Went in found and ordered a beautiful dress told it would come in 2 weeks. On the 3rd week I get a call saying its late but will be in by the end of the week all they need to do is steam it when it comes in. 2 days later they text me saying the dress is no longer available in any size. Refused to give discount on floor model stating covid-19 as the reason a discount would be impossible. When I asked the lady why did she call saying it would be in if they ran out off the dresses she said it happens sometimes...Please be wary of ordering here you may waste time waiting around to get a dress that you wont be able to get. I was able to get money back.

I ordered two dresses here, one was a great color but the other was not the color I was expecting or advertised which was jade. There weren’t pictures in the catalog of this color either so I had no way of seeing the color before it was ordered. Once we got the dress in, it was teal, which is more blue than the jade color we have all our wedding decor for. They refused to trade it in for another color or refund. I asked if there was anything they could do to help me and they replied “no, all sales are final”. If you are forced to order from a catalog the least they can do is try to accommodate if the color comes in off. I’m by no means a bride Zilla but, I don’t believe this is proper treatment or customer service. Be careful when getting anything out of their catalogs, if it doesn’t come in right you are screwed out of your money.

Mary Jane was so helpful on the phone and in person. Had a great selection of baptismal outfits for my grandbaby. Prices are reasonable and beautiful clothes. They also had all the accessories you need for a baptism too. We drove over an hour into SA to go to their store. I was worried they wouldnt have much that would fit my grandbaby, but I was quite pleasantly surprised. This store will NOT disappoint! We will be going back again. Great store! Thank you Mary Jane. You made my daughter and I finally relax to be able to enjoy his first sacrament this coming weekend. God bless you from a happy grandma!

Baptismal, boy- this store has the most options Ive ever seen for boys. The customer service is outstanding. From the moment you walk in the door you are a valued guest, regardless of your purchase. In one day I came twice, only making a purchase on my second trip. My first trip I was helped by Virgi, she let me in, took my temp and locked the door behind us- covid precautions, she showed me every single option in my sons size for boy baptismal outfits and held them up for me, front and back, to take pictures. I came back the same day to make a purchase. I visited two other stores after and there was no comparison with their inventory and customer service.My second visit was also educational, certain items were explained to me and their role in the baptism.

We been coming here for years always a great experience. The ladies here are very helpful nice. Also what I love about this place is tht you can plan your party all in one place. From gowns tuxedos to invitations and ordering your cake. Like I said my family has been coming here for years and now were planning another party and his the place I want to have most of plan done. The dresses are so lovely here! Even if there’s nothing in store that fancies you, they have catalogs with pretty, affordable dresses. My favorite part? They write down the girl’s school so that another girl from the same school doesn’t purchase the same dress. The owners are so nice too! Great service! I would definitely recommend.

I have been a customer since 1983..and my sister 1982 for graduations photos. My sister photo was place at the window at downtown store for advertising for several years. And when I graduated in 1983 my photo was on the news paper for their advertisement.I also went there back in 1998 for my Wedding dress, shoes and all the accessories for the church.Today 2019 my son is standing in a debut escort. The tuxedo measurement is perfect.We did not have to wait for long.Monte Carlos studio stands by its name. I only wish I wouldve known of this place sooner! The ladies made me feel very welcomed and Cora knew her dresses in and out. Prices are very reasonable and quality was excellent for my daughters last doll for her quince. I had went to 4 other places and this was the best bargain without sacrificing quality.

They were so helpful and trying to help me find a dress at the last minute for my daughters sweet 16 and even refunded my deposit because it was to late to order a dress. I am now planning my other daughters sweet 16 and Im back here again with Monte Carlo bridal helping me out.. Thank you to all the staff very friendly..
