Wonderful experience at the Bridal Connection with Angela. She and her team were wonderful! The experience was low pressure and magical (they dim the lights to show you how the dress will look in different environments, and have veils etc. to help you complete the look and understand your dream dress and look in its entirety). My consultant was knowledgeable, transparent, and helpful. She incorporated all of our feedback, despite contradictions! Truly could not have made it through such a process without her expertise. Would recommended this location to any future bride looking for the right place to say, YES to the dress!

Great service!I came in with a style in mind and tried it on. I wanted to try on different styles so Angelita showed me different styles and nailed it on the 2nd dress! She even dimmed the lights to show me how the dress would sparkle in low lights! Jenny, their seamstress, did an amazing job with the alterations! I had an amazing experience looking for my dream dress. I was nervous, but Angelita put me right at ease with her energy and expertise. She pulled several gorgeous dresses that were within my budget, but I had a dress in mind that I fell in love with online. They had it available, and it was still close to my budget. Yay! I tried on the dresses she initially pulled first, and I felt beautiful in every single one. She saved the best for last though, and I knew it was “the one.” I happily said “Yes” to the dress!!

I just got my wedding dress from here! The dresses are so beautiful and there are so many options. I loves that they worked with my price and Sofia did an absolutely amazing job. She was so sweet and caring. She truly did a perfect job and listened to everything I said. I especially liked that they had dresses for her to try in her actual size (14, wedding size 18). I was told that they have wedding dresses up to size 36 and other dresses up to size 26 to try on, unlike some stores that hold it up to you and make you guess at the fit because they dont carry ANY plus size dresses (over wedding size 12). They also had beautiful accessories.

So many wonderful things to say!I am 410 and weigh 180lbs. I was incredibly nervous to try on dresses. I felt I would look bad in everything. I was wrong! The selection in ALL the sizes is amazing! I felt so pretty and had plenty of options.Shelby was great! She listened when I wanted color, dimmed the lights to see the dress in in different environments, and pulled beautiful dresses for me to try. I fell in love with a beautiful dress, but knew I needed to bring my family back to look at it.Angelita handled my second appointment. I was happy to have gone during the Morilee Trunk Show. There were so many great options to try and in my size! One dress I really liked, but family didnt like the color. Angelita suggested we go out in natural light to look at the color. She also noticed that the plus size version of the dress didnt fit my proportions well, and said she would order the non-plus size version for me if I went with that dress. Once I found the perfect dress, they didnt have the color I wanted, so Angelita held up the another dresses lining so we could see what it would look like.The selections of dresses are amazing! The staffs knowledge of their inventory and the fit on dresses makes the process so easy!

I went to Bridal Connection and the consultants were so nice, helpful, and really listened to what I wanted. I found a dress I liked and we bought it. I came back after 2 months to do sizing because I wanted to lose some weight and they were so accommodating and extremely easy to work with. I would recommend them to any bride. I do wish the areas to show the family the dress and the dressing rooms themselves were bigger, but that is my only complaint. I found my dress here and I am excited for my big day!

Bridal Connection is absolutely the best place for a wedding dress. From the minute we walked in the 2 ladys that where working there where wonderful. They already had 3 different dresses in the fitting room for my daughter to try. All the dresses where beautiful, they knew exactly what my daughter wanted in style & budget. Angelita was amazing and so fun to work with. I did not have the best experience when I first went wedding dress shopping at another shop so was a little anxious walking in. She immediately asked to see my saved pictures and asked what my budget was and took it from there. She pulled all the dresses for me and adapted as the appointment continued. I had such a wonderful experience here! Everyone I encountered was very welcoming and friendly. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. Angelita was my consultant and she was amazing! I came in with a specific dress in mind but left having bought a different dress. THE dress. The one we all dream about and imagine having that “ah-ha” moment when we put it on for the first time. That’s all thanks to Angelita who picked it out and encouraged me to put it on despite being quite different from the style of dress I originally planned. It’s been 1 week since I found my wedding dress at Bridal Connection and I have looked back at the pictures of me in it every. single. day. since! I feel so excited thinking about putting it on again, even just for the future fittings!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Customer service was not great. The sales consultant that “helped” me did very little to make this experience great. All the dresses she brought for me to try on were 6-8 sizes too big and swallowed me, which made putting them on and walking in them very difficult and she did not assist with that. Also, most of the dresses were very dirty which I found ironic considering they had me wash my hands before trying on dresses so I wouldn’t get them dirty. Overall, what was supposed to be a great experience ended up being a waste of time and more of an annoyance than anything else.

Very great and helpful staff. They were so kind to fit me in their schedule last minute and they took really good care of me. Many gorgeous options and because of them, I have now found my wedding dress! And they work with your budget, that’s just a plus!

Angelita and her team were great at helping pick out a dress, the only reason i give them a 3 is because of the seamstress, i took my dress in because it was missing the items to hook my over skirt, the tailor doesnt speak enough English to understand ( bless her heart) and she works on the dresses on the floor. when i came back to pick up my dress 2 issues. the dress still had 2 hooks missing!! the alinement of the hooks she placed were so off one part was higher than the other.and 2nd the over skirt which was all took was bunched up and thrown in the bag at the bottom as opposed to having it hanging in the hangar, as well as my dress, has very sensitive material on the shoulders areas and it was hanging by that instead of the straps which couldve cost my dress to tear at the top!!!so take my advise and dont get the dresses tailored here.

Today I found my dream wedding dress at Bridal Connection, and it was the most wonderful experience all the way around! Both of the ladies there were so supportive and went above and beyond to help me (even when I was being difficult). I found my dress, veil, hair piece, and they ordered beaded straps to be added to my dress later. She even threw in a 5% discount because I am an educator. I would recommend this bridal shop 100 times over.

I walked in without an appointment after having no luck at a different bridal boutique. Angelita was very delightful and made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in through those front doors. She asked me what I was looking for and in less than 10 minutes she brought a couple of dresses for me to try on. Angelita absolutely nailed it on the FIRST dress that I happily said “YES” to. I am so thankful that we found this wonderful bridal boutique and were able to get seen on such short notice so close to their closing time. We found my dream dress in less than 30 minutes. I did not know how emotional and magical this moment would be, but I will cherish it forever. Ladies, if you are looking for your perfect bridal gown, I highly recommend this place.

What a wonderful staff! I had literally a tiny amount of time to find the dress of my dreams. The proprietor purchases dresses in a litany of sizes, so buying off the rack is a real possibility. Inside of thirty minutes, they had me in a dress (after trying on many) that could not have fit more perfectly and could not have been more ideal for me and what I had in mind. After a bad experience at another bridal store, I was hesitant to go here out of fear of being pressured by consultants again.. when I walked in the doors here, the feeling was extremely different. I walked in with my mother, roommate, and little sister to be welcomed in with open arms and open minds by the sweetest ladies I have ever met. They listened to what I had in mind and showed me some samples. After trying on a few, Angelita asked me if I would take a risk and try something out of my budget. She was confident that I would love it... AND BOY WAS SHE RIGHT. not only did I fall in love with the dress, but I knew that even though it wasn’t in budget I couldn’t see myself getting married in any other dress. They worked with me to put the dress on layaway so I would have time to pay it, and since I started it a month before they had a sale on the dress, they decided to give me the sale price... I can’t thank these wonderful ladies enough for making my dress dreams a reality. ❤️

Nice dress was purchased but the after the sale is horrible! Thank you for your money, goodbye! They do not care about the customer and deflect your concerns or questions. Bottom line, I do not recommend this place for purchases, because of absolute No Customer support after the purchase. I am having to call other places to assist. By the way, I paid for another bag, today they said I could pick one up for free....?!

And after a unsuccessful attempt at a bridal shop prior to Bridal Connections I was feeling a big discouraged and quite frankly unimportant that they were not listening to my vision and budget. I felt so comfortable, supported and loved here from everyone not just my stylist, Felicia. I told her my vision and she made it happen! We even nailed it on the first dress, so of course after trying on a few more just to be sure the first one was it! I said “yes” to the dress that day all thanks to the wonderful staff and environment at Bridal Connections. Ladies, if you want a wonderful experience looking for your special day definitely come here! You won’t be disappointment.

I found the dress of my dreams at bridal connection San Antonio! My fiancé and I have been planning our wedding for 4 months and then I found out I was pregnant which meant I would be 7 months pregnant at my wedding. This alone was stressful in choosing the perfect dress. My sales lady advised I go with a dress that had stretchy material as well as a size up or two. About a month before my wedding I called the shop in distress because my dress had become very tight around the hips and the lady on the phone told me not to worry because they had a really good seamstress that would be able to let out the sides and wherever else it needed to make it fit. She scheduled me to come in two weeks before my wedding date. It was the day of my appointment and meeting Jenny (the seamstress) just put all my worries at ease. She told me to relax and trust her and everything will be okay. She was the sweetest woman I had ever met, she examined the dress on me, asked me where I felt the problem areas were, took my measurements and scheduled me a second dress fitting. I tried on my dress and it fit perfectly, she was able to separate the lace material on the sides of the dress so beautifully you couldnt tell the dress was altered. She was also able to fix the wrinkly parts under my bust area which consisted of more lace work and hand sewing and attention to detail. All this plus hemming the bottom, adding a bustle for my train, and cutting my veil shorter like I wanted in 7 days!!! Jenny is a FANTASTIC seamstress and I am so happy I trusted her with my dress.

Bridal Connection was the second place I visited to try on wedding dresses. Just from looking on my own, I was getting really discouraged that I wouldn’t be able to find a dress that I loved AND was in my budget (which I found was considerably less than most wedding dresses cost). I was up front about my budget from the moment we walked in and everyone there was so encouraging, determined to find something that was not only in budget, but also made me feel beautiful and bridal! When I was trying on dresses, the whole staff was pumping me up and gave me the honest and uplifting feedback I was looking for! When I found my perfect dress, they glammed me up and had me “walk down the aisle” next to a long, full length mirror, so I could really get a complete feel for how the dress fell and moved with me. It was the perfect experience and the dress and accessories I bought came in just over $600, which was insane! I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Angelita and the other girls at Bridal Connection SA.

We came to Bridal Connection after looking all morning for a wedding dress. As soon as we walked in we felt right at home! The girls had already pulled dresses that they thought I’d like after getting a description from me over the phone and we were ready to go. They didn’t pressure me to try on any dresses that I didn’t want to and didn’t push their opinion of the dresses on me either. They respected my budget and only showed me dresses in my price range. I felt so valued as a customer and once I found my dress they made me feel like the most beautiful bride in the store! THE nicest people work at Bridal Connection. I was just showered with positivity and warmth, it was so refreshing. I think the boutique needs a little renovation, but it was all charming! Very original dresses. THE dress I found is no where else in San Antonio, so it feels even more special. Julia, my consultant was very sweet and real with me, I appreciated her a lot. Bridal Connection helped me find the dress of my dreams and Im so grateful to them!

Bridal Connection is the place in San Antonio to shop for your bridal needs! They work with all budgets, styles and body types(which is so important). Angelita is amazing! She helped me find exactly what I imagined, in ONE day. My date is coming soon and she was sure to take care of me so that all would arrive in a timely manner. I 100% reccomend Bridal connection, you will not regret it.

Everyone was great! Even when my time was running out on my appointment, they squeezed in a few more to find the perfect dress. I was able to set up appointments very quickly and everyone was so friendly and patient. It has been a great experience

This shop is absolutely amazing! We just found out that we’ll be moving out of the country in a few weeks and I needed a dress FAST. I came into the shop and I found the PERFECT dress for a great price! The ladies were so much fun and so helpful. I ended up saying yes to the dress and I was able to have the dress shipped to me so I’ll have it before we move (wow, no one else would do that!) I LOVE this shop and I recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful dress and a fun place to shop for one!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The customer service was exceptional here. You can tell they love what they do, they are kind, friendly, and genuine. I popped in a couple of times before I actually bought my dress and I only had an appointment for one of those times. I was stilled helped as if I had an appointment ( not suggesting that you dont make appointments, but family came into town last minute and wanted to see the dress). As far as the dress selection goes, this store had the most designers all in one place that I loved most. It was not hard to find a few dresses that I was considering and had to choose between. I am an extremely picky person and I couldnt tell you how many places I went before this and how many dresses I tried on without one of them even being close to what I had in mind. Here I had several I had to choose from and I felt beautiful in them! They have dresses for about any price range which was nice too!

I went in for my dress shopping today and let me start off by saying it was wonderful!!! Angelita was AMAZING! My original appointment was at 4:30 but I was near the store at 1 and she was able to fit me in! I had gone to a bridal store prior to here and nothing was truly calling my attention or for me to say yes to the dress. There were so many options picked for me when I arrived! Angelita had already prepared my dresses. I truly felt special and like she understood EXACTLY what I wanted. What can I say? She NAILED IT! I was in tears when I found my dress, it is just gorgeous! This is the place to go for any soon to be bride! You will not be disappointed! I HIGHLY recommend bridal Connection. This was the first place I went to try on wedding dresses I left happy but I wanted to try more but at the end I came back and got the first dress I liked here! Thank so much! The lady who helped us she was so kind!

Before going to bridal connection, we went to a different one up the road. At the other store we didn’t have an appointment, and the girls were less than welcoming. We tried on a few dresses but weren’t satisfied with what we found. We drove over to bridal connection where we had such a warm welcome. All the ladies there were fantastic. Angelita helped my sister try on some dresses and she found the one! This store is the best with customer service. We have never been more happy with the service received. While I had great experiences at all 3 bridal shops I visited, Bridal Connection was the absolute BEST for me. From the moment I walked, I felt welcomed and excited to try on wedding gowns! I had an appt for 2pm today but finished my first appt much sooner than expected. I walked in at 12:15pm and asked if there was any availability and was graciously welcomed in! Felicia was my consultant and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I am extremely shy and self conscious but without even trying, she was able to put those feelings at ease. During the fitting we talked like we were long time and friends just catching up. There’s something to be said about a consultant who can do this while still maintaining the right level of professionalism! Maxie (equally awesome!) actually helped Felicia pick the dress that I chose. I think it’s great how these ladies can look at someone and instantly envision the right dress for them. It’s definitely a gift! I am SO glad I held out for Bridal Connection. They are warm, welcoming and just all around wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about them! Absolutely incredible experience. The ladies that work here are so wonderful!! Their personalities are so fun. They had the dress that nobody else did. And trust me, I mean that literally. I called about 30 other places and they didnt have my dress in store. Complete lifesavers!! She even said shed do whatever she can to get it in sooner than the original shipping date. I highly recommend this bridal store!

A Wedding Dress StoryIt all began in January when I found THE ONE at Bridal Connection. It was the second dress I tried on and OMG I was immediately in L👏O👏V👏E👏. As 2020 moved along bringing all of its destruction I held my head high because no matter what, I have my beautiful gown that I got to pick out with my family. My very first alterations appointment was made in June when the pandemic seem to let up a bit. I had my mother and son there with me and my seamstress Jenny on the job. She made sure I was getting everything adjusted to fit me perfectly the way I want it to fit. She is such an expert, you can 100 percent tell shes been doing this for YEARS! All was done and I was out the door expecting my dress in just a little under Two months.Heres why I just had to share this story...July 20th was marked in my calendar to pick up my dress and make sure it fit and all was well. So I showed up and understandably Jenny (my seamstress) had her hands full. Though poor miss Jenny had mischeduled/or it just slipped her mind to bring my dress in. Now in no way shape or form was I upset with her, but if you caught me on different terms other than planning a wedding during a pandemic year I definitely wouldnt have been teary eyed about it. She was so so so apologetic and wanted to get me back in asap, unfortunately I dont have just any time to spare with having to arrange for my daughter to be watched at home. So I called back to let them know I can reschedule a few weeks from now, but nope!The Bridal connection team was very sympathetic to my situation and wanted to do everything they can to just make things easier for me. Rafaela(one of the owners) personally delivered my dress to my house and even better helped me get into it to make sure it fit to my expectations and show me how to handle the dress for my big day. It gets better... Jenny took off 50 bucks for the mishap. I mean WOW! Just WOW! I am so grateful and just blown away by this above and beyond customer service. They absolutely strive to make sure their brides are 100 percent happy and that just meant whole lot with everything thats been going on. A huge thank you and applause!👏 Youve made me one veered happy bride!

The whole experience from beginning to end was exceptional! I was able to make it to a Sunday appointment with Angelita and she was the best! She immediately pulled dresses according to my budget and style and nailed on the point. I walked out with my wedding dress in an hour. Very happy with Bridal Connection and Angelita.

Had a great experience here! I need a dress quick for my upcoming wedding and couldnt wait 5-6 months to get a dress ordered. I found one in stock and came to Bridal Connections to try on their sample and they ordered the dress for me. Itll be here in a month! Great communication so far, she called me before I had even gotten home saying the estimated delivery date of my dress. Gave nice compliments, was very accommodating, overall good experience!

I came in to shop for bridesmaids dresses, not really knowing what to expect. Angelita exceeded all my expectations! She was so friendly, attentive, thoughtful and has an amazing eye! I came in as a walk in with my mom, not sure where to even start with dress shopping. The ladies there were very nice and helpful! Despite not having an appointment and the store being very busy they made us feel very welcome. What I thought would be a long process over several weekends took only one trip. The second dress I tried on was beautiful, comfortable, and will fit my wedding theme perfectly! Im very glad we came here.

I had the most wonderful experience at Bridal Connection and Angelita was the biggest ray of sunshine! It was my first wedding dress appointment so I was very nervous, but Angelita made me and my party feel like family. I tried on dresses outside of my comfort zone and surprisingly loved them! Angelita was very honest and up front about what my budget could get me but did not disappoint with her dress picks! Although I didnt end up purchasing my dress here, Id HIGHLY recommend Bridal Connection, especially if you have a generous budget over $1000 - youll surely find a gorgeous dress with very high quality!
