Bad experience, don’t go! Paint job was terrible!I had to return my car 2 times for incomplete painting! It looked awful.you will not get any updates and then get you your car unfinished.I was so frustrated for the time I wasted there along with how my car is looking now. Will never go there again.

They worked on my 2015 Mini Cooper after my accident in 2020 and after the repairs it was in top notch shape. Very kind workers, they explained everything they did and the problems they found. Would recommend for vehicle repairs!

I recently had my Ford Escape in for paint warranty repairs. I am highly impressed with the service and great work they did. Marc Moreno handled my claim exceptionally well - he was very helpful, explained everything, and worked with Ford to get everything taken care of. They kept me informed throughout the time my car was there. Quality of the work is outstanding - the car looks as good as new! I highly recommend taking your car here if you ever need repairs.

We used the body shop after my little sisters vehicle was involved in a hit & run, Marc was great in keeping an accurate timeline expectation and keeping us in the loop with continuous follow up. Definitely makes a bad situation easier to deal with.

I posted this review initially on the Red McCombs Hyundai Northwest, but meant to post here. My car was recently stolen and recovered after it was involved in a hit and run accident. I’ve been living a nightmare for the last three weeks. When my car was transferred over from the pound to the service shop to be inspected, Mark has been incredibly communicative and helpful. This has been such a terrible experience but it ended up working out in the end. Mark and Laura were amazing and were super compassionate in my situation. 5/5 would recommend!

I would NOT recommended body shop I had advisorMarc Moreno. Not helpful at all.My vehicle has been in the body shop for over three weeks. The only replacement was the front bumper. Contradicting information given from Mr Moreno stating car was ready by certain date. The vehicle was not ready. I had to contact services manager for more details. Still 03/23/20 no ready the insurance check pending had been sent since 03/12/20.

I was happy with the service and the repairs to my truck. I took it in for damage to the left front from a hit and run, and they did a great job. the front office was very helpful. Teresa, the girl at front took the time to explain the process and Gregg who is the service advisor that took care of my vehicle was very attentive to my concerns.Overall a great job making my truck look like nothing ever happened to it. Thumps up!!

Best Bodyshop shop in town. I’ve had two cars repaired there and they both came out looking brand new. Ask for Mark he was incredibly helpful and super nice.

I contacted Adraian Alvarado at Red McCombs Superior Body Shop, as a referral from another dealerships Service Manager. Adrian was very professional and courteous. Upon my arrival, same day and without an appointment, Adrian and a technician looked at my vehicle right away, figured out the issue; explained it to me, and then fixed it. Very little wait time...customer service at its best!

Superior body shop! Went above and beyond on my vehicle repair. Very nice and courteous. Highly recommended.

Bad customer experience, had my ford explorer repaired there for auto body & maintenance work. After two failed attempts it had to go to the dealer Mcombs Ford West, which was just as bad.....Dont reccomend any of these shops, stay away.....

AVOID! Only go here if you like the words, maybe, next week or I dont know. Or if excuses are your thing they have plenty here. Minor damage has turned into a major nightmare. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

My experience with this body shop was a total nightmare. Getting rear ended in San Antonio while living in Nashville is a dire situation. After driving away from the accident on a Friday I later on Monday drove my carto what I thought was a reputable Ford Collision Center [Red Mccombs Supeeior Body Shop). Yo make a long story short, 94 days and $14,000 later I escaped with my car with an agreement with the body shop manager that if he would mail me a part I would pay to have my gas lid fixe ed on my own. Finally received part and Nashville Ford Body Shop fixed my gas lid (hybrid) and reattached drivers side door the way it was supposed to be. If anyone could see the pics of my auto damage they would never believe the cost and the amount of time it took. I am Retired Air Force and they said thank you for your service. I am sorry that I am not able to say the same thing about your lack of service.

I have been waiting for the repair on my vehicle for going on two months. I was initially told possibly up to three weeks. Took two weeks alone to get it in the shop to be looked at by a technician. Then two weeks from that point to get the mechanical issues fixed. Now we are three weeks out from that. After two weeks with no communication, I finally got ahold of Adrian, the shop manager. He returned my call and told me my vehicle should be done by the end of the next week. Well, here we are at the end of that week, with not a word from anyone at the shop. Marc does not return my calls or voicemails, and Adrian is not in the office today. If youre able to wait months for a repair, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
