Bill is an amazing person to talk to about beds! I usually have back pain and shoulder pain due to my old and reccomended a bed based on what pain i was feeling. I got the bed the next day and it is the best ever! No pain and he was SUPER helpful with choosing the right one for me! He even knows alot about pillows and which one you need specifically for you! I reccomend seeing Bill at the mattress firm on Military and zarzarmora!

On July 10th 2021, We ventured out to look for a full size mattress for our 20 year old grandson, wed been to 3 stores by mid morning and hadnt found one that was affordable or in our price range...the hubby really didnt want to go into the Firm Mattress Store, thinking it looked like it wasnt going to be in our price range...I convinced him to go in. Im glad we did...the nice sales lady introduced herself and asked us to let her know exactly what we were looking for and what price range we were willing to stay in...she led us to some mattresses and boxsprings that were left over from the July4th Blowout sale. They had several in our price range and were 50% off.. We bought theMattress and Boxspring on that day. Theyhelped load it up in our truck and now ourgrandson is a happy camper. This is not towards the store on military ans zarzamora! Bill has been the only person to help me through this entire situation of a mess. One star to customer service who cold transfers and hangs up on you. Ive switched my mattress 3 X to accommodate the companys need and yet still unable to fulfill my request in a timely manner. Bill was the only person to assist me in this very frustrating situation and got it all squared away! 5 stars to him but one star to customer service.

Paid 400 plus tax and delivery for a old mattress with real noticeable flaws. They should not stock used mattreses in their warehouse unless they are like new. I feel ripped off. I thought my wife was getting a deal on a discontinued item or display model not some freaks old mattress. I could have got something like that on offer up way cheaper . Too late I guess.

Alejandra helped me and my wife pick out a mattress that was best for both of us. I love this store because they have great bedding sales. The only thing I didnt like is that you buy the product and you go back to pick it up.

I originally wrote a very positive review, as the initial transaction was fine. But the reason I went with Mattress Firm was their exchange policy, as my wife was having some back issues. The first bed seemed to make them worse, so we took advantage of their exchange guarantee, which states that there is one free exchange, and that if you need a second exchange, there is a 10% restocking fee.The second bed was a little better, but still gave her problems. We happened to stay out of town one weekend, and she slept fine on that mattress with no pain at all, so we decided to pay the restocking fee and get a mattress like that one. When I returned to the store, I was told that they did not honor the Mattress Firm guarantee, and that they would not do a second exchange.I contacted Mattress Firm via Twitter, and their customer support person was very helpful. He arranged for us to get the new mattress, and even waived the 10% restocking fee to make up for this stores poor behavior. So my advice is that since there are several Mattress Firm locations in the area, avoid this one, and go to one that has integrity.P.S. - we love the new mattress!

Just bought my first bed from mattress firm, and Joe made the experience amazing. For sure will be coming back and buying from him on my next bed. And the deals and financing is so amazing.

My boyfriend and I walked in on a Saturday looking for the perfect mattress. We fell hard for a Sleepys mattress (go check that out) but decided to come back that Monday before making a final decision. Brian the associate was super patient while my boyfriend laid on every bed and answered all of our questions. When we returned on Monday, he immediately remembered who we were and what we wanted, however, we decided to try out a different mattress we found online since it was closer to our budget (we’re Beginner Adults). Brian and the store manager Ramon knew how much we wanted that Sleepys mattress though, and after consulting with each other decided to price match it with the one we had found online. It was about a $400 difference! We were floored with gratitude and appreciation. Ramon and Brian were super helpful in getting the mattress set up for delivery as well. We love it and will definitely we returning in the future.

Called down there to see if they had a mattress that was advertised online and was informed they did not,when asked if they could have it brought to that store. I was told I could drive across town and get it myself ( not in those exact words). That is not good customer service nor is it one day in-store pickup like advertised online.

Sales manager joe horn took the time to pull out mattresses n let us lay on them n pulled out some more to try out until i found one for my grand daughter that she liked fir her birthday..he offered delivery discount for us also which was great...thank you
