DONT DO IT!! Just dont do it. Im extremely dissatisfied. This was the absolute worse experience at a collision center. I cannot reiterate how displeased I was (and still am) with the service & work (or lack thereof) done on my vehicle. I expected BMW quality. I got shady subpar half-a$$ execution. Dont expect status calls. Dont expect quality. Dont expect that your vehicle will come back like it was before.

I should have done my homework better. Terrible customer service and low quality of repairs. I have discovered a few several issues with their repairs since I got the car back even though they claim to be a certified BMW collision repair shop. I would not recommend them.

This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I was in a fairly minor accident on Feb 19. The front driver side wheel was hit which knocked out my steering. Though my insurance appraiser was delayed a little over a week getting the estimate, I am going on eleven weeks without my vehicle. I was told the repair would take 3-4 weeks. I’ve been told many times I would have my car by such and such date and still don’t have it. They’ve picked up my rental cost at this point and think that should appease me. They do not follow up and make sure things are being done. If you don’t check in, you will not get an update and they will forget about your vehicle. I would absolutely NOT recommend ever using this collision center unless you want to be utterly frustrated and without your car for three months plus for a minor repair.
