I just purchased two beautiful dresses by Tiffany designs for $200.00 each. One dress has full sequence and is a wonderful blush color. The dresses retail for double elsewhere. Everyone was very nice to me. There are a couple things to keep in mind when you come into this store. Its not a department store, so expect them to push for a sale. Also, they will charge you $10.00-$19.00 for a dress bag, depending on the bag quality. Someone else reviewed that they charge extra fees, this is one. If you have your own garment bag, please bring it. They really do have some of the most beautiful dresses I have seen around in the airport San Antonio area for affordable prices. Give them a chance!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I purchased a necklace and a belt for a wedding dress. First of all, the the elderly man who stated that he is the manager overcharged me and pretended that he didn’t realize it. He hesitantly gave me back $10 which wasn’t even what he overcharged me, but I decided to let it go and leave the store. When I got home, I took out the bridal belt which was broken. I didn’t see when the man packaged it up and put it in the bag, therefore I didn’t see if it was broken when placed in the bag that he put 100 staples to close it with.I came to ask for an exchange since I know they don’t do refunds, and the same man was disrespectful and told me that he didn’t know who broke it and that he doesn’t fix things. I was respectful with him, although he became irate. He gave me the number to the other manager, but told me that they would not do anything. Why sell me something broken? This is why they are going out of business. What a shame. I will never purchase from here again and I don’t recommend you do either.

If there was a way to give no stars I would! DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! I am never one to write reviews but I felt the need to warn everyone! We paid $250 for a dress and extra for alterations. Some how they kept adding on new payments even though they were never discussed before. Then after paying an extra $180 on alterations they ruined the dress!! It was cut and didnt have the same fit as before! When we tried to get it fixed the customer service was terrible! Everyone was rude and unwilling to help. We ended up having to spend an extra $150 on alterations at another shop to save the dress. If you order a dress here please do not let them touch it!!! What a terrible terrible experience and so much money down the drain!

I hate that we cannot write a review without giving a star. Do not rent a tuxedo or yet alone purchase anything from here. The man in the wheel chair who I can only assume is the owner is extremely rude I have no idea why he is still there running his business to the ground. We were sent there to get sized for an event was charged a deposit and were told the balance $45 was due upon pickup. Went to pick up he said it was an additional charge of an extra $35 and he could not state exactly why. Just that our card would be charged. Save your money go else where. Bad experience since walking through the door with that man.

I want to say ESTHER is a worst sales person I could meet, 1st time I went there she was nice, I saw one dress only that I liked, she told me they don’t have any other dresses that type only online and she will have to order and pretty much she said if she orders I need to take a dress.(must buy) She wasn’t really helpful she acted like she doesn’t wanna be there and it’s almost end of her shift so “screw you” I wanna go home 😂 . She made me believe that I can fit in XS size which she ordered and also she never took a once chance to button up dress on my back (too lazy for that ) but she “knew” to say oh yeah you can fit smaller size, once dress arrived I went to try she bearly said hello like she doesn’t even recognize you anymore…. Anyway dress was WAY SMALL I couldn’t even fit it at ALL… it was waste if everyone time. She was like Ooops . They asked me if am I able to cut weight 😂😂😂I’m 100pounds person - OH YES I can cut weight only if you cut half of my body . What a JOKE.I just ended up buying dress that I originally tried and fit me well she just was lazy to help and zip it fully .On the other hand LAURA a is so sweet and nice, but she is owner /manager not sure if you need to buy something I suggest you talk to Laura only . She is awesome.Ps. Whatever you try on they won’t let you take pictures 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼😞😞😞Overall- wouldn’t go back.

The older man who works there is extremely rude. The other staff is helpful and nice but he cuts them off and wants to deal with all the customers when he does not have any good customer service. If any deposits are put down they are not deposits cause the money is not returned when tuxedos are returned. Im sorry to say but once the older man no longer works there eduardos will be a great place to rent from.

I went to see wedding dresses, I wasn’t expecting much as I did not have the best experience with the previous person I went to prior to coming here. I can’t speak much about Eduardo’s but I do want to thank Esther, she made me feel like a Royal queen! I love that she wasn’t trying to sell me the most expensive dress, she was actually looking for what I wanted, and best of all at the best price. I fell in love with my dress and best of all the price! Thank you Esther, you made me a very happy bride to be.

I recently purchased a dress for my granddaughter; the sales woman agreed on a price of $99.00, only to find out the owner then charged me $119! What a ripoff! It was close to closing and they were rushing us to leave the store; the receipt had been stapled in half and I didn’t see it until a few days later

Honestly if i could leave no stars at all i would. The employees were so rude and unprofessional. They wanted to upsell a cheap and stained child dress and then when i declined the lady told me to go to a Burlington or Dillards. Honestly i would find something waaaaay better at dillards or burlington. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Needed a dress super last minute for my daughter. They were super helpful and quick helping us find something. Esther was AMAZING!

WILL NOT RECOMMEND. Take your business elsewhere. Overpriced. Make sure to ask about their service fees and charges not just the dress or tux your renting/buying if you do choose to stay. Make sure to get receipts for everything and record of what they say!! Most of the ladies were kind but the man that is at the front was super rude and had no customer service skills. Yelled in my face at the top of his lungs when I had questions about my orders. If I can give no stars I would just on that experience alone. Store has no system and does everything on calculator.

I was trying to look for a prom dress for my Highschool prom and the workers there were so freaking rude to me when I was asking for help. Not to be a Karen lol but the Workers there were extremely unprofessional.

No one was in the store yet they rudely yelled at us that my daughter wedding was 2 far away and we need an appointment, yet refused to make one while we were there. And my daughter is getting married May 2021. How is the world is that too far away? No worries with this awful place we went to other place and found the perfect dress. My Bestfriends Daughter needed a QUICK PROM DRESS short second. Yolanda helped us every step of the way and even altered the dress in 1 week. Highly recommend this place THE DRESS WAS BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!

So I was looking to buy a couple of vests for my work as I am required to wear a vest at work. So I stopped by Edoardo‘s to see what they had in stock. Asking price for an average looking first was $125. Not sure who they think they’re kidding because the verse that they were offering were nowhere near the quality.

Horrible service! The old man in the front kept asking irrelevant questions when we told him we were just browsing to get an idea of bridesmaids dresses. He kept telling us that the dresses wouldn’t be available because it was too earlier to be looking for dresses when the wedding is next year. We kept explaining to him that we were just looking but he kept on yelling “they won’t be available” then told one of his employees to come tell us the same thing.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They scam you by making you pay twice. They do not accept drag queens to try on anything in their store because they made them leave and embarrassed in front of us and other ppl that were there. Over all they all are very rude unhelpful people. And don’t even get me started with the alterations. Just don’t waste your time and money on these people because they are a joke and WILL SCAM YOU !!!

My daughter and I regretfully went dress shopping here at this store for her beauty Pageant which is in JUNE and in Florida, after we found the dress we spoke to the seamstress who spoke very broken English, but we had a translator, we wanted the dress altered to fit my daughters length and her chest, she is 9 keep in mind. So we asked the seamstress how much she would charge us for all the alterations and she verbally quoted us $79.00 she spun my daughter around and looked at the dress once more and she said “ yes, it is going to be $89.00” of course we asked how come she just changed her price from 79 to 89, she arguably said “no it’s $89.00” didn’t even acknowledge my question, anyways I paid for the dress and alterations. They told me the dress would be ready the following Tuesday. I go back at the specified times at the specified day and after being looked over and ignored for about 5 minutes I finally told one of the ladies in the front that I was there for the dress. So we went upstairs to try on the dress to find the dress was barely altered at all! The dress was still big and bulky on my daughters chest, they didn’t take out the breast cups like if asked for or even tighten the dress in the areas I was talking about. After being asked if I was ready to take the dress I said no, respectfully and pointed out yet again the areas of needed work that wasn’t done, the seamstress told me ahed have it done and to come back in a couple of days. After coming back once again we were faced with the same problems, after pointing it out I was given the most horrible disrespect from her and the lady in the front. The seamstress was making a big deal about taking out the cups and altering the size she would not do it because it would be an extra charge. So we thought talking to the owner Eduardo would help and make the situation a little more professional but no, he seemed so discombobulated when we presented him with our problems, he didn’t understand and didn’t want to hear us. Again we were asked by when we needed the dress and we said JUNE, that we didn’t mind if it took a few Extra weeks just as long as the dress was done properly. On our way out this lady in the front just yelled next time you come wait for someone to help you, and after saying that I was patiently waiting and being ignored, I walked to the designated area where I was told to pick up the dress. She proceeded to point her finger at me and tell me that what I was saying was “not true” and raising her voice to me. This place is very ghetto and the people Eduardo has working for him are extremely unprofessional, this was my first and last time coming to eduardos. This place does not care about its customers wants or expectations. They will treat you how ever they feel like treating you, and if you dare try to stand up for yourself or to point out that there’s errors in a dress, God help you cause you’ll be getting hell for it and humiliation on the way out. Very ghetto and unprofessional. Never again! I got a call from Eduardo the owner today saying “ he didn’t want to ruin our trip but we have to get our dress because we’re going out of town” 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m just praying our dress is done right and we aren’t being retaliated against..

Just left there and was appalled at the horrible service. The old man up front was yelling and rude as hell. They dragged down another lady who was helping upstairs to help us. Felt so bad for her cause you could tell she was even afraid to ask up front for us to see if another dress was available. Had to pay for extra for alterations we shouldn’t have needed if she as measured correctly in the first place. So disappointed how Eduardo’s is now, we’ve dealt for years with the store on the south side and all those sales people were always very helpful and nice. Went to this place for my sons girlfriend Sweet 16 dress. The dress itself was an $800 dress plus tax. We got it for a whopping $500 dollars. Yesterday we went to go pick up the dress and make our final payment which we were told was $100 when we went to go get it they added an extra $59.99 when we asked about the extra fee the old man was so freakin rude about it saying she just doesnt want to pay taxes which was not true but it wasnt true I just asked why there was a different amount then what I was told.. Shortly after inspecting the dress we saw a hole . of course we brought it to their attention and the old man immediately started yelling at Aurora in Spanish about so tell us theres nothing we can do about it. He kept saying things like its only $500 dress as if that was Nothing. We will never go back and anyone who will listen Id tell them DONT WASTE YOUR TIME .

I went there and was told and given.a card with the price of 59.99 I ended up paying 165.00 for one tuxedo they refused to.give my wedding party the deposit back on tuxedos when.rerurned. And they gave my husband to be a hard time when.he went to fitted. He was working the day I.pick up his tuxedo. They tired to say he hadnt paid for it. You could here both the female work screaming at each other. He was late for our wedding due to having to wait for them the find his ticket. With that dinosaurs method of keeping records. My mom tried to make an appointment for a wedding dress fitting, they said we could walk in. We got there and they refused service. The man said they only offer services to people getting married the next two months. He was really rood.

Don’t even bother wasting your time and money. You can find a tuxedo rental that 5x as good for cheaper price. The quality of the suits is really bad, and the worst part is that the slacks itch all day long. I usually rent tuxedos at Rex Formal Wear for quinceañeras and weddings, I can tell you It was a HUGE mistake trying out Eduardo’s. They over charged me (because supposedly we were getting a deal for the tuxedoes, since we were renting multiple. But they forgot to give the discount) and they kept my $25 deposit. Next time I’m going back to Rex Formal Wear. Please don’t get played by this place, take it from someone who has danced in like 12 quinceañeras already (me).

Alfonso the older gentleman is extremely rude and unprofessional. Has no respect for paying customers. He refused to give my daughters boyfriend back the 25 dollar deposit, in which he returned the tuxedo back on time with no damages. Alfonso is very disrespectful and yells at his employees will having customers in the store again very unprofessional.

I just walked into this store with my sister & mom ready to look at bridesmaids dresses & possibly bridal dresses. The elderly man in the wheel chair along with the two other women who work there were just standing around laughing & talking & as soon as we got into the store they tell us we need an appointment even though the store was completely empty. The elderly man starts to tell my sister that it’s “too early” for her to be looking at bridesmaids dresses when her wedding is one year away and refused to show us any dresses. If she wants to look at dresses it’s absolutely none of the owners or employees business why. I didn’t realize there was a rule on when you’re “allowed” to look at possible dresses you might want. Also the other woman was very rude telling us that we need an appointment over & over when we didn’t know we needed one. The tone & attitude she had towards us was disrespectful & disgusting. We will never return to their store. The only reason we went to look was out of convenience since we were already in the area.

This is the worst place ever!!! I was warned and I didn’t listen!! There was only 6 dresses for the actual party and four dresses for my granddaughters. They were all wrong, all of them!! Then they are all rude, especially the man in front, maybe the owner! I don’t know how they are still in business! This place is trash, I will never use them again, nor recommend this place! I wish I would have read these reviews before I went to this store! Don’t waste your time nor money!!

I usually hate dress shopping but needed a dress for my sisters wedding. I called ahead and the owner was super helpful on the phone, asking me lots of questions which ended up making the in-store experience less stressful and more efficient. Really helpful and the dress was hemmed quickly too.

Getting dresses for a sweet 16 my daughters are are gonna be attending in. When we came for fitting they made us pay for the dresses upfront before trying them on and they would not give us receipt until we are to leave. Then all the dresses the girls were trying on were too small and then they want to charge an extra $35 for any alteration. Shady business here, avoid the hassle and go somewhere else.Update: We ended up going to location on military dr. They actually treated us better there!

Horrible place. Sales lady didn’t want to show us dresses so we said we’d go elsewhere then all of a sudden we could try on dresses. Sales lady spent the entire rime hunched over the rail playing on her phone. Told us we could hold a dress for 200 and if we changed our mind we could use the money towards another dress. Long story short they lied and stole money from my mother. Their dresses reek and are dirty. Also during the visit heard the man in the wheel chair screaming at another customer. We should have known then. I’m gonna recommend the news going in there with an undercover camera to see the horrible service that goes on in this place. The good reviews have to be fake because every single bad one is basically what we experienced.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Quickly and efficiently responded to what my needs were, also listened intently to what event I was preparing for and accommodated what my idea of how my dress should look! From the door to the alterations needed, if I could give more than five stars ⭐️ ✨ 🌟 I would definitely will be recommending people to visit for their formal event needs! Honestly went above and beyond, not really sure what the issue was with these other reviewers. You can’t please everyone I suppose but truly 5 + stars in my book!!!

I try to give the people the benefit of the doubt but this time never stepping foot in that place again. I would have given 0 stars if i could! I got my wedding dress from here 10 years ago and had the best service ever! Today I called and wanted to bring mys sister on Saturday. The guy that answered asked me when the wedding was. I told him a year. he said that is will be a problem because their will be many people here for weddings happening this year. and if she find a dress it probably wont be here when she comes back. i told him we are planning on buying. he said well no one will attend to her. i said then i will go somewhere else. how mean and rude was that! I think they just want to jack up prices and get brides there that need a dress asap. i will not recommend this place to anyone, it should be shut down for the rudeness!!!!

Great tuxedos for a very reasonable price. Eduardo has provided tuxedos and gowns for all my family’s formal affairs since we first discovered them. He’s always greeted me with a warm smiling face and taken good care of my family. Excellent service!!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! I called and a gentleman answered and started asking me all these different questions like why hadnt I bought a dress at the other shops I visited and when my wedding was. He seemed appalled at the fact that my wedding is only 28 days away! I admit, I was taken aback by his forward questions and personality however, he said I should go ahead and drop by right then and there (I didnt have to wait for a scheduled appointment). I soon realized why he asked all those questions. I walked in the door and let him know who I was when I saw him. He immediately called for Esther and recited back to her everything I had told him on the phone without skipping a beat or looking at any notes! He told her, Get her a nice dress at the end too. So Esther took me upstairs to a large rack and helped pick out three dresses for me to try after I told her what I was looking for. The second dress I tried on was the one I fell in love with. Esther gave me the dress at a great price and I was just ecstatic! Esther was exactly the kind of person I needed to help me. Her straight-forward honesty and Franks bold personality can seem a bit intimidating at first but please do not let that deter you working with them! I was literally in and out of there in less than 30 minutes with a happy heart and a gorgeous dress for my big day. They are honest and fair and I would recommend Eduardos to any one who wants honesty and not some one who just wants to sell as much as they can. Side note: The dresses in the whole place were beautiful and well-kept. The store itself appeared clean including the dressing areas. Ample mirrors and built in little stages to stand on to model and see your dresses.

Im getting married on Feb 8th 2020 I had previously went to Davids bridal, and another no name shop.. both stores I was very unhappy with, they were very pushy, true sales people.. I saw the reviews on edwardos bridal, and thought no way am I going there. I decided to give them a call the guy I spoke with was very nice and I formed me the entire store was 50% off.. so cause Im cheap I went up there with my maid of honor I walked in and I heard someone say hello. I said hi and walker straight to the wedding area. Someone followed me I got aggravated but he just said let me know if you want to try something on so I did. The whole time he was not a sales person and told me that any dress I try on I would look beautiful even gave me a discount on the already marked down dress. This place should be bigger then Davids bridal their selection is enormous!! You all rock!! Thank you so much for making me feel at ease and beautiful and not pushing me..

Don’t waste your time walking into this place: horrible...unprofessional...rude customer service by an older man seating at the front desk watching TV and I believe is the owner of the businesses, everything went downhill from “Mr. Nice to Mr. Rude and unprofessional” at the time of picking up the dresses and tuxedos, he comes up with a totally different amount of the original price, He doesn’t return your deposit, change the prices with any excuse possible and the orders are wrong with there mistakes, it would be different if he was willing to correct them, also takes advantage of the situation knowing that there is very little time for the customers to go somewhere else. I DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW A BUSINESS LIKE THIS-ONE STILL OPERATES.

Picked out my sisters wedding dress and my mothers mom of the bride dress here in less than 2 hours. Beautiful selections in every price range and color and sales associates were very helpful.

My husband and I went to Eduardos to get his and his groomsmens suits for our wedding. They had a lot of options to choose from, and the guys looked so handsome in their suits! Eduardo and his team made the rental process quick, easy, and enjoyable. With how stressful coordinating a wedding can be, its nice to know a dependable, family-owned business in San Antonio thats easy to get to and has a lot of parking.

I’m not sure what all the fuss is about and why all the bad reviews. We absolutely had the best experience with Eduardo’s. We encountered every single sales person, seamstress to the owner and they all treated us well and gave us the best customer service ever. This is really a one stop shopping for any formal event for both male and female. They really took care of us. They’ve been in business for 20-30 years and have employees that have been there since the beginning. No complaints from me about Eduardo’s. We love this place and had a great experience. Diane and Boni really helped me with my dress and made me feel and look like a million bucks.

The seamstresses are very helpful. The old man Eduardo is awful. I bought a prom dress for my daughter $450.00 and had it altered for an additional $75.00. Picking it up thinking it was ready to go. The was a small stain on the front part of the dress. I didnt think I would have had to inspect the entire dress. Im afraid to try and clean it in fear it would make a big water mark. He said to blow dry it. He is a jerk!

My friend and I were looking for a dress for a quinceanera themed birthday party, and we had the absolute BEST experience at Eduardos. Becky and Sylvia helped us out and they were INCREDIBLE! From the moment we walked into the store, Becky was so great in showing us around the store and helping us try on the spectacular dresses. Highly recommend, ask for Becky or Sylvia!

I was very pleased with my purchase! I went in there and was immediately given a warm greeting by the owner and the assistance I needed in order to find the perfect tux. It was ready within a couple of days and didnt even need a single alteration. Highly recommended!

Unacceptable business practices! My buddy came in to get quotes for a full suit without a jacket for him and 2 groomsman. Shirt, pants, shoes, vest, bow tie and suspenders all for 69.99 plus tax is what he was told. When I went in, I was dealing with a girl that couldn’t understand English at all. I wrote down everything I needed which was the same as the grooms, except a different colored bow tie and suspenders. I was charged the same 69.99$. When I came to pick them up and try it on, she said the vest is not included and it would be 20$ more. Completely unacceptable to not have proper communication... they told me it was because he was the groom and they threw it in free. What kind of business would tell a customer, “if you aren’t happy we usually send you somewhere else. So then you are happy and we are happy”... I should have known it would be this way when another customer was complaining about a price discrepancy as I showed up the first time. Save your money, and if you do go here, watch your card and make sure they don’t screw you even more. Take pictures!!

Stay Away. I only gave them 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. The manager/owner is a mean, evil man!! I first encountered him 15 years ago. I vowed never to return to the establishment due to his berating, rude, demeaning and unprofessional behavior. As fate would have it, the only bridal store who sold the dress I needed today was Eduardos. He was the 1st person I saw and he is 10 times ruder than he was 15 years ago!! Thank you Social Media! Please dont make the same mistake I did. Please find another store to give your business to. Even if you have to travel to another city, its worth having to deal with this man!!

The owner is a good man doing business for 70 years. He’ll go out of his way to help u find what u need, and has a great sense of humor.

If I could rate less than one star I would! First visit was great, until we went back to pick up the dress. After taking measurements, the dress was ordered much larger than needed. I assume this was so they could justify charging more. Manager actually said it was because my maid of honor was so big! What kind of clothing place tells a customer that when theyre taking your money. Awful, awful awful! DO NOT GO THERE!

My family and I have shopped at Eduardos for decades. Best selection and prices Ive ever found. The owner and the staff always go above and beyond.

Worst experience worst service I have ever received. I ordered a dress and was told a belt came with it. When the dress came in the female rep who assisted was not there so I spoke to the young gentleman who went get my dress. checked the bag and noticed no belt and was told the belt did not come with the dress. They make you pay and promise you everything is good and they dont deliver. Stay away from this establishment.

Google says the store closes at 6pm, I walked in to the store at 5:45pm to take a peek at a few dresses, I wasnt planning on trying anything on since I am aware of the closing time. Just wanted to browse for a few minutes. I walked into the store and instead of a greeting I was told were closed, you dont have time to look at dresses to which I replied, I just rushed over here after work and wanted to browse for 5 min, your sign shows that you are open, and you close at 6? He says Sorry you dont have time, we are closed Well Eduardos, you lost another customer, and have yet another bad review. As Im writing this review your sign still says that your store is open, your staff should work on that, and maybe their customer service skills as well!

We were nervous about trying this place, after reading all the negative reviews. But after trying multiple places and not finding a dress for prom yet, we were desperate. We walked in and had two employees (Bono and Diana) offer their assistance within the first few minutes. We told them what we were looking for and our budget. They were extremely helpful in finding dresses for my daughter to try on. After finally finding a dress we were satisfied with, the owner assisted with taking our payment. Everyone was pleasantly helpful! So glad we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We had a great experience!

Manager is very rude at this store. No one helps and hes a smart ass for every queation you ask him. Dont know his name but has blue eyes and sits in a wheelchair. Lost our business real quick. Do not waste your time at the San Pedro location

Maybe that prejudice I dont know what the lady sat there and told me they had no wedding dresses available. Then when my friend started looking up other places to go all of a sudden she has dresses! Davids bridal hooked me up for 199

Very disappointed. I purchased a very expensive dress and paid for alterations to be done to it. The seamstress did not have me stand on a stool she measured me from the store floor. Very unprofessional when I picked up my dress 1 side was longer then the other and she kept insisting to take more from the front of the dress. I kept telling her the dress was uneven. One side was longer than the other side. She kept telling me well what do you want me to do about it? I want you to fix it evenly but she insisted there was nothing wrong with it. I do not recommend this place. The owner kept calling g over the intercom telling the ladies he needed them cause customers needed help. He literally blew up the house phone. Im a customer too and I paid for everything in advance including alterations. Very Disappointed. Even my daughter and sons girlfriend could tell the difference. I showed my husband and sons my dress and they even said it was longer on one side. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND IM A WEEK AWAY FROM MY DAUGHTERS QUINCEANERA. Future Buyers beware. No star service but it wont let you upload until you give them a star so 1 it is but you are a zero in my book.

Good selection of clothing for both women and men. Guaranteed place to find what you are looking for. Horrible and I mean horrible customer service but the older gentlemen in the front. Oh and if you want to buy a suit you just have to assume you will look good in it because you cant try on any of them on, not even the jacket.

This place has the most amazing dresses at fantastic prices. Not an abundance of the same ones either, so your chance of a 1 of a kind dress is very likely.

My sisters and I, as well as the brides family, came in looking for bridesmaid dresses - just to get an idea of the style that we wanted. As soon as we came in, the owner and associate ask when the wedding was going to be. When we tell them that it will be in sept. 2020 they tell us that we’re wasting our time because the current dresses won’t be in stock. While understandable that the dresses won’t be the same, it’s fine because we just want to look for some styles. The entire visit after that just felt like we were unwanted and intruding in their business! They were rude, didn’t want to help us, and gave off so much attitude! Save your breath, your time, and you money because this is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life!

I wouldn’t recommend to anybody to come this location. Very rude and no greetings coming in to store. We found my daughter dress that she loves from the internet. We got it!!!

I was truly shocked at how rude the owner was to us. They also totally rip you off with additional fees and costs. I feel sorry for anyone who decides to go with this business for such beautiful celebrations. I know this has been stressful for our party. I caution all I was shocked at how accurate the reviews were.

The Owner is a complete ASSH*LE. Rude, Unprofessional, He doesnt speak English very well, so he gets pissed off when you use words he doesnt understand. How the hell is this guy still in business!? How is it that no one has gone in there and beat the sh*it out of this guy?We purchased a dress here about 6 months ago and paid everything IN FULL before the wedding. Last month I notice a charge to my card from these thieves! More than 6 months later!!!! According to the man (and woman) I spoke to, I was UNDER CHARGED for something I purchased. Not my problem. Why wouldnt they have noticed MONTHS ago!? Sounds like a scam to make up for the lack of business these people have. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO A LEGIT BRIDAL STORE. UNLESS, you prefer the extra stress on top of planning an already stressful wedding.

Put it this way, I had to create a Google account just to leave a review because I feel that this store was so awful that I want everyone to know so they dont bother going there! The one good review on this place has to be from someone working for the store because I agree with all the negative reviews. I went to the store at 2 pm on a Saturday leaving myself plenty of time to find dresses to try on for my wedding. I was in no way rude or a bridezilla. My mother and I were not greeted upon entering the store. We started to look at some of the colored dresses and worked our way to the wedding dresses. The area where the size 16 dresses were kept looked like a closed off section. The lights were turned off and there were boxes crammed in the corner. A woman came and asked us if we were looking for a wedding dress, she also asked our price range. She rolled her eyes when I said I wanted to keep it under $800. She proceeded to help me find dresses that were not my size even though I told her what size I am and the types of dresses I am interested in. I had 3 dresses total to try on and the first one ended up being quite beautiful...but...it was WAY too big. I explained to her this and she became frustrated with me and rudely stated that I could just have it altered and that I didnt know how to wear a dress. I asked my mom to take a picture of me in the dress so I could remember the style if I came back to buy it and the woman loudly said that I am not allowed to take a picture of the dress unless I am going to buy it. after trying on all 3 dresses I asked if I could go look again to make sure I didnt miss anything and she asked me if I was serious about getting a dress. I gave her a very estranged look and said, well my wedding is coming soon and I only have weekends off so why would I be wasting my time if I wasnt looking? She then proceeded to say well Im only asking because my boss will ask me and I have to have an answer for him, I thought you liked the second dress. I explained to her again that the dress was simply too big and even though she said I could order the smaller size, she said I should just alter that one. Again I told her I was not interested in altering a dress that was too long in certain places where they should not be due to size difference, I then rebutted with, well if you dont want me to look then just tell me so I dont keep wasting valuable time. Of course they wanted my money so she quite forcibly said you can keep looking, but by that point I was so put off by her attitude towards me not wanting to buy a dress that could not be altered to me I did not want to be in that store any more. I would rather pay a few hundred dollars more online buying that dress then going back to that store....EVER!

I should have posted this review a few years ago. I needed a nice dress to wear to my sons military wedding. I had a dress on hold at Davids Bridal, but wanted to look at another option. When I walked in a rude young woman laughed at me and told me that there was NO WAY I would find a dress in 5 months. I told her that I already found a dress, but wanted to see their dresses... I walked out. Heard this joint is finally closing.

I really wish there was a way I could rate these people without giving them a star, because they DEFINITELY dont deserve it! Customer service =HORRIBLE!! They lie and they overcharge you for renting a tux. I rented a tux for $59.99, and a vest and tie for $35.99. I put a $25 deposit on the tux and the vest and tie. Total $50.00. When I went to pick up the items, I paid a total $120 for both items. I was told he took the $50 off for the deposit. Apparently someone cant do math! They have HORRIBLE customer service skills. And I wouldnt recommend them to ANYONE!!

When buying a dress the staff is very helpful but once they have your money the customer service goes out the window. Boni is very helpful and understanding but I was yelled at by a lady and the OWNER over the phone for simply checking if my dress was in. The owner has no idea of day to day operations but insists on trying to answer questions then gets mad when you correct him. He and the other lady thought I couldnt hear them/understand Spanish and were talking about me while I was waiting on the phone. I even heard the owner say dont look for the dress is just the mother not even the quinceañera as if my dress was unimportant. This place needs new management ASAP

I felt very uncomfortable on my visit to this store. I did not feel like a welcomed customer. As soon as I walked in an employee was immediately rude and asked me in a rude tone what I wanted and I would not be allowed to try anything on without an appointment. As I went upstairs to look at some dresses, a lady started to follow me as I searched for a nice dress. I felt very uncomfortable and wanted to leave the store. I will not be returning and recommend that you do not go to this place. I was disappointed because my sister bought her Quince dress here and got great service and obviously did not.Also the elevator is hella sketchy.

Terrible service and quality! Special ordered a guest book and pillow for my daughters quince months in advance. When we called to check if it had come in on the date given, they kept pushing the date back. Every time we called, we were told we had to talk to the person that placed the order because no one else knew what was going on. We didnt receive it until about a week before the party. The album was very poor craftsmanship and quality. Definitely would not recommend this place!

Horrible Company.. lie, cheat and will charge your card without permission. The man upfront is rude and disrespectful. The ladies lie to rope you in. Montellano is the lady who promised us 2 free tuxedos since we rented 15 suits and they charged us all. She then said she said she was never authorized to make that decision. The tuxedos were all in need of repair. They are the WORST company to go to!! Spend your money elsewhere. Was just charged more by them!! I am calling fraud to my bank!!!

Good customer service but the prices are too much for what your getting. They also add extra charges they didnt even tell you about.

It is very difficult to get help when looking for a bridal gown. The owner sits in a chair at the front and yells at his staff over the intercom pretty constantly. At one time he was upset that he couldnt see The woman who was assisting us and over The intercom he scolded her over tge intercom for not being in his sight. The selection of gowns is limited for most sizes and most are ball gowns. There were bugs infesting the dressing rooms. Signs specifically say no children welcome and no pictures are allowed if youd want to take pictures of a dress you like to reference against others you find elsewhere.

I made pass purchases here but this purchase took the cake. We bought a 398 dress paid all but 30 dollars then paid the next day cause he said dress had to be paid in full so it could get altered. (Today)Two days before prom picked it up from the alternations, he says we still owed 30 but not true the clerk didnt write the cash in. We had to repay again. The owner was uncooperative and then says the alternations would of been done because money owed was so little. What! Thats a lie. He needs better customer service and train his clerks.
