Collision Streamline is the best body shop in San Antonio. Superior customer service, and great communication. I didnt have to mess with any back and forth with the insurance company, they took care of everything. The work quality is phenomenal. Their attention to detail is what separates them from every other shop in town.

My daughter was in a vehicle accident and had a lot of damage to the vehicle. I was expecting to take the car as a total loss; however, I was amazed by the work that was done and the paint job was exceptional along with pin stripe. I was kept informed with updates with parts, work, and paint job. Was able to fix far more than what I expected at a reasonable price. Work was done in a timely manner and was able to pick up the car in. I time for my daughter to get around. I would definitely recommend to friends and anyone who needs work to be done in a timely fashion alongside exceptional work and budget friendly!!!

I had a good amount of hail damage on my 14 ford escape from last years storms. Used my insurance claim here. In January I decided to take it finally and everywhere else was booked through April. Because it was a lease, and due to be turned in soon, I explained my situation to Adrian and he was able to get me in much sooner than April. The work was awesome!!! Looked flawless! When I turned in my lease, it must have been up to Fords standards because I never received a bill from Ford.Staff were very friendly! I have a full time job so had to drop it off on my lunch break and everyone offered to give me a ride back to work (20 mins away mind you) but I already had a friend coming to help me. Theyll go out of their way for you! Hard to find these days. I have a new car now and I still take my servicing needs to Streamline Collision because of their customer service and timeliness. Recommend to my friends all the time, just like my friend had recommended this place to me. Give them a try!

I just had paint and body work done by Collision Streamline.My newer Toyota had a smashed bumper cover, so they replaced it with a new one and new matching paint.The work was done very well and on-time.I was able to save $100 to $300 over 2 other quotes from nearby body shops.Here are my ratings:1. Avoid this place!!!! I got in an accident and found that this place had good reviews (probably fake) and had availability to get my car fixed soon. I was assured my car would be ready by a certain day, only to be told that it would take another day or 2. That happened twice. When I finally got the call that my car would be ready by noon, I turned in my rental and was dropped off at the shop at 3pm. There was no one there to let me in or give me my car. I waited outside for 45mins until someone showed up. Upon receiving my car I noticed that there were SEVERAL issues with the repairs, including things that were billed to my insurance but never actually done. Like replacing my wheel and tire, which had several gouges in it, my alignment, bad paint job, and generally poor repairs. After going back and forth with them about fixing the remaining problems, I finally was able to get it back to them but they said I would need to get my own rental car and they would reimburse me the full amount. After 2 more days I returned to get my car and they reimbursed me $49 of the $150, claiming enterprise charged me too much and they would have them refund the remaining amount. Well, that is the last time I heard from them as they wont answer or return my calls. Ray was very helpful and answered my questions the best he could but this place and the owner Adrian are shady. Spare yourself the headache and go to a more reputable place.

Streamline Collision is awesome. I was hit over a month ago by a Fred Loya driver, and had some pretty bad damage to my vehicle. Not only did they make my car look like new, but Ray dealt with the insurance company, and got everything needed from them to cover the costs. I will recommend Streamline to everyone I know from here on. Dont be swayed because theyre a small shop; these guys know what theyre doing.
