Our experience buying a mattress at this location was excellent. My wife and I had never purchased a brand new mattress before, and we were definitely intimidated by the thought of going into a mattress store and potentially being coerced into a deal we didn’t want. I’m glad we did though, because we had a wonderful experience and are now having the best sleep we have ever had. Seriously, the purple 3 is magic.Definitely ask for Darius when you go. He was very knowledgeable about the different options, but most importantly he gave us space to make the best decision at our pace. We needed three twin beds in a hurry. We contacted Darius Nesby at the store and explained what we needed. He let us know we had several options depending on the quality we needed. We told him we would most likely stop in later. When we arrived, we expected to start from scratch with looking at products and prices. To our great surprise, Darius had put together two options with everything we needed . . . to include tax and free shipping . . . basically a walk out of the store price for each. I had an excellent customer service experience at this location working with the manager Darius N. When I first went into the store last week, he spent an entire hour with me showing me numerous mattresses and having me lay (and re-lay) on them, clearly explaining all the subtle differences among them. He was very patient with answering my questions/concerns, and it was clear he wanted to make sure I found the perfect mattress. He never tried to pressure me into buying anything above my price point. He is also very friendly and funny! I love the mattress but ended up returning a separate item today, and once again, he delivered stellar customer service in the return process. He definitely exceeded my expectations, and I feel like I can trust him with future bedding purchases.

A few days ago a friend of mine told me she was getting a Tempur-pedic and that reminded of how old my mattress (memory foam but not Tempur-pedic) is, and that I needed to also get a new one. I researched online at mattress firm because I had bought my last mattress there, and I found a Tempur-pedic that I really liked. I thought about ordering it online but realized I really needed to go in just to try them. I called and spoke to Darius at the quarry and he said I should come try them all because I might like something else better and I agreed. When I got there Darius (and Keoka) were very pleasant and enjoyable to talk to. I was able to try all The Tempur-pedic beds (there’s like 12 there, Keoka said) I was able to rule out all save one, which I kept gravitating back to. One thing I really liked, was Darius could tell the contour of my back to the bed as I tried them all out. And we both were realizing that one bed stood out for me the most because not only was it the most comfortable, that it was the same one Darius said contoured to my back the best. The awesome thing right now is there’s a four year no interest financing and there’s a $300 gift card for in-store purchase so I got two pillows and a mattress protector no additional charge because it was part of the $300 gift card. On top of that the mattress will be delivered in two days which I thought was phenomenal. I really appreciate the knowledge and pleasant encounter with Darius without ever feeling pressured. I appreciate the help with my decision and most of all I appreciate the great conversation and laughs we had while I was there. Honestly wasnt thinking of buying today since mattresses are rather pricy and I was just checking my options but Darius was able to take most of the anxiety out of making a decision. Listened about my bad back, noticed even trying the beds I kept moving around, and was able to give me proper suggestions even as the Matress Matcher acted slow only to confirm what he suggested.I did buy a Matress more expensive than I would have liked, but it did have worlds more quality than what I could have afforded and I paid less than what I saved on it so Im pretty sure I just got the best matress Ive ever slept on.

Excellent service. If you are looking for quality then go to mattess firm. Be aware that they have great sales reps that will upsell you on their products. That being said dont be afraid to say no if you dont want something! I was shown the adjustable bed frame, once I tested it out I could never go back to a flat bed again!

Samantha did a great job walking us through the all of the options and laying out the difference price points. Clearly, there is a wide spectrum of choices! At points I felt the sales pitch was a little strong, but overall she clearly knew what she was talking about and really wanted us to find the right mattress for our needs. She also sweetened the pot with some discounted delivery and extra pillows.... small items compared to the total cost of the mattress and base, but certainly appreciated! Overall, I think you’ll get a fair deal at Mattress Firm and the 0% over X years doesn’t hurt when making a large investment!

This was one of my best and easiest purchase experiences ever!! I had inquired online about a couple of twin mattresses but when I was set to order it gave me a delivery date in January. Well I saw I could text the store and someone would get back to me. When I did this it was about 15 mins to 8 when they close. Needless to say I was just about to purchase some mattresses through Amazon when I finally got a response back. Darius was the employee that answered my questions and contacted me the next day letting me know about what I wanted. They didnt have what I inquired about but actually had something 30 dollars less. Stopped by the Mattress Firm at the Quarry Market as I called and to my surprise, they were open. What made it better is they had both the Purple Mattress 3 and 4 to try. To be honest, my wife and I planned on just trying the mattresses there and ordering online as Purple was running a sale for all online orders. Julz (Julia) not only matched the sale that Purple was running but also sold me a top of the line adjustable frame at an amazing price.Unlike other mattress stores that refuse to do white glove delivery Mattress Firm had my mattress delivered in two days! The two delivery guys set up my new frame and mattress - and took my old frame and mattress with them. The delivery team was great. They wore masks and followed all safety and compliance rules/guidelines.Overall great experience and so happy I made that call! Thank you Julz!!!
