I really enjoyed it I was very impressed with their service they were very friendly. And I enjoyed the prices very reasonable also. And it was very clean and organized I will go back thats for sure.

I’ve been coming here now for two years and I’ll tell you right now as a beauty guru i absolutely love it here. It’s family owned and operated, they have VERY reasonable prices, the quality is amazing, and they have a variety of things to choose from for your needs. I started out only buying wigs then eventually worked my way into lash territory, then extensions, then makeup and nail care. I love this place and the staff. Even now living on the other side of town I only come to them for my beauty needs. Ever since the expansion it’s been even better! My opinion on great products range from the blue spray conditioner, to the human hair blend wigs, the human hair wigs, the kiss thin eyebrow pencil, white lace glue, the kiss and lil mama lashes, and even the clip in extensions. If you know what you’re using and what your looking for then this is a one stop shop. Azaria will hook you up with phenomenal customer service while Ricky and the fam will always take care of their clients/customers. I was just there today and it was fantastic! This store is not overcrowded or packed to the ceiling with products like most beauty supply stores. It’s very neat and organized and you can easily find exactly what you need. The woman who helped me was very kind and walked me to what I was looking for. They have a large selection and great staff. And I got a military discount! Will definitely be visit again soon.

BEWARE PEOPLE!! YOU GOTTA WATCH THIS PLACE! THEY DONT PUT PRICING ON SOME PRODUCTS!! WHEN YOU ASK THEY TELL YOU A PRICE AS THEY SEE FIT. THEY ALSO HAVE INCORRECT AND/OR MISLEADING PRICES THAT THEY JACK UP WHEN YOU GET TO THE COUNTER!!! Example: I asked what the price was for certain product. The guy gave me a low price when he saw that I had an expensive item in my hand. By the time I went to pay, Id put down the expensive item for a smaller size. He then said that the price of the item had asked about had increased. Also, I picked up an item where the price on the shelving was low. When I asked why it was so low, he said that the shelf price was a mistake and that the item was twice the amount shown! They trynna be nice but they need to put prices on ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS! THEY SLICK AND THINK WE DUMB!!!!!

My wife really likes the place. Found 3 wigs for around 25 each shes happy with. They look good even after about a month of hard use I think the place would say.

Extremely friendly staff but I assume this location has a huge issue with theft because they keep changing up the layout of the store and over the last 6 months it’s getting harder and harder for me to grab the items I need without asking for help. I literally buy the same items every other month so it’s annoying. I’ve also been overcharged on two occasions by a few dollars and I think it’s due to the cashier going off of memory and not what the sticker says. Due to this, I buy less items at a time so I can make sure I watch the prices.Other than that, the selection is great here and the store is always spotless.

The staff there was extremely friendly, which I did not expect, based off my experiences in other Beauty Supplies. They have a great selection of items. I was absolutely in love with literally hundreds of choices and eyelashes. Oh my God!

I shop here every once in a while for eyelashes... bought a wig as well from here. But after today I won’t be returning ... I was followed in the store. I felt very uncomfortable spending my money there. There’s a thin line between offering proper customer service and being annoying ... I was asked do I need assistance 5 times within 10 min being in the darn store!!! And all I wanted to do was peacefully look so I could buy something else but she would not stop following me...Keep in my mind I had no pockets or big purse to even look like a thief.!!!!

Worst place ever!!!! I just moved to San Antonio Tx, from Minnesota. I found this beauty supply store because it was close by my house. Every time I walk in the store to purchase my hair products staff members follow me around the store like I’m going to steal something!!! It makes me feel so uncomfortable to even shop here!!! I would rather drive across town to the east side of San Antonio to get good customer service!!
