I have used them twice and both times I was extremely happy with them. They worked with my insurance company and repaired hail damage and were very attentive to my needs and concerns. Any little thing I needed they were on it and eager to please. Replaced my windshield on a separate occasion and their price could not be beat! It has been over a year and I am still very happy with their work. 5 stars all the way!

3 moldings on my Lincoln were fading and for a reasonable price Arrow Glen Body Shop did a great job. Looks good as new.

Our company uses Eddie at Arrow Glen and he does outstanding work. Fast, professional and reliable.

The most unreliable body shop. The dealership where I got my car at uses this place. It seems like they have an under the table type of deal or something cause the owner of the shop seems annoyed when you call to check on your car. Even though it’s been there for 3 weeks. They constantly change the day the car will be available but won’t call or email to let you know anything about the status.

The tailgate on my truck that I got a couple months back was keyed so I took it in and they fixed it for cheap and in a couple of days. They left it looking brand new. Thank y’all so much!

Not bad. Not where i would take my z06, but they did good on a standard car. A bit more attention to detail and dust prevention inside is needed. But would use them again for minor work.

I hit the front end of the company.someone recommended this place to my boss so thats where we went. I should have never let him pick this car up by himselfthey told me a week before we picked it up all they were waiting on with the emblem that goes on the front of the brand of car the hoodies crooked the bumpers crooked one of the headlights is still loose and the paint has bubbles in it do not take your vehicle to these people

Eddie replaced two bumpers, a rear quarter panel, dented door and rear light. His shop did a pretty nice job overall and he is reasonable and backs up his work. Matched paint well and price was definitely good and well under Caliber, for example.
