Olivia Grace was one of the first bridal shops I looked into for my wedding dress and I am so glad I came across them! From the moment I called to book an appointment, I felt as if I was being listened to and any concern I had was addressed as I had never tried on a wedding dress before. When we arrived at our appointment, Razil greeted us at the front door and made us feel right at home. Cat and Jocelyn, my two consultants for the day, made this otherwise nerve wracking experience a breeze. They helped me feel empowered, beautiful and ensured I loved what I was trying on - if I didn’t, they found something I did like. I never once felt pressured to say yes or to help them ‘close the sale.’ Razil also came in periodically and gave such kind words and affirmations. I ended up choosing the fourth dress I tried on and cannot wait to walk down the aisle in it! This was the second salon I visited and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. It was vastly better than my first visit and I would recommend it to every bride. My consultant, Grace, was warm and encouraging and listened to everything I said and even the things I didnt say. She was friendly with my guests and we never felt rushed or ignored. The room we were in was very large and comfortable and Grace even entertained my little nieces in their desire to open the curtains and be involved. The dress selection was amazing and there were several options I tried that could have been perfect for my day, I knew almost immediately I would be leaving with the perfect dress. There are many local bridal salons to choose from, but this is by far the best.

This was my third bridal appointment and by far the best experience I had!! I love how they have several private rooms for you and your guests. This was the first boutique i went to that I wasn’t sharing a space with another bride. The room was so spacious and cute. I got to go around and actually pick out dresses, which I did not get to do at the other places, and then my stylist Jess made some suggestions based on what i was liking/not liking. Jess was so amazing! I was really torn between two dresses and she was able to ask all the right questions to help me say yes to my dress. At the other boutiques I felt like my appointment was rushed and my stylist didn’t listen to what I wanted. I experienced the exact opposite at Olivia Grace Bridal. I can’t recommend the shop or Jess enough! Can’t wait to walk down the aisle in my dress :)

I had a great experience at Olivia Grace Bridal! It was the first bridal shop I visited and I was so pleased with the service I received. I went into the appointment knowing nothing about what kind of dress I wanted and my stylist (Grace) was so helpful. I typically hate shopping and trying on clothes but she made it a painless experience and helped me find a dress that I absolutely love! Alterations were a little more pricey than I expected, but the alterations team worked so incredibly hard to make sure the dress was perfect.

I had the perfect experience at Olivia Grace Bridal! From start to finish they showed amazing customer service and I had no doubt I was in good hands. I made appointments with 3 other boutiques and Olivia Grace was the only one who asked about my vision before I even walked in. They had me take a style quiz as well as send them dresses I had been looking at. It really showed they were putting a lot of detail and thought into they dresses they pulled for me. When I arrived they already had 4 dresses waiting in my room that matched what my vision was based on what I sent them! My bridal consultant Jessica was phenomenal. She listened to what I liked and disliked about each dress which ultimately led her to pick the dress out for me that I said yes to! Jessica was so knowledgeable and I wouldn’t have found my dream dress without her! After finding the perfect dress they brought out champagne and we were able to cheers and celebrate on site which was the perfect touch to an already amazing experience. Olivia Grace was the first stop on my list of boutiques and I was able to cancel the rest of my appointments because they were so thorough and had such a large selection. I would recommend Olivia Grace to every single one of my friends!

As a plus size bride who suffers from anxiety already the mere thought of trying on wedding dresses had me anxious all the way up to pulling in the parking lot. From the moment I stepped in I felt welcomed and felt like I belonged there. I felt like I was at the right place and I didnt feel like I was being judged based of my size in the slightest bit (which was a fear of mine). My stylists Jocelyn and Jess were absolutely amazing. I couldnt have asked for better. They made the experience so fun and enjoyable. Even in my moments of worry or when they could see the anxiousness on my face they always reassured me, and made sure I was comfortable. They were the best hype women and really helped me throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend 👌

Where to begin... the boutique is very cute and beautiful. My stylist was Cat and she was AMAZING! She made me feel very comfortable and right away knew what style of dress I wanted. I had been to two other boutiques where I felt my vision was not understood. She asked me about my venue and right away understood and mentioned she had the dress in mind for me. We drove from out of town and they were very flexible with time. I totally recommend this boutique!!

I had an amazing appointment with Cat. She was so patient and kind. Really took the time to speak with me about the wedding, what I wanted to feel like on the day, what was important to me, just everything. Then she let me look around the entire showroom to pick dresses I liked while she also looked for dresses based on our discussion.I probably tried 20 dresses. Each time Saint Cat asked me what I liked and disliked about each one. And then she would refine her search based on that. She never got frustrated, never looked at her watch, she was just completely determined to help me find THE DRESS. And she did! Towards the end of the appointment we found the perfect Justin Alexander dress, a dress I would never see on the page and be drawn to, but when you try it on, you know! And I wouldn’t have found it without Cat.I am new to SA and was nervous about finding a dress here. I had a backup plan of finding a dress in NY because I was sure I wouldn’t find the right dress here. Boy was I wrong. Lastly, Cat was so, so respectful of my budget. No upselling, no showing me anything she knew would push me over my target cost. That was truly appreciated.Beyond the amazing customer service, the store is just incredible! They carry so many beautiful dresses and so many designers. I would highly recommend.

First of all, the level of customer service is INSANE. Like I want to be best friends with all of these ladies. They were honest when honesty was needed, hype-men when I felt not confident for no reason, took away all dress options out of my budget like I asked, and made the whole experience so personal. The dress selection is AMAZING, I went looking for something on one end and fell in love with something I never thought Id go for. I literally went back 4 times cause there were so many options and I was unsure and each time they seemed happy to have me even though I was worried about being annoying with my indecisiveness. In the end, I couldnt be more happy with my selection. I thought I would be going to at least 3 different places just for the fun of it but I got all the different dress vibes and amazing personalized service in one place. My experience at Olivia Grace Bridal was more than I couldve asked for! Kenzie was absolutely incredible in making the day special for me AND my guests. She understood what I was looking for and did such a good job in finding different options for me, ensuring that they were within my budget. They were so patient as I looked for the perfect veil, earrings, and hair pieces. Grace was amazing! She made me feel important and beautiful. She really listened to me and helped even me understand what exactly I was looking for in a wedding dress. She talked with me before shopping on my vision, and kept the pricing and sizing between her and I which I loved. She never gave up even when I began to, and talked me through every emotion. It was the best experience I have ever had when it came to dress shopping. This place it worth the money. Everyone is super sweet, respectful of your wishes, and very professional. Cannot recommend this place enough!! First off, it’s the cutest boutique! Very great vibes as soon as you enter. The staff really love what they do and make you feel right at home as you try on so many beautiful wedding dresses! Kenzie helped me during my appointment and she is AMAZING! She really went above and beyond to help me be able to say yes to the dress. I went in with one dress in mind and ended up loving a completely different dress and they made it feel completely okay! I found the one there and cannot wait until it arrives, 10000% recommend!!

Y’all.... when I found THE dress, she BRAIDED MY HAIR, put jewelry on me, and had a grand reveal. I felt LOVED! And the owner is also SO SWEET and has the biggest heart... everyone here made me feel special. Wow this was the kind of experience you wish for. Patient, kind, full of joy. The ladies developed a real connection with my daughter before we even talked gowns. The shopping process was so much fun. And even though we said we were willing to go over the budget they focused on staying within our price range. Olivia Grace is a MUST visit when gown shopping. I don’t even know where to begin!!I’m not too sure what the experience was suppose to be like and I didn’t know where my level of expectation should have started at….lets just say, everything that I thought would happen, didn’t.& That’s probably the best thing that could have happened! Olivia Grace was my first dress appointment and my consultant Jessica was fantastic, she took time to understand my wedding day, my love story and how I wanted to feel. I have alopecia and I was worried about trying dresses on without my wedding wig but Jessica found a beautiful flower and jewel halo for me to wear during the appointment since I didn’t have a wig for the day. I found a dress I really loved but couldn’t commit to it because I was so overwhelmed by the entire dress shopping experience. Jessica recommended that I take a break, go to lunch and go to a 2nd shop. After the 2nd shop I couldn’t stop thinking about the dress at Olivia Grace and the wonderful atmosphere of the shop, so I called them and asked if I could come back because my mom and MOH were visiting from out of town. Jessica was unavailable but another consultant Grace said they could get me in to a room in the next 15 minutes. Grace went above and beyond to make time and space for me. The entire experience was so personalized and special. I felt like a valued client and Jessica and Grace really listened to me and understood how I was feeling. I cannot recommend Olivia Grace enough for an unforgettable experience.
