Vehicle has been there since January I still don’t have my vehicle, Peyton would tell us one thing and comes to find out it’s incorrect. deductible was granted to be lower by the own manager .couldn’t grant it while I was there to pick up my vehicle at one point, because they had no authority and the manager wasn’t there . Which I’m sure some manager has to be there . I looked at the vehicle my ac was fine before coming here and was making funny noise . Did not get vehicle until it was properly fixed. I’ve been patient until I started to get the run around for my vehicle . I’m supposed to now be picking up the vehicle as promised and have proof to be here on a Saturday to get vehicle, sitting outside for an hour and a half and no one is here as promised yet again by Peyton. Called and messaged no one answered until now. This is super unprofessional, and for my car being here that long is uncalled for especially for being so patient for that long.This is an update it is now 9/15 I still have no vehicle. They are rude to customers as I have seen in person. they give the run around to when a vehicle will be done. The managers say they will call you back and never do. This place is absolutely TRASH stay away if you can. You will not get your car for months and months. They have over 250+ cars still waiting.

Caliber Collision was prompt, courteous, and made sure I was aware of all repairs during each phase of the process, they helped me with my rental, and had my truck back about 5 days earlier than we thought originally. Daniel was a great help and really was concerned that all my questions were answered and he did a great job communicating with me.

I brought in my car for a repair of a fender bender and it was good. The next available appointment when I called was about a week later. However, the waits in the office can get pretty long. Also, the Enterprise office thats in the same building is hard to reach by phone. Its better if you talk to them in person.

I came in to have my car serviced and the gentleman that helped me didnt mention at all during my evaluation that they wouldnt be able to repair my car for a least a month from now. If this had been stated from the beginning, I wouldnt have wasted my time coming back to initiate and pay for the repairs. Poor communication from staff.

I had a terrible experience with this location. I sent my grandmothers car there after she was rear-ended as it was a preferred vendor from the insurance. This is the only vehicle she has and she uses it to go to the Well Med Senior Center during the week. When we brought it in, we were told two weeks. While it seemed unnecessarily long at first, we were able to make it work with her by taking her groceries in the meantime. We did not receive the car back for 10 weeks! We would call and call and be told it would just be another day or two every time. Eventually, they simply stopped taking our calls by saying the manager wasnt in. When I went down to check after the fourth week I found the car sitting in the back lot with the bumper and rear panel removed just sitting there. No one was working on it and it wasnt even in the bay. My grandmother was devastated to be without her vehicle for so long and is now afraid to drive it that often for fear of having to go through this again. I will never use this place again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Painted my vehicle the wrong color and asked me to pick up my vehicle and wait until the part comes in. They closed my claim with my insurance company before completing the work. Horrible experience. I do not recommend using this company.

I was extremely pleased with the work Caliber on IH10 completed on my RAV4 to restore it after getting sideswiped on the freeway. Alex kept us informed, and the repairs were completed almost a week early.

They were very customer oriented and provided updates throughout the repair process. Discussed in detail the work to be done and then went over all the repairs completed. The work was excellent and I couldnt tell it was ever damaged. Before and after pictures:

I used Caliber Collision on I0-W twice, once when hit by an 18-wheeler and a second time when someone hit my truck while it was parked. On both occasions, Alex was my service representative. He listed to and addressed my concerns above and beyond what I expected... and I expect great service! So, if you need work done on your vehicle, take it to Caliber and ask for Alex. He will provide you with status updates almost daily and, at least in my case, have you back on the road earlier than expected. He also returned my dirty truck to me fixed and sparkling clean!

Very impressed with Caliber shop, the Manager Paul and Alex shop manager did an a great job helping us get our car repaired after an accident, very professional and always provided an update and strived to help us get the car back to us as soon as possible. Good workmanship, and truly care about the customer. I would highly recommend!

Despite several issues with part procurement due to COVID and other issues, management got heavily involved and made the experience much better. Their warranty of work performed was held up as they replaced some cracked fasteners that were discovered several months after the work was completed.

My appointment was good. Very friendly and punctual. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time over the phone and a guy was there to help me with an inspection within 5 minutes of my appointment. Only reason this review is 4 stars is I asked for road legal repair. Some of the repair advice was a little extra for my college student lifestyle. I could tell the guy was doing his best to run the cost as low as possible to safely apply the caliber warranty to my car.

There were several issue, I will have to return the vehicle for further repairs. Paint on drivers door is rough, trine piece scratched, molding around wheel well not done correctly

Liked the state farm and corporate working relationship. Somewhat disappointed in text/management followup communications. Vehicle was done when originally promised, but tests and managers call conflicted and confused who was correct.

My car was in the shop for 3 months. I e-mailed several times and never got updated as to what was going on. I even e-mailed the corporate office and did not get a response. Got car back and piece of exhaust system was missing.

Had a great experience at this Caliber location due to the amazing customer service from Damian. I was nervous about the process as I have never had to take a car for repairs before and this was my first time going in alone. From the jump, Damian explained to me what he would be doing to my car and how the process would work. I signed a few short papers and waited a few minutes for my rental car and was promptly on my way.Damian sent me updates by text every day which was wonderful and much appreciated. I didn’t have to call and hastle anyone to ask when my car would be finished.When I picked my car up it was BETTER than when I brought it in, inside and out. I was rear ended and stupidly drove with the damage for 5 months, further wearing it down even more. But it was all fixed to perfection by Damian and the team at this Caliber location! We are about to hit 45 days for body work. They have just broke through the third deadline because they said they didnt have a part (which they obviously didnt order until the last minute). This was similar to the second delay when they ordered the wrong fender. I havent seen the car yet, but I am not impress and would recommend you find some one who can do the job quickly and on time.Follow up: Just wanted to do a follow up. The owner posted below to reach out to them, I did so 30 minutes after they posted that. I did a virtual chat with the corporate CC as well. Corporate gave me a case number and said someone would reach out soon. We are about 3 business days later and no one has called or emailed a word since. It seems that it is their standard procedure to say they will contact you but I wanted to let everyone know that it never actually happened. We are at day 45 today (that includes weekends to be fair). Pretty sad.My recommendation is to try one of the other CCs, if you read the negative reviews here you will notice a pattern. Nice people who tell you everything is great but miss deadlines or mess up the job. Why take the chance. My insurance works through them, but would have let me choose any CC in the city. I should have done my homework first.

My service advisor was Daniel, He is very friendly and quick to help. He kept in touch with me the entire time. Not only through phone calls but through texts with are very helpful with my busy schedule. Paint and body work came out great, car looks better than new. Great service, quick turnaround after receiving parts. My wifes car feels as good as new!

If I could give a lower rating I would. Just dont use this one. There are enough other Caliber Collisions around. But here is a fun story.They started off kindly, with my own service rep who came out and looked at the car. Said it should be quick and easy. They have an Enterprise location, so he asked if I was getting a rental car, I told him no we are flying out for the holidays and will be back January 2nd (a Saturday). He said the car should be done and I could pick it up then. I didnt hear from him for a week when he leaves a voice message on a Tuesday trying to confirm pickup for Thursday. I shouldve known then that he didnt know what was happening. I call him back and double check that he knows we will be flying back and able to pick it up the 2nd. When he answers he starts by asking if we are returning the rental car (another red flag), and tell him AGAIN that we want to pick it up Saturday!!! He says great and he will call us back the next day with more details.It is Saturday morning now, I showed up at 8:30, they are closed. Enterprise is open thankfully and trying to get ahold of someone to get me my car.(Update) the service rep TEXTS me and says the car isnt ready, that he never told me it would be ready, and that they are closed (NO DUH). We live 200 miles from here and have nowhere to stay or a way to get there with our luggage and dogs! His manager isnt answering or helping him and he says they wont pay for a rental car so we can get home.I try to never get angry about bad service because I understand its not easy working with people, but this is THE SITUATION IS REDICULOUS.(Update 2) we called and texted his manager at least 10 times with no reply.. My wife ended up calling the service advisor 8 times until he answered, got very mad at him as he kept arguing back, and then he finally offered to pay out of his own pocket for the rental car for 2 days hoping the car will be done by then.

My Nissan Rogue came out better then it was before it went in. They fixed my SUV in only 5 days as promised. Fast and friendly.

While driving at night I came over a hill and there were large chunks of metal scattered around the highway, I was unable to swerve and miss the metal. Completely destroyed my front bumper and caused various damage throughout my vehicle. My insurance had me bring it to caliber and they were AMAZING, the front desk staff was very kind and talked me through the steps, and the mechanic (Juan) kept me updated throughout the entire process of my car being fixed! Everyone was VERY professional and I am EXTREMELY happy and satisfied. This will be my go-to place for any work that needs to be done on my car in the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Had an unexpected encounter with a deer, and sadly the deer won. Bumper and lights were hanging on for dear life, had to duck tape my bumper just to keep some sanity in my life. My car was taken to caliber on May 14. Every week we have gotten the runaround, excuses, lies, the same updates as the week before and can’t seem to get anywhere. After seven weeks they have done minimal work on our car and are constantly saying it’s because they don’t have a part in or don’t have the correct tool to fix it. They’ve been waiting for two weeks for one tool to be able to use to work on my vehicle. As a body shop they should at least have the tools they need. The lies and excuses are the most frustrating part. I was told it would take 30 days and we are at seven weeks with no end in sight.Definitely would suggest you take your car anywhere else than here!

Alex kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle throughout the repairs. He was very professional and always has a smile. I have taken my Passat and my Touareg to this location several times. I feel comfortable leaving my cars in their hands when I have had an accident. Would recommend them to my family and friends.

I had an odd request. I needed a weld performed on my wine rack. For a collision center, it should take them 2-3 minutes. I called up the location off of 10 and asked if they would be able to perform this work, they said sure, just stop by. So, the next day I stopped by, and then was told - no, we dont do that type of work. Sure wish the person on the phone had told me that before I drove to their location! I took my wine rack to another collision repair shop in Helotes, they fixed it in 5 minutes, and reinforced three other welds. Guess what? They will now get my business for repairing a car my teenager crashed! Good bye Caliber Collision - for a life time!!

I really had a great experience here. I brought my car in on a Monday and I was told it should be done by Friday. The car rental was right next door which was very convenient. The appraisal and check in process was very easy. Juan was a fantastic service advisor. My car was ready on Friday as promised and looks brand new. They went above and beyond and gave my car back to me shiny and clean. They even buffed out a couple of black marks that had really been bothering me. I really appreciate their text message updates. I never had to call and ask about the status of my car.

My experience here was flawless, beginning to end. I was hit by a hit and run and had to deal with someone elses insurance. The staff here was great to handle all correspondence and paperwork for the wreck and costs to repair. The front office staff was friendly and helpful every time I came in or called. Juan Rodriguez, my service advisor, was quick to meet with me, hear my concerns, and did a thorough review of the damage on my car. The initial estimate from the insurance company was not reflective of the damage I had, and he was able to address all of those issues with the insurance company without having me involved at all. They were quick to repair my vehicle, and even cleaned it up to look even on both sides. I am so grateful to this team for putting my family in a safe vehicle again. I recommend this location to anyone unfortunate enough to need repairs to their vehicle. Hands down the best customer service and repair work Ive had in a long time. Thank you!!

Establishment was recommend but from the very get go it was clear they weren’t going to be easy to deal with. Front desk girl was so matter fact and doesn’t want to be bothered. With “I can schedule you something but not today”. It’s a minor dent. Her attitude is enough for me to walk away from it all.
