Curbside pick up of my carpet shampooer was so fast I did not have time to put my mask on to receive the item. The worker (who DID have a mask on) was so genial when delivering my product I felt like calling him a buddy.

This place smells so heavenly and the displays are so well done! We came in a few minutes before closing time and the employees were very patient with us. We found a few items we liked and left, but not before doing one more round to make sure we didnt miss anything!

Had to return an item, rather exchange it. The staff was friendly and made that transaction easy with my receipt. Price tags are important and I hate when the product is no longer priced as seen on the sales floor. When I saw the item it was red tagged for $99. When it rang up it came up as $119. I pointed out the difference and the cashier asked for a manager who rescanned the item with his handheld and it too showed $119. I explained that the price on the shelf was $99 but was told that it must have been a tag that wasnt pulled.

We were shopping for dorm room. Wonderful displays for essentials and odds and ends we never thought of. Coupon for 20 percent off that last into September! We were able to get almost everything in one store!! Big plus

I read reviews that the North Park store was taking returned items and reselling them without even making sure all the parts were included. I thought those were rare instances. They are not. I purchased a Ninja Foodi smoothie bowl maker. When I opened it it was missing parts and was obvious this was a returned item. The blades for the blender and the actual bowl for the smoothies were missing. The item was useless.

This particular location has hired some of the friendliest, welcoming and helpful people!! We were greeted with warmth and funny jokes, then when looking for a shower curtain one associates named Lacee was incredible, she went out of her way to help us get exactly what we wanted. Love this store💕

Who doesnt love this place?? Get the Beyond +. It pays for itself on your 1st order trust me. Im on fixed income, it is so worth the $29. It has saved $100s already getting my bedroom setup (cheaply) & kitchen in new apt that was basically empty when I moved in.

Ordered an item on-line. It was ready for pick-up within the hour. When we arrived, there were plenty of spaces to park for order pick-up. Walked inside, found the order pick-up line well marked. We were greeted promptly, and walked out of the store with our purchase in less than 5 minutes. The process was efficient, and the staff very cordial.

The shopping experience was wonderful. All items were extremely easy to fine and the checkout time was very fast 10/10.

Great place to go. If youre looking for anything you need for your home, this is the place to go. Huge selection of products, will be difficult to choose. Great deals and specials through the store. Prices are average. Checkout isnt fast all the times. Its worth a visit.

The Quarry store moved to a new location at the Park North Shopping Center. Theyre in the lower level of the old Sears store, directly across from Longhorn Steak House.Try out this location. It has easier access and plenty of parking. That was my personal dislike of the Quarry location.I rated it 4 stars because it has most of the usual inventory, but I think theyre feeling out the market before the commit to other items.

This store took away three things that could’ve stayed ... one Otis elevator from the 1970’s and two decent escalators. The inside of this location still looks very outdated and cheap. I’m positive that it costed y’all so much money to rip out the elevator and escalators that this is why the store looks outdated. Staff is nice, though! Y’all don’t even have a beauty section! Ultra fail for this store.

I have never gone to a Bed Bath & Beyond store in my life. Me and my boyfriend confused the store for body works thinking that it was a cream and perfume place Anyways I fell in love with the store there are so many thing for the home. Alos the customer service is really good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This place was actually called Buy, Buy Baby. Its a quality department store for Infants, babies, and toddlers. The items they sell are quality items. I would suggest this place to anyone needing something for Kids.

Made three trips all the way from Bandera to this store to buy advertised sale items at Christmas.Not a single item was actually available.Advertised a 39 dollar esoresso maker. All that they actually had was a model that was almost one thousand dollars.Staff was not helpful at all.Avoid this store.

High quality home products. Popular 20% off coupons available online or through the mail that can be used with items already on sale. Recently, I saved $100 on $300 worth of products already on sale or Christmas stock reduced by 50%. But a big plus about the BB&B at this Alamo Quarry location in San Antonio is the availability of courteous, knowledgeable staff! Ive never gone into this store any time of the year without being asked if I need help .... and Im a healthy guy! If I need to return an item, I dont have to wait a long time at the Customer Service Counter. BB&B reminds me of what department stores used to be.

Great staff at this location. They were very helpful and willing to locate and recommend items I was in the market for. When I came on 21Dec 2019 the lights in the store were not working. I believe there was an entire strip of the Quarry Market that did not have power that morning, and CPS Energy was onsite working on the issue. Their registers were working so they let customers in and were extra accommodating due to the electric issues. The order online and pick in store was super easy and fast, the customer service representative also gave me a 25% in store coupon for my purchase which save me a lot of money at checkout. Great store and will only come to this one for their outstanding customer service.

We had a problem with a gift card that had not loaded properly. We had the gift receipt but the employees could not help us. They tried, especially Rosalinda. Apparently it is company policy that the employees cannot fix a simple problem. We called corporate and they promised to resolve the issue. That was 09-07-2020. It has now been 24 hours and still no help.

I was here specifically to buy a wedding gift from a wedding registry. They were quick to help and print the registry for me. I also had some trouble finding what I chose. Fortunately someone was around to offer assistance. They led me directly to where the item was. This made my shopping experience very easy! I also took advantage of their self-wrap station! We went to their Black Friday sale it was great. They gave you a coupon at the door, for 25% off your whole purchase. They had a lot of so she has to help you find whatever you needed. The sales were great. Great savings, friendly staff.

Sometimes instead of buying things online you like to actually go and touch them and see them and get a feel for everything. BB&B is a great opportunity for finding good deals. I have joined there frequent Buyers Club and have the app on my phone which allows me to take 20% off at my entire bill every time I go there. This location is also kept very organized.

Upscale home furnishings. Priced accordingly as most things were quality oriented. I still bought something even though Im a value oriented shopper.

We went there looking for a replacement for our keurig. We have had it for many years and still works ok on most days but it is time for a new one. The store personnel took the time to explain the different models and there were many. The one we choose was not in stock and had to be ordered, it will be shipped to our house at no additional cost. We also bought some new pillows. There was a very large amount of pillows to choose from. It was difficult to decide as each manufacturer has their own ideas on what firmness is best depending on which position you sleep in. We choose some and they have a thirty day return policy if the pillows dont work for you. We spent more time there than expected but that was okay. The have great customer service.

Found what I needed for a bridal shower easily and when you buy something under a wedding registry, you get to wrap it for free. Pretty awesome!

They dont always have what were looking for. Many of the items at the front of the store are available at grocery and other stores at lower prices. The rest of the items are easier to compare online where you can usually find the same or similar item at a lower price as well. If you are willing to wait for delivery, its usually the better route.We bought a coffee maker here. It was the last one they had on the shelf. You could tell the box had been opened before and taped back up. When we got it home we discovered the carafe was missing. Its our fault for not having them check the contents of the box before we agreed to the purchase, but the way it was so well taped led us to believe (whether it was used as display or a return) that it had been checked before being placed out on the shelf. Luckily, we had no problem taking it back and getting a complete coffee maker. They had more on a higher shelf we didnt see.

Plenty of parking. Check out lines are short and quick. The retail store is much smaller than most brick and mortar stores. They have quite a few unique items. There prices are higher than normal but worth it if youre looking for a unique item.We went there to buy coffee filters today. We bought a coffee maker at Walmart but Walmart doesnt sell the filters. One day Walmart will figure it out.
