Michael was super helpful. He and his crew took care of my car. They came up with a creative repair solution and kept to the budget. (I hit a gas can in the road driving on 281, and the repair cost was too low to go through insurance, but too high to want to pay out of pocket). Purchase a new 2021 Sierra 1500 crew cab slt with all the bells and whistles. A month later an old lady bump into my truck. Not a big fender bender but decided to take to Cavender because I purchased my truck from them. I was confident that they would do a good job. Pick up my truck 2 weeks later only to find out that some part were not replaced and other were swap. My insurance paid for a new bumper; Cavender buff off the damage bumper, they swap one of the heated auto-dim mirrors with an older mirror. I’m still waiting for the service rep to let me what happened to the new bumper my insurance paid for and to check why my mirror was swapped. I went with a deal repair shop thinking they would do a good job and because the service I got when buying my truck was great. The service between departments os different. It doesn’t match the Cavender brand. Very disappointed.

Took my car to the collision center for damage to my rear passenger door. It took the estimator at Cavendar, Max S., only a few minutes to see that the insurance payment I received was not going to cover the repairs. He worked with the insurance company on my behalf and was able to get what I needed to have my car fixed. Max kept me informed all along the way. Even gave me his cell ph number so I could reach him anytime. I couldnt believe it when I picked it up. My car looked brand new!Im a very pleased customer.

Cavender fixed my pickup after an accident and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were very responsive and communicated during the process. My truck is a HUGE deal to me and they treated it with care and performed quality work. I’d recommend them to anyone needing body work.

Ken and his team took excellent care of my truck. It’s a pearl white paint that I know is extremely hard to match, and the truck looks the same as it did right off the showroom floor after his team had to replace a door. Highly recommend!

Haven’t seen my car for 3 months now. The day they said it was supposed to be released, the service manager told me that he’d have to order more parts. It’s been 2 weeks since then. They keep telling me “tomorrow or the next day” and that’s never the truth. Untrustworthy and unreliable.

My car has been at this establishment for TWO MONTHS and still not ready.He said will be done someday. And that day he said found another problem so need to order part. He took another 3weeks for that and then he found another problem again he order part again again and i am still waiting.Michael does not even return phone calls. I agree He is by far the worst service manager I have dealt with.

They rsealed my back window leak. Not sure of the part. My biggest complaint is trying to get the windshield clean from the writing they put on it. I have worked and worked on it and still looks waxy. Also my back window had prints and dirty inside and out. Hard time trying to get it clean. Not sure if leak is fixed till I go thru the car wash a few more times. Gave them 5 starts in the anticipation it is fixed and did not base it on the cleaning of the windows.

We took our vehicle in after an accident with a deer. We chose Cavendar Collision Center because we wanted to stay within the company that Cavendar Cadillac deals with for body shop repair. This was my 1st time dealing with a body repair shop and considering all circumstances; isolation, weather freeze ect., with a few hiccups, I have to say I was always reassured and taken care of respectfully. Timing took longer than expected but again I’m one to consider and acknowledge all the factors into play. Overall I am extremely satisfied. Not to mention the rental place and my personal insurance company was giving me some problems due to exceeding the allotted time to do the repair; Cavendar reassured me they would take care of the problem.

Did not provide timely updates. They had problems dealing with insurance because they are not on State Farm approved vendor list. Kept car for 4 weeks before anything was done and then it did not fix problem. Once everything was worked out with insurance they performed the repair and fixed my problem. They we always polite and responsive when I called but it would have been nice to get more frequent updates from them without me calling them.

I want to thank Robert for keeping me informed on my wifes 2016 verano, when I picked up the car there was something hanging from the bottom of the car a cable of some sort. I thanked Robert for his help the areas that were supposed to be painted looked great, unfortunately when I parked in the sun there were new dents and scratches on the car turned around and went back to show Robert, we both went around the car to look at the damage that was done. Robert and I both agreed on what needs to be done, so Ill be calling him Monday Oct 12 to schedule a date to bring it back. Again Robert is a very nice person I know it wasnt him but being the professional that he is. Here will make it right. Thanks.

Horrible experience from beginning to end. The service department at Calender was great......the collision center was a nightmare.The communication was poor at best. After receiving an estimate and letting them know what work I wanted done they proceeded to make their own decisions about what work should be completed. After speaking with the director about it the work was still untimely and I was charged for repairs I did not want done. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Had body work done on my vehicle, turned vehicle in as per appointment, expected repairs to be accomplished in the customary 7-10 days. Kept checking with them week after week. They blamed insurance company for being non-responsive, I checked with insurance company which reported that they did indeed respond in timely manner for all communications pertaining estimates, and re- estimates, and approvals.With concern for the delay, I then spoke with the department manager, who said he would check up on it. Well this continued to 4-5 weeks when the job was finally completed. No only did I experience a penalty with the car unavailability for such a long time, but the length of time exceeded my rental coverage, costing me a significant loss out of pocket. Needless to say, I will never patronize this shop again.

If could choose zero stars for this shop I would took my truck in took them over 2 weeks for my fender job and I am not happy with the outcome the paint is bad and they do not stand behind there work and the side with no damage has my fender flare not intact I would never recommend this shop to anyone thought it had better standards being a dealership body shop. I could continue about how unhappy I am with my truck now but I will not. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

I am getting extremely irritated being told “it’ll be done by the end of next week”. My car has been in this shop for almost two months. I understand they’re busy, I understand it is a lot of work. However, do not give a time frame if you cannot abide by it. They have told me “surely by the end of next week” THREE TIMES and I called today and it is still not ready. I am so disappointed with the lack of efficiency here, but more importantly the blatant lies. I would rather have heard UP FRONT that it will take two months, and they keep to it, versus beating around the bush every week. I hope they understand that they are screwing us financially. We are already out of pocket with the deductible, we are making car payments and insurance payments on a vehicle we cannot use, PLUS the extra stress and cost of begging someone to give you a ride to work or paying $20 one way for an Uber. It is amazing that someone can run you off the road, drive off so you have no proof, so you’re at fault, and then the collision place takes their sweet time, and YOU pay for it all. You pay for the mistakes of others. Right around the holidays too. Merry $@*!#&% Christmas, everyone.

We are longtime Cavender customers because of the great service, great sales staff, and professional and customer-oriented service and sales staff.My wife took her car in and they gave her an honest evaluation of the situation. To be honest many places have a policy in place or maybe its just the attitude that women dont know whats going on with cars so why try to explain things to them. It is much different here with a much clearer attitude towards women can I have seen anywhere else.I have no problem sending my wife with her car to the shop because I know they will honestly take care of her and do whats right for the vehicleThey helped us make a decision to not go forward with repair but to go ahead and replace it since the cost would be too high.

Constantly follow up with them. 4 week wait for an appointment and 5 weeks in the shop got 2 out of the 5 items i needed fixed from vandalism. Purely because they did not order the items i needed. The statement and guidance for ordering aftermarket items were provided week 1. 11 weeks still missing parts? Everyone has amazon prime, I bet they do too. Remind them to use it.

My experience with this place has been extremely frustrating. I was in a fender bender on Dec16th and I still do not have my car 8 weeks (going on 9 this week) later!! This is frustrating enough but the worst is that I have been hearing my car will be ready the next day, week or even this afternoon for the last 3 weeks. I have told the contact person multiple times I am now paying for a rental out of pocket because they are taking so long and the insurance only covers 30 days. I have been patient and polite and asked if they could cover at least part of the rental and they refused. At this point my rental has cost me almost twice as much as the rental. Three days ago I was told it was finished and just waiting for a quality check and I could come get it. Never heard any thing else so once again I initiate contact to see whats going on with it and am told they had to order more parts!!! I have never left a negative review but this experience has been so terrible I felt compelled.

If I could give this place no stars I would! I only choose this collision center because my dealership/service department is Cavender Cadillac. I ALWAYS have such a great experience when I take my car there I thought this place would be the same considering they are both Cavender owned. Boy was I WRONG!!! this place is the worst! The contact person couldn’t even remember my name or even talking to me in person the second time I met with him to drop my car off. Then told me he didn’t have any of my paperwork from our first appointment so I had to fill out all the paperwork again. (Which that should have been my first red flag!) the whole time my car was in the shop I had to keep calling and texting him with no response! Then it gets better!! When my car was finally finished I had to pay up front to get my car out because they let the insurance check seat in the finance office for a week and a half!!! So if I wanted my car I would have to pay up front or wait four more days to get my car! Now I’m having to wait once again for Cavender to fix other additional damage that was done to my car by the collision center! Honestly it has been a joke! I would not recommend anyone to have service done here at all!!!

My experience was alright. Communication wasn’t the best. I wasn’t given any updates, I had to call and ask. Some of my concerns were ignored, which is I guess par for the course as a young female. Also, I would have liked the car returned to me washed but maybe they don’t do that anymore. Next time I think I’ll go to Caliber Collision.

Just moved to SA and had the misfortune of having someone damage my car that has not been manufactured since 2010. Having dealt with Cavender Service department during a short stay in SA during 2015, they were my first consideration for the repairs. I was not disappointed when Art Castano, the Cavender representative, first greeted me and made me feel that my car was in good hands. The professionalism and positiveness of Art Castano set aside my fears of how my car was getting fixed if parts were not available, and now my car looks amazing again!

Stay away! They give you the runaround and do not keep you updated on your vehicle at all! My service manager, Michel Schupe, NEVER contacted me to update me on the status of the vehicle. My car has been at this establishment for TWO MONTHS and still not ready. The damages were not anything major. Michael does not even return phone calls. He is by far the worst service manager I have dealt with.
