There are Idiots working here, I called the store at 8:05pm to ask if I can can pick up a product and to ask if they had something that I wanted in stock. She told me ‘YES that’s fine’. I get there at 8:15pm and they’re closed. Google says they don’t close until 9pm!!! I call them back, they send me to Voicemail 3 times and finally answer, with a giant attitude! I explain what happened and they say yeah we’re closed. WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME YES COME BY IF YOURE CLOSED! That’s literally why I called, so that I didn’t waste my freaking time. The lady apologized and said that there’s lots of new girls who don’t know what they’re doing.

I stopped in at Sephora the other day.Located inside of JC Penneys, a clerk named Mackensie(sp?) answered questions concerning one of the favorite perfumes. She assisted me in picking out a blush to go with my new shirts. She was helpful, the store was well stocked and very organized, making it easy to find makeup, skincare, the latest frangrances & a few all time favorites.

The people that work there were terrible very rude and very impatient if you do not want to work with people I suggest not getting a job that she had to work with people. If you dont have no patience do not go to the Sephora blank.

McKenzie spent the entire time helping me navigate my first time here. She literally helped me with an entire makeup arsenal and was even mindful of my spending to which I assured her I was there to get the best! She was so helpful and amazing! I cannot thank her enough. I felt so nervous walking in and now I feel so confident in the items that I purchased! Cant wait to use them! THANKYOU MCKENZIE!

Overrated and overpriced make-up and skin care products. While most of the stuff is higher quality than Walmart or HEB, some of the stuff is just ordinary ingredients put together to charge you more.

I decided to get my makeup for my wedding done here since theyll do it for free if you buy at least $50 worth of products.I decided Id buy foundation and lipstick that would be used on me in case of touch-ups during the reception.The manager/makeup artist asked what i wanted and I told her I didnt want a dramatic look and I showed a couple pictures of what i was looking for. She showed me a palette and showed a dark color for transition and told me it wouldnt look dramatic. Well it did end up looking dramatic especially when i was in the sunlight. The lipstick she put on me looked okay until i saw how dark it actually looked in the sunlight. I didnt like the eyeshadow, eyebrows, or lipstick whatsoever and they can only spend 1 hour on your makeup therefore a change to your makeup will cut into your hour.I was running late to my wedding because we ran out of time to do my eyeliner and eyelashes. In addition, I had to tone down the color of my eyeshadow because it was too dramatic and dark. Also, I had to remove the lipstick and put another color. I even fixed up my eyebrows in some places. Thankfully, I still brought my makeup with me before leaving my home.Also, I bought the Sephora House of Lashes and when taking them off the packaging, they started falling apart. I still used them as I was running late to my wedding. Youre better off buying KISS eyelashes from HEB instead because theyre cheaper and better (I wanted to do this but it slipped my mind with all the wedding planning so i figured Id just buy some here).Although, my foundation and contour was good. If you decide to do your makeup here, be sure to bring a picture of how your eyebrows usually look when done and an exact picture of how you want your makeup done. Im not sure if I will go back again to get my makeup done because the I broke out in a terrible allergic reaction to the foundation,(sensitive skin) so Im scared to try a different foundation. Although, if I do, Ill be sure to show them how my eyebrows usually look and an exact picture of how I want my eyeshadow.I did return the eyelashes due to them falling apart, the foundation due to reaction, and the lipstick due to being too dark. I did so without issue and got skincare items to make up for the needed $50-spent.

I will never go back to THIS SEPHORA !! Terrible customer service I went in looking to test out a new foundation before I purchased.I was told by a girl named Angel, that the most samples I would be able to get is 3 so i was excited to try them before purchasing. I get home to open the samples and there wasn’t even enough product for a full face of makeup . It just frustrates me that people act this way when the products you are sampling out are just testers and y’all can’t even give a good amount for the customer to actually try out!

Customer service from someone named Adrianna was horrible. A stuck up disgusting, cant be bothered attitude. Acted like she was to good to assist anyone. Went back about six weeks later and not surprised to see no change. Its a shame that the JCPenney name and Sephora suffer due to ungrateful employees such as she.

This would get 0 stars if it wasnt for Bianca helping us. They had no products, no one offered to help us out. And all the consultants were just putting on make up and ignoring us. They claimed they didnt have anything because of theft issues. Maybe if they were paying more attention to customers instead of themselves, they wouldnt have a lot of theft. Huge thank you to Bianca for calling another store for us.

Went in to look at highlighters and a male employee gets in my way and doesn’t even give me a chance to look at anything and invaded my space to where I just left the aisle because of how rude he was. when i went to pay a female employee was paying attention to someone else in line and had me repeat my email three times and was on her phone while on register, then didn’t bother to help me during my transaction and was more sarcastic then friendly. never going to this location again, everything was out of stock and super rude employees. also when told about my free sample the employee said “you can only get this purfume because that’s all we have” and threw it in my bag again not making eye contact and acted annoyed. all of the employees here need to learn manners and take a customer service course, i work in another beauty store and I have never ever treated my customers this way.

Please don’t go to this Sephora they’re so rude and snobby. Asked one of the workers for 3 eye samples and she said “minus will buy them since you can’t notice any changes with samples”. Not to mention the managers are unprofessional. Don’t ask for help unless you wanna be treated in a horrible manner

I was beyond dissatisfied with my experience at this Sephora recently. I was with my sister buying her some Christmas gifts and the girl at the register who I believe was named Serene, was severely lacking any kind of etiquette that could be thought of as costumer service. She barely even made eye contact with us and seemed as if she was preoccupied with anything BUT our sale.. I wouldn’t have thought too much of it if her being dismissive of us was the only issue, but at the end of the transaction she LITERALLY THREW the tissue paper in the bag and shoved the bag at us. The energy was so ugly..

I just love to visit the wonderful people at Sephora at Ingram Park Mall they are so fun to work with and if you want to try a new sample of a new cologne that came out or perfume they will help you out no hesitation fun place to purchase will go there again and again thank you

The staff looked busy because I was standing in front of the register for a while, and I was told that theyll be with me soon. I didnt mind until one of the staff checked out a whole different girl she was helping first from the skin care section. It sucks to see so many people working here and I got no assistance. So I still waited, and 2 other staffs were behind her tried to look busy, but was just gossiping. Then the girl who was checked out before me got the best customer service and a free sample. When it came to me. The girl checking me out just basically rushed me out while talking to the other staff employing about whatever at the same time. Seriously, the majority of the staff makes me feel like Im walking in some high school.

This “Sephora” Location is terrible...they never have ANYTHING is stock and employees don’t even greet you with “Hi”, “Hello”, or “How can I help you?”. If you need assistance you literally have to walk around and look for someone. I visit this location on my lunch break so we are talking mid-day, mid-week wise so there is no excuse customer service should be so poor.Today I asked for a specific item, the Naked eye palette, and was told by the employees she believed they had them in stock since a shipment had just come in, but advised me to call tomorrow to double check?!! Pretty sure someone with customer service would offer to check the shipment then offer me one if available. I just turned around and walked out without picking up the other items I need. If you can’t offer basic customer service then you apparently don’t need my money. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location closes soon and management shouldn’t be either.

This has to be the WORST sephora Ive ever been to!So I asked a young lady who worked there if she could help me with some foundation . She doesnt greet me or smile she doesnt even really look at me . She simply looks at a woman standing next to her and says Im helping her while pointing at her ... now call me crazy but even though she didnt want to help me I thought maybe a Ill be with you in just a moment would have sufficed . She didnt seem to care . Very dry and rude response . I wasnt aware that sephoras policy was help one customer and ignore everyone else until you are completely done with that specific customer . I will never walk into that store again!

The employees at this particular store are so rude. Its ridiculous. I spend way too much money here to not even be acknowledged when entering not even after being in the store for a good while. Its run by a bunch of self entitled millennials. I asked about a specific product and I was told to go to Macys lol. I stated Sephora carries the brand and its $43 online and the girl simply walked away and said she was helping someone else. How do you not know what products you carry? Every single GIRL that works here is annoyed with any questions that you have. There was one young man who was working that was pleasant...thats it. Im done with this store.

Nobody acknowledged my presence in store I asked for help at the register and a woman told me one second I waited and she proceeded to ask me what it was I needed exactly. As if I was a burden. I didnt even make my initial purchase. Sad!!!!! Your loss though!

Although I did have to wait sometime for someone to help me I didnt mind, I was busy deciding what lipsticks I was going to buy.TARA came to save me! She saw me standing there and asked if I needed help and I was like YESS! Please! Shes a real MVP if you go to Sephora at Ingram ask for her! TARA helped me find what I needed. Im very picky and she took her time with me even though I couldnt make up my mind.Im not sure if she is a lead there or not but she should be. I wish she could have made commission but I know they dont so she will get a goodie from me when I go next time.Thanks TARA for providing the customer service I love!

Came in to get matched but noticed all the associates gathered around talking amongst themselves. Waited for a while for assistance but they were still all talking together (about 4 of them). Finally asked if I could have some help since it seemed like no one was checking on customers in the store. The associate who helped seemed very bothered that she had to leave the group conversation.

This has got to be the worst sephora I have ever been to I just so happen to be in the area when I stopped to buy my urban decay setting spray. When I got home I realized I grabbed the wrong one so I figured Id go back one day and exchange it no biggie...WRONG! The little girl at the register who couldnt be any older than 20 years old was rude and disrespectful, which makes sense I guess probably never had a job doesnt know any better but then again shes being trained by her manager right? Who is old enough to know better and still is rude! Anyway I ask to return my spray and she then says well I dont even know if we have any of those we never do...as I walk with her they have five in line of the one I need and one of the other so ?? She grabs it takes it to the counter and says ok its going to be 18.75 because you dont have your receipt its charging you 18.75 Im like what? Why? Shes like because you dont have a receipt..Im like ok well does the one Im getting cost more and shes just giggling no, you just dont have your receipt so Im like I dont get it why am I being charged thats ridiculous so your telling me Im paying for something I already paid for?? I asked her cant you look it up dont you guys send it to my email? I told her wait let me check my email shes like no it wouldnt be on there and haha anyway it doesnt even matter I already asked my manager and thats what she said... So I was like no thats ridiculous and she says well you wanna talk to her and Im like yes and her rude manager comes and says the same thing its gonna be18.75 you dont have your receipt and I explain to her well I have my bank statement online showing you guys charged me that exact price and shes like it doesnt matter you dont have a receipt so I tell her as well if theres anyway she can look it up she try to lie a few times and say no basically saying pay the 18.75 or no return/exchange I begin to get very angry and very uncomfortable as there is a line of about four people behind me waiting to be checked out she then states let me look up your email as I had already clearly asked both of them to do she looks it up finds my receipt and says oh there it is you dont have to pay...???? How hard was that no customer service experience at all...laughing in a customers face because you think your almighty manager makes the rules...no sweetheart there is rules and regulations she must follow as well... What were the both of them trying to do?? Charge a charge that they created themselves?? Im beyond upset at this I will never go back again to this location and deal with children with no customer service who cant even do their job correctly ...smh worst embarrassing experience I have ever had in my entire life!! Pathetic!

Worst day ever! Lost my wallet manager didnt seem to care. I was trting to exchange something without a receipt and terra the girl who was at the register was asking me all these questions. Instead she should have explained the policy to me but no, i ended up getting mixed up with my baby in one arm and i forgot the wallet on the counter. I asked for the surveillance cameras and they said they couldnt see anything at the register. The manager lora was rude gave attitude saying for me to step aside while trying to talk to her like im not a customer. Hello i was a customer who was not satisfied. Are u kidding me? Makes me think the employees there stole it thats why nobody saw anything. Never again!
