We bought a Tempurpedic mattress about 3 weeks ago and could not be happier. The manager Jason was kind enough to answer all of our questions, even though my wife and I came in 10 minutes before closing. We were on the fence about spending so much money, worrying if the mattress would really make a difference. However, after talking with Jason and having the bed for only a week and a half, we can honestly say we havent slept this well for a while. If you are looking for a good deal and straight integrity, I would strongly recommend this location.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Adrian! My husband and I went in with an idea of a mattress we wanted and were blown away by all the different options. I bought a 400+ mattress I meant I spilled a little water the mattress and there was a small stain well I had only had the mattress three months when this happened two weeks after I spilled the water I found that my mattress was bumpy lumpy and when I reported it to mattress firm they said because I had a stain my warranty was not valid🥺😡😩. The stain was not close to the lumpy areas!! I will never buy a mattress from mattress firm . Ever again!!

Just bought a new bed from Regina Castro. Finally got a new bed, late Mothers Day early Fathers Day gift. If youre in the market for new bed come talk to Regina shes awesome. Shell let you take a nap first before you spend your money.

Worst customer service. I have not had the mattress 120 days and it mattress it slopes to one side. I called and spoke to the store and they told me to go through the warranty on line or repay a delivery fee for an exchange (not what they tell you when you make the purchase). Did the on line process sent pictures just to be told I need I need to go through the store. They give you false information just to make the sale plus 20% restocking fee if you return the mattress. Do yourself a favor do your research first.

I walked in knowing what kind of crib mattress I wanted and walked out with something a bit better after sharing personal experiences. Want the best for my baby to sleep on and I’m glad I chose this store. Very professional and courteous.

It was time for a new bed. My mom went with me just to look and we ended up ordering two beds, a king and a queen. We put them on layaway to wait for the card to come in to be able to get the financing offers. Bill was great to work with. My wife and I recently purchased a new Sealy Mattress from Bill . We were not knowledgeable when it comes to finding the right mattress that meets our needs and Bill went far and beyond to explain all the details about our mattress. He answered all my questions and even gave extra information we did not know about. Bill was more concerned about helping us find the right mattress then he was concerned about making a dollar. My wife and I left feeling confident about our purchase.

Very quick and curious, did not attempt to alter my choice or talk me into extending my budget in any way. I told him a price and he gave me numerous options below my price point ranging from right below it to half of it to about a third of it. He then left the final decision to me and made no attempt to talk me into anything. Excellent service, I wish car dealerships were ran like this.

When we walked in, it was oddly busy for a Wednesday, but Raymond was very good at juggling all the customers in the store. Not once did I feel neglected or rushed, he answered all my questions and I ended up walking out with a new memory foam mattress and adjustable base and was understanding of my budget. I would highly recommend anyone to see this location for wanting a new mattress!

Hi Folk . Our sales person was real good & very patient with us at the store, but she did let us try the beds to see what we are most happy with. We got a medium firm bed. But, at the store felt comfortable & now that we have our bed home. After 2 days after the President sale we feel like we slept on concrete floor. Our body hurts real bad. Our neck, our sides, shoulders and back..We are wondering if she gave us a firm bed. Doesnt feel like how we tried out at the store. The one we tried out at the store was medium firm. At the store felt comfortable. This feels like concrete except with sheets & comforters. Plus, we got 2 pillows for about $120 each. Not worth it at all. Our bed was over a thousand. $1500 with tax delivery plus the pillows. We are not happy with our bed. . She said we can take it back & switch off, but she told us about how theyll take off a percentage against us, but cant afford that. I guess thats were they get you. Like we have money just to throw away. Im disable & I need comfy, but not too too soft either. Thats why when I tried it out at the store was comfortable. This is like sleeping on concrete floor. Geez, back where I started & only this time we are stuck with a big fat bill. I just want my comfy bed. Im disable & I need comfort and a good nights rest.
