Nice and clean Nail Salon and Techs are Pleasant but the Pedicure was just okay...like just enough work performed to have to return in another Week or so!

My first time at Texas Beauty off Austin Hwy. It is very clean, organized and it doesnt look overly crowded with items.

The owner isnt very customer-friendly but the girls he has working for him are awesome. And I love their prices

First time I came to this store and the customer service was outstanding! They were very friendly and they helped me find the perfect wig, especially a worker there named Destiny she was extremely helpful! Will be coming back

Convenient, close to my house. Theres always nice church music going and its very clean. I braid heads from time to time and I get all my hair and here.

They have plenty of products, and Im used to being watched like Im a theif, but overall they are friendly. I think they should check customers out that are in line before leaving the register to help another customer, especially when there is only one customer to check out. Ive seen some clerks politely say, Please give me one moment to check this customer out, then Ill take you to the item youre looking for. Ive never seen a customer complain about that. However, when its a teen they disrespect them. They are paying customers too.

I believe this is the best bueaty supply store in all of San Antonio! The owner and the associates are friendly and so helpful! The owner even helped picked out some wigs that I wouldve never wore. But they look incredible on me and Im always getting compliment whenever I wear them! It is also great that theyre Team Jesus! I always feel like Im at a Sunday service getting my spirit filled! 👍😉🙏

Great selection and great prices. Wish there was more of a supply of make up. But great help from floor people. Check out could have been more appropriate. Man ignored me while on a conversation over the phone. But all in all the prices were better than most places in the neighborhood. Also fast check out and easy to find supplies

Ladies, Ladies if you can help it don’t not shop here while the virus is out this man just charge me 21.00 for some hair bleach when I placed my order over the phone and told him which brand! If I didn’t really need these products I would have turned around. He’s getting over on people to keep his business open

Im glad this store is open as it is closer to my home. I got tired of driving way to Walzem to get my beauty supplies.The store is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly to me every time i go in. Keep up the good work!!!

MY MOM AND I WERE WATCHED AND FOLLOWED AS WE WALKED AROUND THE STORE TO LOOK AROUND. THE OWNER BY THE NAME OF KIM CAME AND MOVED MY MOMS HAND AS SHE FELT THE TEXTURE TO A WIG AND TOLD HER NOT TOUCH THE HAIR AND KEPT REPEATING HIS SELF!! HE WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL SO WE DECIDED TO LEAVE AND TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! I WILL NEVER GO BACK IN THAT STORE AGAIN AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE I KNOW TO EITHER!

They followed me around the girl that helped said I could try on wigs but then.owner yelled at me about it it wasnt my fault he should have yelled atHis employee

Buyers beware!!!!! I had the worst experience ever at this store. I am with the military and was in San Antonio for a meeting coming all the way from Germany. Sadly my flat iron went to flat iron heaven so I went in this store and the “manager” sold me a flat iron that he said was a good product. Unfortunately, the next morning I used it and it was defective. Immediately after my meeting was over I went to return it to get my money back. The “manager” refused to refund my money and said I could only get a store credit. I explained to him again that I was stationed in Germany and did not need anything else from his store and wanted my money back because the flat iron did not work properly but he still refused. Long story short, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone not unless you want to be robbed of your money. What this “manager” does not understand is that horrible customer service will not do well for his business and bad experiences travel fast around a military base.

Great products horrible service. The young women that work there are wonderful but the owner is something else. He is ugly rude and will watch you while you shop and not in a good way. There’s lots of other beauty stores in San Antonio so drive the extra mile or two and AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS.

Its a very good store to shop at. Staff is very helpful on what you need. Always have a smile on their face with a welcome greeting when you enter the store.

The cashier,same person both times I was there,has a very unfriendly disposition but loves to take your money, second visit I asked him if he had a problem,then for a split second he almost had an awakening but then split second was gone, as was I, never going back

I wish I could give a proper rating but I was kicked out of the store for using a reusable shopping bag. Never had an issue with it in any other facility. Definitely lost a customer and any one else I can reach to deter them.

They need to hire some people thats knowledgeable in hair. And keep in mind the demographic theyre serving, those prices are a bit inflated. Yes its close to AH but the ppl shopping there are NOT from AH. Ijs...and get more than Vivica Fox please... thats only for the 40 n up crowd.

If you must go there, ok.. but not friendly, not helpful and slightly rude. I TOLD him this was my first time coming in and what I was there for. You sir are rude af. If you dont want to explain anything, fine...MAKE A SIGN in English preferably.

The store is pretty big and has a lot of supplies that other hair stores dont carry. However, the past two times Ive been there some of employees had attitudes as if they dont want to be there.

This store has a variety of options and they have pretty good sales from time to time.
