I understand people steal but that wall of shame of people stealing is too much. And have the nerve to tell people not to take pictures of the wall of shame!! Other than that its an ok store. I prefer beauty plus hair supply instead

Horrible service... I spend a hour finding the perfect wig just to get to the register and the price is different. There was no investigation on what their employee said the price would be..just that I should have paid closer attention to the price..mind you I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store.. NEVER again! Absolutely horrible..travel a little bit further where your money is appreciated! You lost a wonderful customer today!

The ladies here are very helpful and actually after my last visit, I learned a little more about hair care, bundles and the employee assisted me through the store. She was friendly, not pushy or rushy... She was asking others to assist me and the other ladies assisted before she did too.... My favorite hair store here so far... (Im from up North)

Kinda priced on the high side but good place to shop. You might find some good deals. Sometimes its busy so you dont get help super fast but the employees are cool, nice and helpful. Id rather pay a little less but its overall a nice beauty supply.

Wide variety, ( hair, clothes, hair accessories, shoes, makeup etc etc. I spend a lot of money here and they have no valued customer appreciation discounts and sometimes the workers are rude/snobbish. Asian family owned store older lady, shes friendly and nice.Other workers come and go. Sometimes nice and other times rude, seems to depend on which ethnicity is working that day and which group they are approaching in same category.Basically, Just weird environment to be in...makes you want to just rush and leave quickly.I usually have a subtle chit chat with workers/ staff and they seem slightly suspicious in dialogue, but overall they are seemingly nice/cordial.They give a vibe of not respecting people who are paying customers because of the location or theyre tired of the usual kleptomaniacs on the wall of shame.So maybe they react to everyone with the suspect energy when I see them interact with other customers.I just hope they separate the two types and still run a business based on sales and clientele that are frequent spenders and offer some type of discount card like other hair stores.Business moral is questionable at this location.If they dont value customers than they dont value the community they service & they are just adding to the nonsense. So either get a cop in your business so maybe that would help adjust the business attitude / atmosphere they give off .I only go when other hair place is closed.

Has everything that we need for locs. I wish they had another location near the Medical Center. Over all great experience and great product. Also the staff is very helpful.

By far the most ghetto place, could definitely use a deep clean as well as a merchandiser. Lots of products and great prices.

Came to purchase some items for my next hairstyle . This was my first time coming to this establishment for my hair needs . I was approached by a gentleman who asked what I wanted I gave him the details on what hair I needed . The color I wanted was not available and he seemed to have an attitude with me . I was then approached with the hair by a nice lady, but I was highly disappointed in how I was treated .Thank you to the lady who helped me, but I highly doubt I’ll be coming back.

Horrible service...

I purchased a relaxer from Ebony Beauty Mart. Once home I noticed the ingredients that required mixing were hardened/crystalized. I immediately returned to the store only to be told there would be no refund or exchange for the damaged product. I was advised because this was a small store they could not and would not refund or exchange this product. I was then directed by the employee to contact the maker of the product. I was now out $10+ and nothing to show for it. Ultimately I spent over $45 on products. Honestly, would it have hurt them to exchange this bad relaxer? This is bad business practice and very poor customer service. If you ever need quality hair products and are not a fan of being ripped off - DO NOT SHOP HERE!
