This place has the rudest front cashier I have ever experienced, it always seems like the Hispanic woman working here has an attitude no matter what time, day, year, or week you want to shop here. I would think you want to give the best service necessary when people are wanting to spend their hard earn money. I’ve been here on multiple occasions with my students & friends so this is not a one time ordeal.

Bought a monomer that had mma . You would think since it’s license only they know better

The staff was rude, especially the lady! Two men were nice and helpful. Also felt like the store was very unorganized and scattered. I feel like they charge the price looking at the customer. For a nail paint, the price on their website is $5.25 and charged me $7 in storeEdit: its $5.25 if you order online otherwise prices are very reasonable

Service was terrible. They seemed to look at you as if youre bothering them. Prices seem to keep changing. Walkways are packed on the floor and not safe to walk through.

If you are a commercial business doing business as a nail salon where you do manicures and pedicures, then this is the place for you! Even though I just do some of their computer work I have been through this place and I have seen so many things from files to hundreds of kinds of fingernail Polish to the lighting and the glitters and signage and cases. Everything you can imagine that you would need for Nail supply is at this place. If you own one of these kinds of businesses this is the place for you. Dont order online, come here and get the stuff and person. Great friendly and helpful staff also!

They are one of many I use in town. I wish they had everything I needed cause the Sweet Mexican lady at the register is very helpful.

I made a large order for my new business. I had to call and request shipping info for tracking. Once I received the shipment I noticed that some items had been out of stock. I was refunded for what they marked, but it left me with incomplete sets. A phone call wouldve been nice so I could order scrub lotion and soak with matching scents. Also, there were items not in the shipment that I was not refunded for. Taxes were also not adjusted to my order, so I paid taxes in the full amount of my order rather than the fianl cost( which was in total was roughly a couple hundred dollars difference). I left 3 emails and called many times before I finally got in touch. I sent a break down in PDF to show what I believed I was still owed. Whoever I talked to acted like she would be happy to make it right. Now, a month later I still have not received any response at all even after multiple emails to try to reconcile and no one picking up the phone. I am still trying to get in touch.

I was told by a friend that they had some supplies for Waxing services. I went in and no one acknowledged me. I went up to the counter and a lady was working on the computer, I asked her if they had any waxing supplies & replied very rudely saying “ this is a nail supply store “I was in there for 5 mins and in that time I saw how unorganized they were. Never again.

Worst customer service. When you ask where something is they barely respond with a word. Their products do not have prices and theyre not willing to giving them to you. Theyre are rude and make customers feel uncomfortable.

This is the worst customer service ever, how bad it is when u ask where an item location to buy and they reply with its right there dont u see . Obviously if I saw it I wouldnt have ask. Guaranteed to disappoint anyone buying supply here just dont do it u better off buying elsewhere
