The salon’s wedding dress selection is great and the sample dresses are very well taken care of. I’m so happy to have purchased my wedding dress at Swan Bridal. My friend and I were out shopping for a dress for her cow renewal, and we hadn’t found anything all day. We stumbled across Swan Bridal on Google and called to see if they had any openings. They only had a 30 minute slot between customers but were kind enough to accommodate us. We arrived, and the sales associates were so kind and helpful, assisting us to find dresses with the price range and that matched my friend’s style. In 15 minutes, we found the perfect dress (which was on sale!). Highly recommend!

Great place with many wonderful dresses and unique styles. After visiting 4 other stores, I finally found my perfect dress here. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. However, I want to highlight Ms. Paola for an outstanding customer service! The best I’ve ever received. My fiancé and I were completely satisfied with the experience at this place; 100% recommend!

All future brides need to shop here. Amazing experience after some so-so experiences. Cathy is very kind and an expert in the art of bridal dresses. There are stunning, unique gowns at all price points, low and high. They let you look through their inventory to pick out dresses, but will also pull dresses they think you will love. After trying on so many gowns elsewhere, Cathy pulled one gown herself and it was the one. She kept my timeline (short, about 5-6 months) in mind and my dress will be here in September! Amazing! After trying several different stores, we found Swan Bridal online. We called & spoke with one of the owners, Katherine. She said they were closed for the day but she could meet me there in 2 hours.We met there & had the store to ourselves, she came in on her day off!!!I found the dress I’ve been looking for, it’s absolutely beautiful. Even though I ended up finding my dream dress elsewhere, I could not pass up leaving a good review for this shop. Cathy was AMAZING. She helped me really discover not just the what I liked in a dress, but the WHY, which helped me in finding the one I went with. All the dresses she showed me were well within my pretty strict price range. If I hadnt found THE one elsewhere, I already had 2 different dresses in mind at this shop that I wouldve used for my day! Both of those dresses were the shops own design. Their own designs were beautiful, reasonably priced, and because theyre designed in store, theyre able to cater a little more to what youre wanting in the dress for your day while also advising you completely on what will work and what wont. I will be referring others to this store for the future!

Amazing customer service and bridal experience! Jane and Yannet were incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for and presented multiple perfect options all within my budget! I never felt rushed as I tried on dresses and appreciated their patience and ability to help me narrow down my thoughts until I found a dress that I loved! I made an appointment for 2pm and no one helped us in the 48 minutes we were in the store other than to grab dresses and put them in a room for us. My mom had to help me into and try on all 6 dresses. When you make an appointment, specifically driving to SA from Fredericksburg (an hour away) to be helped, that’s what you expect. When you make an appointment, stick to it. Otherwise poor business practice. It’s one thing to be 10 minutes behind on schedule, but another to be 48 minutes behind. Walked out with no dress and disappointed at lack of service. Janette was nice and trying her best. But as a business you must be more on point with keeping within timeframes, otherwise you lose business like you did today. One other thing- 90% of dresses are size 8+. When you’re short and petite, hard to find or imagine yourself in any of the dresses there.

Swan bridal deserves a million stars! I just picked up my dress yesterday and am absolutely in love. From the moment you walk in the door, they treat you (and your party) princesses. They really listen to what you want, make every effort to find it, and are very considerate of your expressed budget. While catering to many tastes, the dresses are very “in” and stylish. They were patient and knowledgeable when I changed my mind a bunch of times and was torn between dresses. I felt comfortable and supported through the whole process. They have made themselves available for communication (and appointments) with very timely/ helpful responses throughout the whole pandemic and have taken extra precautions to make us feel safe. Give this place a shot when your in the San Antonio area. They really go the extra mile.

I had looked at 4 other stores and was exhausted because I hadn’t found the “one”. When I tried on dresses at Swan Bridal, every dress was beautiful and very stylish. I thoroughly recommend this place for dress shopping. It’s also very quiet and peaceful. It makes a pleasant environment to try on dresses.

Gorgeous dresses! I went in with a very low budget and the lady that helped me was very nice and patient in helping me find the right dress. I found a gorgeous gown for only $99!! Great variety and costumer service!!!

Beautiful selection of dresses. The stylist was very mindful of my budget and the style dress I came in wanting to try. I was not forced to try on dresses out of my budget or try on dresses I did not want to try on. Coming in during the pandemic was worrisome, but they are doing an amazing job of taking extra precautions and making sure the experience is safe and welcoming. The stylist was also not trying to pressure me into choosing any certain dress and was very patient and kind. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

Please choose this store as one of your stops when looking for a wedding dress! Jane was patient and upfront about pricing and when things would arrive and never pressured me into buying anything. I suggest you book an appointment during the week as it was so wonderful have the boutique all to yourself. I was able to say YES TO THE DRESS!

This was the first place we went to look for dresses. They were very sweet and listened to what I wanted— which turned out to be the exact opposite of what I liked! They were patient with me when I changed my mind and when I found the one, but still wanted to look, said I could come back, which I did! Their dresses are beautiful and the staff is personable and treats you like family from the moment you walk in the door. 10/10 would recommend :)

I had such a wonderful experience at Swan Bridal - it was my fourth bridal shop to visit. I loved how kind and easy going all of the staff were. They were not pushy or pressuring me to rank each and every dress I tried on. Instead they helped me try on each dress (and some multiple times) without any fuss and I felt like I was able to finally relax in the process. I went in trying to find a wedding dress around October of 2019, I knew what type of dress I wanted and what best suits my curvy body type. They were short on my size but when I found a dress in my size, and i tried it on, the lady assisting me kept saying lay off too much chocolate. Because I do have a small belly. I never thought anyone would say something like that to me in a bridal shop. But she insisted on saying it over and over, made me feel uncomfortable, so I left. This bridal store actually made me feel so insecure while finding a wedding dress.

Jane was so sweet and patient! She helped guide me when I needed it, and I could really tell she knew what dresses would look best on my figure. I’m getting married in 3.5 months, and she made sure we only looked at dresses that would be available on time. Highly recommend!

She kept the store open almost an hour after closing to be sure I tried on everything she had and had what I wanted, put it on hold for me with no money down, texted her seamstress friend photos to see if it could be altered, and set up a date and time to all three meet at the store together to see if it can be done before I buy anything. I went to one other bridal store before coming to Swan Bridal. It is a smaller store, but they still have a great selection. Jane worked with me, and she was so great! I found a dress that I absolutely love!! She was able to get it ordered in really quickly, which is perfect! Literally, it will come in about 6 weeks after I bought it! They were also very accommodating for a large fun group of women that came along with me!! I had such a great experience and would totally recommend this place!!

Loved my experience at Swan Bridal. I was able to look around and pick all dresses I wanted to try on. The process was so easy and fun. There was not a lot of pressure either to hurry and find something. I was able to take my time and decided on the perfect dress and even decide on accessories!

I have been to almost every weeding salon in San Antonio, and Swan Bridal was by far the best experience I have had! Its a very small, unassuming store, it feels friendly and family owned (I was helped by the owner herself!) so I could tell that there was a level of investment in customers that you just dont get from other chain wedding retailers. The store has a good variety, and if they dont have what you need on the rack, they can order more sizes in a very short amount of time! Overall a fantastic experience, I said yes to my dress here after soooo much searching!!!!

After going to 5 other bridal boutiques in the area I was so exhausted and convinced that I would never find “the one” because there were so many dresses I liked but felt like there was still something missing. On a whim I decided to look at one more place before settling on something and I’m so glad that I did. Jane was so helpful and after looking through pictures of different dresses I liked she came up with excellent selections to try on and I finally found The One!!! Just decided to stop in, and browse.We had an appointment, and I was a bit late. Called the store and they were ok with it showed up and within 10 min they had about 7 dresses around my style and fit to try on. I was SOLD on the first dress. I had such amazing help through the proccess I even tried two dresses on twice! It was the first bridal store I went to and I purchased my dress TODAY! This was the first dress shop my mom and I walked into. We found five dresses we loved, tried them on, narrowed it down to two, and bought the dress in a two-hour span. Let me start by just saying that I am getting married in 6 weeks and she was able to pull that out of the game, never questioned me why i was so late on finding my dress ( not like other places ). all the dresses( alot of selections and amazing prices ) she picked for me were the ones i initially described to her, she picked every detail.
