all the way to medical center just to get my meds. When Im supposed to be on bed rest

Very understaffed in the pharmacy as with most Wagreens. Staff is indifferent to your situation and will tell you they are severely understaffed. Best to try CVS or HEB for better svc.

Called just to ask if the offered western union. The girl that answered was very rude and said they did but I only had exactly 8 minutes. Very rude.

What sucks even more, is when you are in pain and the pharmacy is open and you get off the phone with your doctor and he says i just called it in, but the pharmacy tech says nope, no messages here for you then they call 48 hrs later saying your medicine has been waiting for pick up for 2 days! ! I will never use this pharmacy even though its one block from my house!

Stick with CVS at Lockhill and De Zavala. This place doesnt care to be bothered with your business.

Yes, people DO need prescriptions at 12:00 a.m., you stupid scumbag. People have sudden conditions flare up in the middle of the night. People become suddenly ill in the middle of the night. People have injuries in the middle of the night. I broke my hand at work at 1 a.m. when a 50 pound piece of equipment fell on it. Once I was taken care of at the hospital, I needed pain medication at 4 a.m., and thank goodness a pharmacy really was open at that hour., or I would have killed for it. If a pharmacy says 24 hours, then it NEEDS TO BE OPEN 24 hours for people who desperately need medication in the middle of the night. So stop talking about responsibility, like youre some kind of brilliant expert, when, in reality, youre just a moron whos been lucky so far. You disgust me.

Most of the cashiers and managers need to get a course in customer service and attitude problems. Most of the employees need to leave their personal problems at home.

Its okay...but whatever you do dont get the Nice Teriyaki Bites. They look like bourbon boneless chicken wings on the box, but when you get home its just soggy chicken nuggets.
