We ordered a mattress bundle that was supposed to include pillows. Our pillows didn’t show up with our mattress, but the staff at Mattress Firm were very helpful. Issues come up and that’s just life. I appreciated their willingness to problem solve and am excited to receive our pillows soon.

I spoke with Kenneth on the phone looking for a particular mattress for my wife and I, he was helpful in finding the “home version” of a mattress that we had slept on at a nice hotel we had recently stayed at. However, upon arrival at the store, he took the time to actually talk to me about what it was that we were ultimately looking for, which was a particular type of mattress that we needed due to some injuries and subsequent surgeries that I had. After explaining what we were looking for and what I needed in particular he directed me to a different type of mattress that had the perfect setup for my situation. He also showed me the benefits of an adjustable base that also provided additional relief for my pressure points. We found what appears to be a literal life changing bed for me so as I no longer have to spend most nights in a recliner… I would highly recommend them for your next mattress purchase, I for one will be a customer for life!!

Perfect experience! We went in to the store about a week before we purchased and were helped by Matt, who in spite of us telling him we wouldn’t be buying that day, went to lengths to help us including moving mattresses around for us to have our son try. When we went back, Matt wasn’t there but his manager Chris was. He was equally as helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, never pressuring, and adept at ensuring we saved oodles of money. This was an amazing experience and we will ABSOLUTELY be back.

We went to Mattress Firm at Bandera Pointe and were helped by this AWESOME salesman named Chris. He was AMAZING and so HELPFUL. We were looking to purchase 2 mattresses. One for my husband and I in a king size and one for my son in a queen size. He walked us around the store and showed us different mattresses and explained each of them to us. He even checked several times to see if there were any clearance mattresses that we would be happy with and would suit our needs. He was able to find us a clearance mattress and it was a GREAT deal for us!! We also purchased a new mattress for our son in queen size and also received another GREAT deal on that one too!! I explained briefly what I wanted in a mattress. The Mattress Firm rep took me straight to the mattress that met ALL my requirements. He then located an available one at a store nearby. We picked it up, got it home and tested it out over night. PERFECT !!!

Went in Mattresses Firm looking for a firm king size mattress. Lookin to spend around $800. We ended up getting a nice Beauty Rest for $1100.Our salesman, Ramon L. was knowledgeable about his products. Once we get delivery and sleep on the mattress, will tell the real story. Ramon was top notch. No pressure sales. He explained the pros and cons of each temper mattress and costs. I needed up testing all of them and surprisingly the firmest was the least expensive. So I purchased the ergo base and pillows and warranty . The 5 yr no interest financing allows me to pay it off at my leisure.The Bandera store is where you want to go and Ramon is the man to see

We were helped my Mr. Ramon, he was very helpful and informative about each mattress we were interested in. We tried a few and and left with one we were pleased with, and for a very decent price! My wife and I were looking for a new bed frame and mattress. We had tried Bob Mills (don’t believe their ads about no one approaching you or their no hassle shopping experience. As soon as we walked in, we were hit up immediately by a salesperson. Didn’t even get a chance to walk around the store. Their prices are ridiculous as well.) We also tried Living Spaces as well. Not impressed either. So we went to Mattress Firm by 1604 and Bandera. We met with Christopher Douglas at that location and he was very easy to deal with. I came in not knowing if I would be able to purchase what I needed. I live 100 miles away from the store and desperately needed some mattresses for my kids. I came in and the price was great but due to the amount I needed they did not have it in stock. I was a little concerned because that would mean I’d have to return back to San Antonio and pick them up during the week. The gentleman clerk who I apologize for not remembering his name but I believe it was Clark advised me that they could deliver them to my home in Tilden by Thursday and at no cost. Amazing customer service and I’d recommend them any time. That’s again sir for you great service.

I highly suggest Ramon Lopez when you go into here. He is a very well mannered and great salesman. He made it fun and relaxing shopping for a mattress since he does not push anything on you like every other salesman. He gives you room/space but is very helpful if you got any questions.

While the associate was polite and very informative I still felt like he was trying to upsell me in a polite way. Especially when he ran my credit and saw what my limit was. Other than that he handled our needs very well and showed us what we asked for. He also was very personable with us. My experience was good overall.

I knew I wanted a bed that would elevate my head & feet but had never seen one other than in tv commercials. Sales representative Kiyana took me around showroom explaining all the features of each mattress. As I laid on them she listened to my comments helping me to narrow my selection down to the one that suited me best. I recently had surgery for a broken shoulder that required a plate and 8 screws. I have slept in my recliner for past 2 months and look forward to my new adjustable bed.
