Intellibed is my absolute favorite!!! Love the feel and comfort. But the support is fantastic. Ashley is my Rep for Mattress Firm and there is no one else like her. She is absolutely amazing!!

The mattress falls apart after a couple years. They don’t actually adhere to their warranty. Even with their adjustable base, the cheap parts and bad sewing will come apart well before their advertised product lifetime.It’s a complete waste of money.

I have loved my Intellibed for over 3 years! Just had a warranty issue with it and they graciously replaced my bed. The whole process was pain free, quick, and efficient. They went above and beyond to expedite this for me at my request. Excellent customer service. I couldn’t be happier.

I was searching for a new bed and was overwhelmed by the number of options out there. After visiting a Mattress Firm and finding the sales people said they all wished they had Intellibeds I went and checked them out. My girlfriend and I got connected to a guy named Jesse who was great about informing us as to what their product had to offer and what other beds might provide in comparison. Jesse was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the whole process and we felt well taken care of. I am so grateful for the support and concern he showed throughout the purchasing experience and follow up calls [see below].The bed shipped from Utah to New York faster than expected. One of the things that I ran into was not wanting to void the warranty due to improper set up for the bed. After talking to someone at Intellibed they were able to help me understand what I needed to do and how to go about ensuring the proper care for the bed. The first couple nights on the bed were a little bit firmer than anticipated, but I can feel the bed adjusting now that I have slept on it for two weeks.In all, I was impressed with the whole purchasing and customer service experience of Intellibed. They are caring people who want people to get a great night of sleep and are willing to work with you to make that happen! While it might be a while before I go shopping for a bed, I will nonetheless go back to Intellibed for my next purchase! I have already told family members about the company and encouraged them to buy!

The purchase process was very easy and they made special delivery arrangements to meet my unusual but crucial need—at no cost to me. They were wonderful. The bed itself is the most comfortable I’ve ever had bar none. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a better night’s sleep. I got the adjustable base and love that too.

I love my new Intellibed! It is supportive but soft. I am sleeping really well,which a is likely the most important benefit for me. I got an adjustable base too: and hadn’t realized just how much I would use it.I may spend my next long weekend in bed, just because I enjoy it so much! We were shopping for a bed when we saw the Intellibed store in our local mall. We stopped in and Richard, who is the manager of the store, stepped forward to help. He was able to show us several benefits to the Intellibed gel system, listened to our concerns and budget, and ultimately recommended a bed topper for our Sleep # bed. It has been wonderful! It has cleared up a hip issue that I previously had and had stopped my tossing and turning. It has also helped me sleep at a more comfortable temperature. I love it!

We got the intellibed indigo and have never been so happy with a bed. My husbands chronic back and neck pain quickly resolved and we both sleep more soundly though the night. I definitely toss and turn less. Our representative James was super helpful and we are very happy with our purchase. We have slept on a variety of beds and this one is hands down the best. Plus we love how non-toxic it is compared to all of the other gel and foam mattresses out there. The killer warranty kind of sealed the deal. The greatest difficulty it has created for us is how much we miss our bed when we stay anywhere else. At any rate, would highly recommend.

Bought the bed at Sams. The salesman was James Trammer. He was very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. He sold us on the bed very quickly with his approach. He was not pushy but let us lay on the bed while we asked questions and he demonstrated the features of the bed. The first time we were there we were under a time constraint and had to leave. Even though we lived an hour away from Sams we were impressed enough to return two days later with some other questions we had and at that time purchased the bed.

Shopping for a mattress is beyond overwhelming especially when looking for a non-toxic and organic option. I happened upon Intellibed by chance and am so glad I did. James our customer service rep was amazing. He was able to help me find the right mattress with a great deal. We have been had our bed just over a week and are loving it! It was definitely an investment, but so far it has been worth it. I highly recommend them due your research you wont be disappointed. :)

This is by far the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. My husband went from four to six hours of interrupted, tossing-and-turning sleep to sleeping six to eight hours of solid, deep sleep. He’s a broad-shouldered, tall, heavy man, and his arms used to go numb from the pressure on his shoulders with every other mattress we’ve tried. That no longer happens, with the Intellibed. Moreover, his lower back pain has been improved, as well. Somehow, it’s soft and supportive in all the right places, for two very different bodies, which is confusing (mattress full of elves?) but so awesome. This bed was a tough one to choose, because it cost more than most of the cars we’ve owned. And it’s made out of space jello. But I’m not kidding when I say that it’s everything they say, and worth every penny. Sleep! Magical, delicious sleep! Thank you for making this bed. It’s really changed our lives.

We love our intellibed! Sleeping well. Never hot anymore. Can sleep on my side the entire night without waking once! Crossing our fingers that it will indeed hold up for 20+years. So far we think it’s been a great investment in our health. Would highly recommend the sapphire bed.

We received great customer service in the store when we were first considering Intellibed. He provided us with all the facts and things we wanted to know to make our final decision. Once we purchased the customer service to receive the bed was great at communicating when we would receive it. We love our bed!!!

Our old, traditional mattress was causing me to wake in so much discomfort after only a few ours of sleep. I was miserable!!!! So I did my due diligence and researched a plethora of mattresses and I kept coming back to Intellibed. (Great innovative and less toxic.) We purchased the one that neutralizes movement because my husband likes to flop like a fish when he turns. I’m happy to say him waking me and the body discomfort have all gone away!! We love our intellibed so much that we bought one for our son when it was time for him to move into a big boy bed and we bought another Intellibed when we upgraded from a queen to a king size bed! I was headed for surgery so they were able to put a rush on delivery. We got the Sapphire split king and love it. I have arthritis and just had neck surgery. This bed has been really helpful.

My husband and I ordered our Intellibed mattresses directly from Intellibed. James was responsive to all of our questions and quick to respond to phone calls and emails. The process was easy. Plus, the mattresses are wonderful. And the warranty cannot be beat. 90 days to return if dissatisfied and a full 20 year warranty on the mattresses. We are completely satisfied.

I only received my Topper yesterday and have had just one night’s sleep on it. I do feel I stayed cooler which was a consideration in getting the topper.I wanted to try the Intellibed bed but we only purchased a new bed less than a year ago so we could not justify a California King right now. The queen topper for the guest room seemed a great way to try Intellibed.I heard Bob on a presentation about Intellibed and was impressed with his knowledge of mattresses and their materials. I understood right away about the gassing of the materials because we’ve purchased one of those egg crate foam toppers to try and soften a bed and we had to let it air out for over a day before we put it in our bed. So I was very intrigued by the materials and the gel-matrix design of the Intellibed controlling pressure points. I have trouble with my one hip but this morning I did notice it not hurting as bad as it sometimes does. So I am hopeful.My experience with the consultant, James on the phone was great. James was pleasant and helpful with no pressure.I’m hopeful that when it comes time for a new bed we will know exactly where to go to get the mattress that will help us get the rest we need.

Love these beds. Bought one 5 years ago. It took all my shoulder and hip pain away. When we bought a little get away home I tried the purple mattress. Did NOT compare to Intellibed at all. Hip and shoulder pain returned when we were there. I called James and wanted to get the same bed. He informed me they no longer sold it. I decided to go with the Indigo. It’s wonderful. Like sleeping on a cloud. My husband remarked that he’s sleeping better and more rested. We put purple mattress in spare bedroom and took our other Intellibed mattress to our get away house and now sleep so much better there too. No hip or shoulder pain EVER. Is the Intellibed more expensive? Yes. But what is a GREAT nights sleep without any pain worth? To me, every penny we spent. You will love these beds.

Best bed by far that I have ever owned. I ultimately sought to purchase a bed that was non-toxic along with being comfortable. The Intellibed meets both criteria at the highest levels. I’ve been sleeping on it for at least six months now and my sleep quality has improved dramatically. I use a smart device to measure all my sleep parameters in depth and the data has shown this drastic improvement. As for the toxicity peace, it too surpasses my expectations. I had fairly severe sinus issues with my old 11-year-old bed. The breaking down of the flies and foams in that bed has proven to be the problem. With Intellibed those twice a week sinus attacks, at 2am, have disappeared. I will no doubt purchase another Intellibed and will tell others to do so in my wellness practice. Very concerned and kind people helped get our bed in a timely manner, installed without problems on the day expected. The bed was everything we hoped. We got a king that is separated as 2 twin beds and love the features of being able to raise the head or feet of our own side to the height we like and independent of the other side. What’s more it has reduced the snoring 😴 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The soft bamboo sheets are amazing too!! Thank you!

One of the best we’ve ever experienced. The body support is incredible and we love all the positions available (especially “anti-gravity”) and the massage option. My husband would rate it 5 stars (it’s helped his back, a bunch.) My only reason for making it 4 stars is that I still get a bit warm during the night (though less than other beds used,) but a change of body position takes care of that easily enough. PLUS, the most amazing thing about the bed is I find I need far less sleep to be well-rested, though the comfort & support provided makes me want to enjoy it more even when awake (you know, watching TV with my husband in the evening!) Okay, maybe I should have given it the 5th star!

Love, love, love this bed! I purchased the first mattress in 2017 and fell in love with it. After two years I found a part of the gel mat that had come unglued and I made a warranty claim. The process was easy and the customer service was wonderful! The mattress was replaced and we love the new one just as much. Definitely recommend the mattress as well as the company and their service.

Excellent bed and very comfortable. We have the split king and really like the various adjustments this bed allows. No more aches and pains since we got our Intellibed. The support it provides has proven that our previous mattress was the problem.

Love this bed. So very comfortable. It is firm but not too hard. Feels good to lie on it. Very thick so you need sheets that accommodate a thick mattress. Also heavy to move, but that is not an issue unless you move it somewhere else. My husband feels like he sleeps better in it than on the foam mattress we used previously.

Great customer service! After months of research, Intellibed fulfilled all of our needs that we were looking for in a bed. The bed itself is perfect! It conforms to your body!! We purchased an adjustable base and absolutely love it! I didn’t think we would use it but the zero gravity feature but it is our favorite.

I found Intellibed while doing some research on non toxic mattresses. There wasnt a whole lot out there in the realm of YouTube and Blogger testimonials but what I did find had me sold. Especially when comparing the company and materials to the competition. From my first chat with their customer service department to the delivery and follow up, my experience has been 5 stars. We LOVE our Intellibed and are so glad we stumbled across them. Best nights sleep weve had in several years and within days all the back and leg pain we had been experiencing was gone. We also splurged an went with the pillows which are fantastic. I have a fractured neck and had been waking up with a frozen neck. I have not experienced that once since swapping pillows. I highly recommend giving them a chance with their return policy you cant go wrong.

These beds are truly fantastic! Our first ones burned up in the Camp fire. We did buy again. My complaint after the first purchase and this one is that they do NOT put on handles to turn the beds or move them!!!! The beds are gel like and extremely difficult to move or handle. Making life difficult.

We love Intellibed! We just recent replace our 15 year old king intellibed because it was just starting to show signs of wear ( not bad after 15 years!). We bought the new split king with the adjustable frame and have been sleeping soundly for 30 days now. I have been super impressed with the service at Intellibed. Got my sheets and mattress protector and Im just waiting on the mattress. I cant wait!Weve had our bed for quite a few months now. It took a little bit of time to adjust. At first my husband thought it was a little too soft for him, but now he finds it to be just right. I loved our bed form the beginning and love how soft and supportive it is. Our kids notice the how amazing it feels too, and dont want to go to their own beds after books. We will probably get them some intellibed mattress toppers next.

Every bed in my house is an Intellibed - including my daughter’s room and my guest room. I have had an ikea bed for the longest time, it wasnt until this year, that I started getting back problems and not sleeping well. My bed was just too soft. The local delivery man was excellent. Setup was easy. My wife and I enjoy the massage feature and have fallen asleep before it has ended. My only negative comment is that the instruction booklet does not explain better how to use the memory button to save a position once you found your comfy zone.

We had a really good experience when buying our mattress. Our daughter and son in law have had one for years and love it. When we went to buy a new mattress, we couldnt find a store with your mattress so we went with temperpedic. We havent been happy with it for a couple years. We were on vacation when we went into your store. Our son in law was with us so it was the perfect time. Love this mattress. Its getting more and more comfortable.

I cannot comment about the bed as we are awaiting delivery. I will say that our salesperson, Patti in Park City, is a big reason why we bought an Intellibed. She is extremely knowledgeable, perfectly persistent, trustworthy, friendly and patient. We started looking at Intellibed as an option in Fall but didn’t purchase until last week (late Spring). Patti would occasionally text me with specials as she knew price was our main obstacle in making the purchase. Out of all the beds manufacturers and stores we looked at, it was Intellibed and Patti that we felt the best about. Everyone else left us feeling like we were potentially being swindled. I have fibromyalgia and sleeping is a difficult thing for me. For months I could not sleep with my husband on our traditional pillow top mattress because it hurt literally. I instead slept on a foam mattress until we did our research and chose an Intellibed mattress. We opted for the split king with the pedestals that provide the most settings including massage. I have slept almost every night. I still have pain, that’s something that will always be with me, but I can find comfort in my new Intellibed. Also, I love the split mattress because I toss and turn at night and it’s comforting to know I’m not disturbing my husband. Charlie Blue was wonderful to work with in the Park City store. At least check it out, it’s worth the time.

It’s a good, solid, quality-made bed recommended by our chiropractor. It is far and above 100% better than “Purple” which we bought and returned. It doesn’t have bells and whistles, but it will certainly last us through the years. The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because its not very customizable as far as softness. It also doesn’t come with any perks (free mattress protector or sheets). The mattress protector doesn’t come cheap and not using one essentially voids your warranty. We didn’t buy the adjustable base so can’t speak to using the bed on an angle. Overall, would recommend but not completely blown out of the water. No complaints either.

After a few months on the bed my husbands back hurts all the time. We went in to see what could be done but it was past the return date and there was nothing that they would do for us. There is a noticeable slope on one side of the bed but only when laying on it and since it is not noticeable with the yard stick test they won’t do anything to replace it. We are now stuck with a $10,000 bed that my husband can’t and won’t sleep on. Very unhappy with the customer service and the warranty on this bed that costs as much as a car. Don’t waste your money; go get a sleep number, they have a much better customer service and warranty.

Intellibed makes great beds. The feel takes some getting used to. Intellibeds aren’t necessarily the most comfortable beds when you first lay down. But let me tell you: The true benefit is felt the next morning.Intellibed does exactly what it claims: creates a near zero-pressure environment on your body and joints. I’m consistently amazed to wake up with absolutely no bodily pain. Even if you think you don’t have pain, the Intellibed will eliminate soreness you didn’t notice before. (That’s how it worked for me.)For years I struggled with nerve pain running down the underside of my right arm. It wasn’t terrible pain. It was just a part of life for years. My doctor prescribed me 800 mg of Ibuprofen. Because I’m a stomach sleeper, the pressure of the bed against my chest/shoulder was pinching the nerve, resulting in the pain. Intellibed’s gel matrix system COMPLETELY eliminates that pain. The only time it comes back is when I sleep on a different bed!Just a couple weekends ago I stayed at a fairly nice hotel for a couple of nights. I left with lower back and shoulder pain. I got a massage, which helped a bit, but not nearly enough. I thought: “Can’t wait to get back to my Intellibed.” Within two nights of sleeping on my Intellibed the pain was gone. Sleeping with a properly aligned back and pressure relief does wonders for your physical well-being.I highly recommend these beds.

After over a year of lower back pain caused by our four-year-old high end bed, we decided it was time to move on to something else. I did weeks and weeks of research, looking at every bed that I could find online and in the stores. We laid on them, I studied them, and I read every review that I could find anywhere. They are made in the USA, the construction looked very durable, the quality and innovation of the product gave me hope that this bed would not form trenches where we sleep, as our other bed has done. I was also looking for a bed that did not contain toxic products. I’ve been reading so much about the dangers of foam off-gassing.I purchased an Indigo model dual King with the dual adjustable bases. We are so happy with this bed! My back pain is gone! The bed sleeps cool, the adjustable feature is great for us because it is helped with my husband’s snoring by slightly elevating his head. Our former mattress was made of varying types of foam and it took a couple of days to get used to intellibed’s feel, which is more responsive.Last, working with their customer service department and our sales rep, James, was terrific. He was knowledgeable and helped to steer me in which model to choose. The frame arrived with some damage caused by the shipping company. No problem, Intellibed took care of it right away.Intellibed, I am a believer!!! I actually no longer dread going to bed. Thank you for taking care of the burning in my lower back. GONE and sleeping well.

Comfortable and easy to use. My wife and I have a king made of two twins and it has suited us very well. We individually adjust each bed to our preferred setting and sleep well. When one gets out of bed while the other is sleeping, there is no jostling to awaken the sleeper. We have never slept on better beds. The only drawback of the bed was the high cost.

We love our new bed!! The INTELLibed is extremely comfortable but also very supportive. My husband’s back feels much better after sleeping on this for only a few weeks. And we love that’s it’s non-toxic! I would recommend to anyone looking for a new bed!

I have been suffering with constant back pain for over a year. I had been looking for a new bed & had really taken the time to lay on each one for an extended period to see if any brought relief. I never found one that really made a difference. After a long day at work I had to get a Rx filled at Sams Club. As I waited there was a bed in the middle of the main isle calling my name. I relaxed for 15 minutes or more & got up to pay for my Rx. For the 1st time I wasnt in more pain. I had found my bed. Ive had my bed over 5 months & Im in love with it! I couldnt be more pleased. My back is so much better & I can tell a huge difference when I have to sleep in a bed that isnt mine. So far I would say it was more than worth it.

I love, love, love my intellibed! I have an azure king. It’s so soft on the top where you sink in and it’s greatly supportive of my back and joints that used to wake me up with pain. But it’s firm and supportive under the softness, and my back feels so much better these days. I’ve had back problems for 20 years and though this doesn’t mean that all my problems have gone away, I at least don’t wake up from pain any longer. I can lay on my back in bed, which I haven’t been able to do in years. I love this bed and it was worth every penny!!

I bought the Indigo mattress in a king. My wife and I really enjoy the mattress after having it a little over a month. It is quite different feeling than memory foam or traditional inner spring mattresses. When I wake up in the morning I dont feel like I am in a hole nor do I feel uncomfortable like I just need to get out of bed. It has good edge support, motion control, heat regulation, and is soft but not too soft. I am very happy with the bed and the 20 year warranty that it comes with if these conditions change in three years or something. The mattress is heavy and tall so I had to get deep fitted sheets and reinforce my platform bed to have more slats to comply with the warranty requirements (i.e. slats shouldnt have more than 2 between them). I also was having minor back pain issues and a weird numbness in my hand and wrist before getting this Indigo Matttess that has gone away since switching mattresses. I assume this is from the pressure relief that the gel inside the mattress provides. So overall I think the mattress was worth the investment to sleep good and have nothing but good to say about the purchase.

I am happy every single night I sleep at home and lay down on our Intellibed. It’s more comfortable than the Westin ‘Heavenly Bed’ and every other bed I sleep in at Four Seasons, W, Ritz, etc. I long to be at home and not traveling for lots of reasons, and now ‘my bed’ is one of those reasons!

I got the Sapphire Organix Intellibed. We have been sleeping on it now for a little over a month now. It is so comfortable and supportive. I love that both me and my husband can sleep through the whole night without tossing and turning or without waking up in the middle of the night with a dead arm or leg. We do not wake up with sore anything! No plan of returning it!

We love our new bed. Sleeping good after our original bed slowly began to sag leaving me with really bad low back issues. Our new bed is extremely comfortable. We even upgraded from the queen that we bought first to the king for the extra room and its been worth it. Its supports all sleep types. Im a back and side sleeper and my wife is a back and stomach sleeper. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because you can feel the Motion transfer of the other person. Overall we are happy with our bed.

This bed is fantastic. I absolutely dont hurt when I get up in the morning. My side of the bed is the softest when you lay on the bed it cradles your body . I would give this bed a 6 if it was available

The bed is comfortable and a significant improvement in both support and softness over our Tempur-pedicure mattress. Both back support and not pressuring nerves to the arms and hands is better now. However, we have been disappointed in costumer service. We had a delivery problem that they just ignored. No explanation about why it would not be covered (the delivery people left greasy hand prints on the mattress when they unpacked it). We called, they said that they would check and get back to us and they never did.

We bought two Toppers, one for me and one for my husband. At first it worked great for the both of us, then my husband started having back troubles. He removed the topper and is having no more back troubles. For me it has helped me get a better night sleep.

Great customer service and a pleasant purchasing experience. All my questions were answered and I ended up with a mattress I really like. The mattresses are pricey but worth it in my opinion considering the craftsmanship, warranty, return policy and expected life span.

We really love our new bed. My husband has had five back surgeries & four rotator cuff surgeries. In addition to acid reflux. Addition to acid reflux. He always woke up every morning with a lot of back pain that is much improved. Being able to elevate the bed has helped tremendously with the acid reflux and the snoring issue. Wish we had had it along time ago !

January 29, 2020I like my Intellibed. It’s a little softer that I would like, but it is reputed to last a long time. Ordering my bed was a headache and I never received the base; only the mattress. I bought the bed during a health & Wellness cross-promotion, and received permission for the delivery to be delayed while I was moving. During the time I was moving, the 3-rd Party delivery company tried to charge me for rent; even though I had been given a month between purchasing the bed, and having it delivered. The people I talked with at the company were nice, but I paid a lot of money and didn’t get what I paid for, and I did not receive responsive support or service.Update Edit: March 10Intellibed originally texted me a link to this review site & asked me to write a review. In the response the company posted that someone would be reaching out to me. I went back through the link I was sent to write this update. I have never been contacted by the company as the comment below suggests. The company has my cell phone (texted me a link requesting a product review), email & mailing address. I do not recommend that you do business with this company.

Extremely helpful advice in making our selection of mattress and options. Highly efficient and courteous installation team. Superbly comfortable bed - the best weve ever slept in!

Arrived shortly and the hype is real. Best bed I’ve had lifetime. Everyone that also tried my bed were jealous. Worth the money and a 20 year warranty also.

We have had our Intellibed mattress for only a month, but I have already had less pain since sleeping on it. The adjustment time to the mattress was not a problem for me; however, my husband took a little while to get used to the mattress. We both like the mattress quite well, now that he has adjusted to it. The only thing that is negative about the mattress is that it is so very heavy. We had our first turning of the mattress yesterday, and it took four adults to turn it! When the mattress is new, that is recommended once a month.

Pleased with this bed. Split mattresses allow us to set preferences individually. Very comfortable.

The most comfortable bed I have ever in my 60+ years slept on! Highly recommend. I was initially leery but my wife asked me to try it... the best advise I ever received.

We love our Intellibed! Its incredibly comfortable, weve used good quality beds before, but never woken up without some pressure points. It makes quite the difference!Even better, its completely non toxic

The sales people and customer service people are very nice over the phone, not pushy. While I wish they had actual stores to be able to feel the difference between the different mattresses the website has a long list of questions about your reasons for wanting a new mattress, including different physical conditions (back problems, hip problems, neck issues, etc) if you need a bed for therapeutic reasons or just searching for a more comfortable one.Once you decide on a bed and pay for it, they deliver it and set it up and for an extra charge they will take away your old mattress. You have 90 days to sleep on the bed before deciding if you want to keep it or return it. If you want to exchange it for another kind of Intellibed, there can be no other exchange after that.There was one hiccup in the delivery process. My salesperson, Lee, told me the timeline for the bed to make it from the factory cross country to my house. He said that the delivery driver would call me several hours before they would be at my house. The call never came and fortunately I was at home fixing dinner when they arrived at my door. I had to rush around to strip my old bed of sheets and blankets so they could take it away. So there was a miscommunication somewhere along the line.

Purchased the Nightfall and we absolutely love it! Since getting the new mattress there’s been no more nights of constant tossing and turning or waking up with aches and pains. Great customer service and the delivery company used was professional and courteous. Highly recommend the bed and company.

I love the intellibed. My back was hurting before and now I get the best sleep Ive ever had. Its one of the best purchases Ive ever made.

This bed and pillow have really helped improve my sleep. No more ‘hot spots’ or aches in shoulder or hip when sleeping on my side. The design and technology of this bed is really superior to anything else out there!

Awesome bed, and surprisingly nice purchasing experience even though I was just speaking to someone on the phone and never actually seen or felt the bed! I got this as a recommendation from my chiropractor and have been sleeping like a baby ever since. Awesome bed!

Love the features of this bed. I was using a wedge under my head and a cushion under my knees. I no longer need those with this bed. In addition the vibration feature is relaxing. Can say enough about how comfortable I feel sleeping in this bed.

I love my new Intellibed mattress! As advertised, it is both soft and gives support so that I can sleep comfortably in any position, back or side. When I needed a new mattress to replace an old one, I wanted to buy one made of non-toxic materials so that there would be no toxic fumes to breathe in all night. Intellibed meets that criteria.

We LOVE our Intellibed!!! So much that we bought two twin size for our oldest children! We also LOVE their customer service. They are prompt, friendly, and thoughtful. We tell everyone we know about our amazing bed.

We purchased our first Intellabed Abt 13 yrs ago... because I’d layed on my Sisters new Intellabed which she absolutely loved! She still has her bed & loves it. Our Intellabed virtually eliminated my back aches.. woke up each morning with no stiffness & pain. We purchased a Queen with a 40 yr guarantee. A year ago we left for an 18 month mission in Nauvoo. Of course I missed our bed, but theres a great chiropractor in Nauvoo. We just returned 6 mo early due to Covid-19... we’d been sleeping on a King bed for a year & when we saw our little Queen bed I was shocked how small it looked. We kept waking each other up or taking turns as we slept.. pushing the other one out of bed. 🤣. We just received our new King Intellabed & we LOVE IT! Sleeping through the night again without aches & pain in the mirning!! The people at Intellabed are amazing to work with! Our first mattress was one of the first made & had to be replaced. No hassle.. just concerned, helpful and so friendly... our replacement was the redesigned incredible beds we have now. My Father always told me... “Always get the best mattress & shoes... you spend your life in one or the other” We DID!!

Best. Bed. Ever. AND Amazing customer service! I am writing this review after more than one year of sleeping on our Intellibed and you cannot tell... it has not lost shape or form at all...no body troughs or wear and tear to be seen. (As compared to my in-laws high-end Stearns and Foster pillow top mattress that has slumped with 3 body divots after only a few years.) We sleep GREAT every single night - which is not an exaggeration. Im 53 155 and my husband is 62 215 and we both find this bed (Cal-King) to be remarkably comfortable and supportive. It does have a different feel than any other mattress Ive laid on and it took a good couple of weeks to adjust but its well worth the transitional woes to get to a dreamy cloud-like supportive and restorative sleep.We came to Intellibed when looking for a non-toxic mattress that would also stand the test of time. We were hesitant to make this kind of investment without being able to physical see/touch/feel the bed first, but we can honestly say they stand behind the warranty and support you if after your trial you find its not the right fit. That, however, was not our story. We loved it and still love it and have not experienced any kind off-gassing odors or any breathing or health issues. Its truly a clean product! We also have the adjustable base which is great for rainy day movie marathons and for helping relieve back tension on the zero gravity setting before falling asleep. We also have the Intellibed pillows - BEST EVER for side and back sleepers - and a mattress topper in our guest bedroom. Sometimes we take naps in the guest room because the topper is basically a dreamy cloud of awesomeness. Were basically Intellibed groupies in our house... dare I mention were also in the market for another one for our son....?In full disclosure our journey was not picture perfect, but I think its important to share the full story as a testament to Intellibed Customer Service. We had an early snafu with the craftsman ship of our first mattress that was unfortunately repeated with the second mattress. HOWEVER, I understand there can be supply chain and manufacturing pains with when youre a growing company. I can honestly say the reps at Intellibed took care of us. They acknowledged the mistakes, owned them, and made them right. While it took more time than we would have liked, we received a product that was perfect and the company took extra steps to right the issues we experienced.Thank you for truly valuing your customers!

The first bed recommended by our Intellibed salesperson did not work out. It caused us serious back pain and discomfort. And, I’ve never had back pain. Working with our salesperson and customer service to swap Internet a different bed was a very time consuming and stressful experience. Additionally, we had to sleep on the floor for weeks while we waited to receive the new bed that was promised to arrive sooner. The fact that you can only change the bed once puts a lot of pressure on your decision to choose the right bed which you are stuck with whether it works or not. This policy is a big disincentive to never recommend this company. They seem far more concerned with selling and closing than making sure you have the right bed.

We love the bed, but, notwithstanding several calls, and weeks, have still not received any bills for our one year no interest arrangement.The men who delivered and installed our bed left out an important part. Again, we made several calls and corrections promised, but, after weeks, we had to bring in our grandsons and put in the part left on our floor ourselves.

The most comfortable bed Ive ever slept in! There are evenings where I feel like my back is going to go out on me, and then Ill wake up the next day and Im fine! This bed is far superior to our old sleep by numbers bed

It took a month for us to get use to the feel of the mattress. After that we loved it

Great customer service and install, the legacy saphire king intellibed is so comfortable thus far (~2 weeks in). The feeling of weightlessness when laying down an amazing thing. I am an active and fit person (male 511 165lbs mid 30s) and I wake up feeling refreshed and in no pain. My wife loves the bed too. Great experience all around with Intellibed.

Have suffered from lower back pain for many, many years. After just a few days of sleeping on our new Intellibed I began feeling relief. I started waking every morning without having to stretch my back muscles.It’s been wonderful, Thank You for such a Great product.

What a great sleep now that I have my intellibed! I did not know how messed up my sleep was until I got my intellibed and started to sleep soundly again. The gel matrix is so comfy and make me feel like I’m on a cloud.

This bed and this company cant be beat. We have tried numerous beds in the last two years. This is the first time my husband and I arent waking up with sore hips and lower backs. Well worth the money we spent. The customer service is exemplary. Finally, we can sleep pain-free. Thank you IntelliBED!
