Took my car in for some minor repairs that included polishing some scratched areas, replacing and repairing bumpers and some repaint. Select One did an amazing job. Charles was extremely helpful throughout the process. The staff keeps you up to date during the process and the job got done even sooner than expected. I even went back to get a ceramic coating since they had just done all the equivalent prep work during the actual repair. Their price of the ceramic coating was very reasonable and it was expertly applied by the owner himself. They did such a good job that I brought my other car in to get a ceramic coat done too. Will definitely recommend to anyone. I have taken previous cars to work other body shops in the area, but Select One is by far the best shop in town! Ask for Charles Meek!

Front end of my car was badly damaged including the front frame bent but they were able to fix my car in perfect condition that it almost looks like a whole brand new car. **UPDATE** Gilbert got in touch with me last night and met up with me first thing this morning and resolved all issues before I had to leave town. He also had his team take care of a few other issues that were unrelated. I appreciate what was done to resolve my issues and just some advice, keep that other guy away from up front with customers that way he doesnt tarnish your good reputation.I had my car taken to Select One Automotive & Collision Center to have the repairs done through my insurance company. The car was dropped off just before mid January 2021. I finally got my car back three months later after mid April, which is not the complaint. I realized that the center steering wheel cover where the horn is was protruding out on the left side substantially, while I was detailing the inside. I immediately took it to Select One to see if they could help out for concern of a safety issue since the airbag is in there as well. The response I got from the tall bald guy that was running the shop at the time was we wouldnt have let it out of here like that well have to get with the insurance company to see if they want to pay for it if they think it was part of the accident. Didnt hardly look at it to see what was going on and no concern for my well being having to drive it even though they say they back their work a lifetime. Very disappointed in the treatment from this shop and not even pulling my information to get it resolved.

Charles and Andre really know their stuff. I showed up with my Legacy and they had me quoted for my rear bumper and ready to drop off in less than 20 min. Also, They saved me at least $400 compared to other body shops in the area. They were very honest and when they found out that I was paying out of pocket they told me that other body shops were charging me all these other fees that insurance companies require. Other body shops were going to charge me for things that I didnt really need to pay for. I dropped the car off on Monday and they were done by Wednesday. When I got the call I was shocked because I wasnt expecting my car back till at least Friday. Upon arriving, I saw that the paint match was RIDICULOUSLY ACCURATE, and I was just in shock from the job they were able to do so fast. Their customer service reps are very kind and helpful as well so dont hesitate to call them. I would most DEFINITELY recommend this shop and will be a return customer.

We had two of our vehicles serviced here recently for the first time. This place is wonderful. Mariano, the tech, is very detailed and thorough with his work. And Andre the GM, is just awesome! I just picked up my car from Select One after having repairs done on my car. I was very impressed with the condition my car was in. The repairs looked great as I expected. But what I didnt expect was they had cleaned the inside of my car as well as washed the outside. It looked great. I felt like I was driving a new car off the lot. All the staff was very courteous in all our dealings with them. Andre met me the first day I received and estimate and was there today to deliver my car to me. Andre was my service advisor and from the moment i dropped it off i admit i was a little nervous.The parts werent ordered right away which started to make me wonder,,,BUT THEN! Andre called and said they just placed the order and about 1.5 weeks later the parts were in and ready to go.I dropped off my car and was picked up by Enterprise where I went and received my rental.Just at 2,5 - 3 days later, Andre called and said my car was ready to go O.o---SAY WHAT?!?!?! I was expecting to be in the rental for at least a couple of weeks.Upon arrival I was amazed at the quality of work that was done and my response was, WOW! Picking an auto shop is really hard. Sometimes the details of a review aren’t clear and it makes choosing a shop hard. Let me be clear, Select One did a stellar job fixing my vehicle! I can’t give a big enough shout out to Gilbert who handled everything and made the process super smooth. He was clear and up front about all costs and gave me updates about progress on the car when I asked. We put our car in Monday and it was ready on Thursday. We were very pleased with the quick turn around. We also got frequent updates and never needed to call the shop to know our status. Took my car here after my insurance recommended this shop, because its who they worked with. I was highly disappointed, first when they said the car was done I go to get it the windshield was cracked and it definitely wasnt from the accident but they charged my insurance saying it was after trying to give it back.Acting like I wouldnt see the crack then just after a month of having the again the paint started chipping so easily from anything that hit it.Ended up just selling the car but I would highly not recommend this place to anyone I would say go with Caliber or a different body shop. I like how you try to deny it was a 2016 Nissan Sentra done about a year ago,Wasn’t a mistake at all thank you.

Prior work on my old car did not go well at Cavender so I decided to give Select One a try. Best decision! Gilbert found an overcharge in my insurance estimate. Frank was an excellent communicator and Helen at reception was always on the ball. Most important, the body work was exceptional--it looks as good as new. Other excellent touches: great detailing both inside (what!) and out, and the expensive pair of sunglasses I left accidentally were still there upon pick up. In short, they rock.

They truly are a 5 star company. I got rear ended on a Friday afternoon and they got me right in first thing Monday morning. Ten days later our car was done. Amber gave prompt, professional email updates every Tuesday and Thursday so I never had to wonder what was going on. The car looks brand new and I was so pleased. One of the gentlemen even helped me unhook two car seats from the rental car and put them into our repaired car in the hot summer sun. THEN as I drove to the light, leaving their facility I got rear ended AGAIN!!!!!!!!! The girl who hit me drove away too. I was a hot, crying mess. Luckily there was very minimal damage. I didnt know what to do so I just drove right back to them and they came right out to me even though it was past 6 pm. They were SO kind and helpful. They told me to call Amber on Monday next week and they would fix the two small paint jobs on my brand new bumper. Im telling you- if you want honest, professional, understanding and quick service go to Select One!!

However I am very pleased to finally see a collision repair facility operate with the professionalism and workmanship we encountered at Select One! Even though the wife had somehow managed to drag the entire length of our Tahoe across steel railings you can no longer tell any damage was ever done and the paint and pinstripe look original!Thank you guys, keep it up!

Had an A+ experience at Select One. They were able to take my car right away and I did not have to make a later date appointment. They even had a relationship with the enterprise rental down the street and someone came picked me up in minutes. They sent me updates every other day but I only got one update because my car was ready in just a few days! My Jeep came back to me looking (and even smelling) better than when I left it. I needed my back passenger door replaced and painted. They had it done in 10 business days and the paint matches so well with the rest of my car. When I got into a car accident, I didnt know where I was going to take my car to get fixed. A friend referred me to Select One Collision. And I have to say that I was NOT disappointed. On March 21 I was hit by a lady on the passenger side back seat door! Took it to select one and the did a great job on my car not only did they fixing the door they also detailed the car really good!!
