Fantastic experience with Diane and her team at Premier. Needed a new bumper on my car, had it shipped there with her permission, then when UPS delivered the box gouged up, I didn’t notice the deep scratch in the bumper but they did - encouraged me to arrange a new shipment through the vendor, which they did, they put on the color-matched new bumper and it looks amazing. Even buffed up some other minor issues. Very fair price, great communication throughout, friendly. Recommend wholeheartedly.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Our vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and was even detailed nicely for free. They’re partnered with an Enterprise close by which was very useful.

I just had an awesome experience having my truck repaired at Premier Auto Body & Paint. I was positively surprised with their customer service, professionalism and timely delivery. I dropped my truck at 10:00 am and it was out by 3:00 pm... they even washed it and touch up a paint scratch at no charge!! Kudos to all the team at Premier!! You are more than 5 stars!!

Amazing! Someone hit my car on the driver’s side door which left a dent and scratched my paint. I have a Lexus is250 and my paint is pearlized. They were able to fix my car in a timely manner and at a very fair price! You literally can’t tell that it was ever damaged. The paint matches perfectly! The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful.

I just had such a great experience here! They were SO friendly, kept me informed, and when I picked my car up, it was cleaner inside and out than the day I bought it (which they genuinely didnt even have to do, they are just THAT nice). So glad I took my car here.

My car was ready exactly when they said it would be and it looked fantastic! Also, when I picked up my car, it was detailed inside and out. It’s that type of extra effort that really sets this place apart from the rest. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with this company. They repaired damage caused after a collision with a deer. Some things were missed when initially reviewing the damage due to the vehicle being dirty. They immediately took it back and fixed the damage not previously noted. Though the insurance company would not reimburse for the additional work, they still did not charge me anything additional. The work was high quality (my car has never looked better) and the customer service was excellent.

When this woman ran into my car this was the shop suggested by my auto insurance company staff there were nice friendly helpful they did a good job on my car and actually went over and above what they had to do and when I asked him about a scratch that I had on my car that wasnt even caused by the accident theyremoved as much as possible for free and even when it was after hours and they were closed then went the extra mile for me and I appreciate that I highly recommend this place

I’ve returned my vehicle here for paint issues or new damage that they have caused now 5x!!! Horrible quality! Clear coat came up within 3months!!! That’s insane!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible service. Would not recommend.

I took my car in for hail damage and after getting the estimate decided that I rather hold off on the repair. Now they want to charge me $500 for the quote and $175 for parking. I was shocked by the amount, they had my vehicle parked in the street all weekend. Their holding my vehicle hostage until I pay.
