Went to buy some harmony pillows and we were so impressed with the care that Kaylee took to make sure we were not only informed but also happy with what we were getting. She took the time to also educate us on differences between the mattresses for when we get one in the future.If there is something there you like, dont forget to ask if they have a discounted version since its an outlet. It can save you some good money, but be aware that you cant return discounted versions of items. Overall, I recommend this place to shop for Purple items!

True colors arent always pretty. Ive had endless issues and sit here with no more options. Blood and oil droplets cover items, wrong products showing up to replace the replacements, they stick you with all the bills. 10 total items ordered just to receive the right 4. Its 1/5/21, still trying to sort out wrong shipments from November. I cannot keep these items with my health plus COVID. Trying to appeal to their humanity? Dont try the veteran with injuries card. The quote I was given summarizes it all - were out money too, were willing to work with you but we cant go in the red. If I had my health, a good dose of American can whooping would be swiftly applied to this bully company.

I was beyond impressed with this location and with my experience with all of the sales associates. it took me over a week to decide what i wanted and if i would even be purchasing from purple. i stopped in the store four times in a week with more and more questions, tried out every single mattress multiple times, etc. and they were super patient with me.when i did end up purchasing my mattress and base, kaylee knocked it out of the park. from my understanding, they don’t work on commission, and while i enjoyed chatting with everyone, kaylee truly went above and beyond in her customer service, working withe to get me the best deal and the best options for my situation, never once trying to upsell me just for more money on the transaction. i felt as if she really cared about me and my family, and took the time to get to know us. will someone paalleeeeazzze give this girl a raise?!i am so happy with my experience with purple. the mattress is the best mattress i have ever had, hands down!!! if you are mattress shopping and are at all on the fence about a purple mattress, go in, take your time, do your research, but then for real, just buy a purple mattress. you’ll be taken care of and won’t have one ounce of regret with the customer service or the mattress.highest recommendation possible!!!

She explained all the pros/cons of our options to help us make the decision that was right for us.Additionally, I appreciate the efforts that Purple is making to keep customers safe from COVID-19. All sales staff were wearing masks, hand sanitizer is provided at the door, and individual pillow protectors were provided to all customers on arrival to allow for mattress/pillow testing.The mattresses are incredibly comfortable and their sales team is exceptional.

I switched from a pillow top mattress to a Purple mattress and my life is changing. According to my Garmin I was not getting enough deep sleep (sometimes none at all) and most nights would wake up in a sweat in the middle of the night. After a few nights on the Purple Hybrid I’m getting enough deep sleep and my resting heart rate is dropping a few bpm. I wake up feeling refreshed. My hips and back are more relaxed because they are being supported throughout the night.I don’t love buying things at full price so I loved that I got discounted rates from the outlet - and I’m very appreciative of the consolation from Kaylee and Susan. My mattress for sure needed to be upgraded, but also my sheets were also a major part of the problem. The Purple sheets are so soft, fit perfectly and I am no longer waking up in a sweat. Do your body a favor and upgrade your mattress and bedding.

Amazing mattress and pillows... worth every penny!

My wife and I have been considering upgrading our mattress situation, and we already have Purple pillows that we love. We went in to the Purple showcase store and were assisted by Kaylee and Aalliyah and they were absolutely phenomenal! They helped talk us through every mattress, explaining the benefits and drawbacks for each. They never felt like they were pressuring us to a purchase at all, or trying to upsell us. They were patient, extremely easy to talk to, and we had an absolute blast working with them. My wife and I are excited to potentially work with them again as we make our purchase soon, and highly recommend the store not only for the service, but also for the cleanliness, and COVID-19 considerations!

I have heard amazing things about Purple but wanted to actually try it out so glad I found the Purple Outlet store. Neal was the employee we worked with and to say he went above and beyond is an understatement. He was patient, kind, personable. He listened to the concerns and answered questions. He gave recommendations and actually provided answers as to why he gave those particular recommendations.I felt he was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was willing to help with different products as well - explained the differences between the different pillow types and sheet sets.They do not work on commission, but wanted to give Neal a shout out because seriously - he is awesome.The pick up was super simple too. Had we known we were going to purchase we would have gone with our truck, but instead they were willing to hold it until we could come back. We were able to pick up our mattress the next day and it was an easy process and I had my bed to sleep on that night (instead of waiting weeks when you order online).Because theyre an outlet store they also have a couple different options than you would online. If youre on the fence - go to this store. Everyone I spoke to was kind and willing to help. It was clean and they have measures in place to help keeps things sanitary.

They offer less than perfect purple mattresses for a discount, which depends on the bed/size and if they have it in stock. The sales people are super nice and can explain everything! I got the Hybrid 2 and feel I got an amazing mattress for great price.

I love when you go to buy a commodity, and the staff treats you like you’re about to sit down for fine dining. Chris and Brian were great!

The factory outlet is easy to spot while on 300 west. Be mindful of the TRAX lines to the south of the store and cement islands in the middle of 300 west. Ample free parking and the entrance is easy to spot. The showroom is well sized and they provide a clean cloth to place on the test pillows as you try out the various options. The staff was polite and well informed and there was ample inventory on site. The customer pick up area is tight and requires a 3 point turn to get out off as there were wood pallets scattered near the dumpster.

My brother ranted and raved about his mattress, so having a bad back and neck I was told to go to clearance center. I did and I havent had a good nights sleep yet. Every morning I wakeup with a massive headache and my back is always in pain. I called and said that I couldnt sleep. they said no warranty so no return even though. I spent 2999.00 for a mattress. Went in today to pick up our mattresses. Due to COVID-19 they only allow 10 people in the showroom but when we told the salesperson we are just picking up he pointed us on where to go and the process went very smoothly from there.When Neil opened the door he was ready to help us load but when I asked about needing a base he said he could help me. He was very thorough explaining the different bases they have available and the discounts available. When I asked if they have factory 2nd sheets and mattress covers he said he would check and proceeded to do so. Although they didnt have the sheets I appreciate how helpful Neil was. We bought two mattress protectors in addition to the bases and he helped us load everything in the car.We had a great buying experience from making a reservation and phone order with Susan, to pickup and additional purchase with Neil. We will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

The time came to replace my Stearns and Fosters mattress. I had done some looking and read/heard how comfortable the Purple mattress is. Dropped by the show room and Neal walked me through what made a Purple mattress a Purple mattress. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about their product. I told him the problems with my S&F mattress (sagging and pressure points) and he explained why the Purple mattress was different and had me try the different models on the show room floor. I came in 3 separate days to see if the Hybrid 2 model that I tried the first day still felt comfortable. I confidently pulled the trigger on the Hybrid 2 on the 4th day and for the last week+ I haven’t been waking up with a sore neck or back like I was with my old mattress.Just for reference, I’m just over 6’ and 170 lbs. The Hybrid 2 provides just the right amount of support when laying on my back to keep the curve in my spine just right, but also the right amount of give for my shoulder and hip to sink in when laying on my side to keep my spine aligned. And it hasn’t been uncomfortable getting used to it either.

The salesman was nice, but not super knowlegable about beds. He told me that a stearns and foster was pretty much the same thing as a purple bed but with memory foam. Dont get me wrong he was nice, just not the best in terms of really educating you on what your buying. It made it hard to trust them, so do your research before you go:)

Purple has great products, however the three wise men that represented this location today reminded us of the Al Bundy’s of mattress salesmen. Two of the three were condescending and all three were to busy participating in personal conversations. I was interested in Furnishing my new home.

Crew that helped us were excellent. I hate sales people (I am one) so I was on guard going in. Frankly, very cool. No pressure (non-commissioned). We spent more time exploring all the options and how to get the best deal with the President’s Day sale. We took more time than we should have but they were only too happy to help. We bought a whole dang Twin XL with power frame, pillows, bed covers, etc. Great experience. Excellent product. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service with plenty in stock. The mattresses are new but have like factory blemishes and it makes them all 40% off retail but do not come with the 100 night sleep guarantee and are sold as is, rolled up, no delivery. They also have pillows that are 50% off, also with no guarantee and sold as is. No pressure sales and all models available to lie on and try out.

So I’ve finally got my bed! I’ve been working with Chris is has been absolutely a pleasure to work with. Over the course of several months, my girlfriend and I finally made our decision. He made it easy and never pressured us. Overall great experience and Chris was a gem! Give that man a raise!

This store is amazing. We bought pillows, mattress, and a base back in February. Then when all this COVID hit it greatly slowed down the timing of our house. Long story short we just recently moved in and during all this time the Purple Outlet store worked with us on holding items we couldnt store. We love our new bed and I would highly recommend shopping with them and just know they will take care of you!

Stick to intellibed. Prices are higher than advertised, staff is not friendly and I felt pushed out the door. Love Intellibed- excellent bed, quality that lasts ( I know I bought a bed from them when they first opened and still love it- though I need o get another and they dont make the original bed anymore!) and the service is impeccable. I was welcomed by a young man who gave me an overview of the several choices available, and who invited me to try them out, which I did, at length. It was a relaxing experience. The longer I spent trying them out, the clearer it became to me what I needed. I am a side sleeper, and experienced a wonderful support for that. I decided what to buy, and then got checked out with every detail attended to comfortably.

These guys were great. They didnt hear me come in the door so they threw an extra 10% off for making me wait. The only thing I would change is the product itself. I wish they sold the sheets in a 6 piece set (instead of the only option for a 4 piece) or a set of 2 additional pillow cases. Other than that, well keep coming back!

The person I spoke on the phone with was very impatient, unprofessional and rude. I’m very sad about this experience.

Went to go check out getting a new mattress, and ended up buying and leaving with one that day, door to door couldnt have been more than an hour. Painless and easy, plus we loved the option to forego the warranty for a much better price. Salespeople were easy to work with, and the whole experience was very comfortable.

Highly recommend. Friendly, prompt service. We bought a returned king size mattress for $1,139 and two new $159 Harmony pillows. Mattress has no warrranty/bought as-is. It was easy (but heavy) to install at home. Mattress was in decent condition except had a 3 tear/cut on the bottom side of the mattress cover and there was a footprint on the topper but that came out with a bit of soapy water and a sponge. Love this mattress!!!! So much cooler and super comfortable. I have been struggling for the past two years with hot flashes from menopause and have due to my lower back issues, have been waking up with a sore back. NOT ANYMORE... I still deal with the hot flashes but its much more tolerable due to the cooler mattress and my back is much better when I wake up in the mornings. We are returning the Harmony pillows because they are just too pouffy/too high. It puts our heads at a weird angle and has caused neck pain and stiffness. What we did like about them was that they were so cool. We have gone back to using our regular pillows and those work much better for us. I am interested in trying out the $100 pillow that they have before giving up on the product.

I love the clearance store. It is definitely cheaper, but we wanted to buy 2 split kings in a level 4 or 5 & they didnt have them.

These mattresses are the most comfortable mattress that I have tried. They are a bit expensive, but worth it. They have factory rejects for a significant discount. You can find a mattress to fit your comfort style from firm to soft.

There was a mix up with a mattress and Brian personally took care of it...driving his own vehicle to switch out the mattresses. 5 stars isnt a high enough rating. If you need a mattress go to Brian at this location. He is a great guy. Very straight forward and helpful. I called 11 am monday morning about the mistake and by 1pm my new mattresses were installed and ready to go. I will send all my friends and family over to him! We love our mattress and are elated the issue was fixed so quickly.Also, you get factory seconds for 40% off at this location!!!

This new outlet is awesome. The location is great to go try out a mattress and decide if you want to buy one. You can even buy it right onsite and take it home the same day.They sell new mattresses with a 10 year warranty or manufactured seconds (i.e., scratch or dent) at 40% off with no warranty. The staff was not pushy and super friendly. They sales manager even gave me some tasty rhubarb strawberry pie! I am heading back this week for a Purple 3.

I was told by customer service that the purple showcase location in Lehi had a stock of mattresses ready to go. So I drove to the Lehi location to find out that they didnt carry them at that location. Me and my fiance wanted to take it home that night to sleep on it so we asked for the phone number where they had the warehouse and I called and got ahold of Nate. They were closing in less than 20 minutes and me and my fiance were almost 30 minutes out from the Salt Lake location that had the mattresses in stock. Nate was super awesome and helpful and was willing to stay after hours for us to come pick up our mattress and made it super convenient. Upon arrival, Nate was super friendly and even gave my son a purple sample as a toy. We got everything approved and they loaded up our new purple - it was that easy!
