Ive bought several items from furniture warehouse using the snap credit they offer. 3/5 of the items I purchased are already broken! The drawers on my dresser, and coffee table dont sit flush with the cabinets anymore! And theres nothing I can do to fix it because its particle board! Im not even finished paying for the items! And of course the company isnt taking responsibility everything is sold as is. Strangely the products in the show room didnt appear to be made of particle board, or have cheap sheen finishes. Ive had to put contact paper over the surface to hide the material that tore after a week home. I DO NOT recommend this store.

Recently my wife and I went shopping for a new living room set. We have visited the well known chain stores in the area to get an idea about the quality and prices. Finally we visited the Warehouse in Salt Lake City, and this was the be best move we made. We purchased two sofas, loveseat, and recliner. All were top grain leather, and fully powered reclining (seats and head rest). The price was great, and our experience with Matt and Mike were amazing. We will definitely recommend this place to our relatives and friends! We can’t thank you enough!

Matt was awesome, got me a fantastic price on a adjustable base, it was a scratch and dent model, had a little mark on the base, but it works great and it cost me way less that what I was expecting. These guys have a great store, they were super knowledgeable and helpful. Check these guys out!

When I came to pick up my couch they told me they had taken the motor out of one of the recliners and put it in another couch that someone had picked up that day. They told me they would order a new motor right away and install it for free ASAP. That was almost 8 months ago. I’ve been so patient. I’ve called several times to see what’s going on. They always say they’ll get back to me on that. They never do. This is ridiculous.

Awesome service and great prices! Manager was awesome!Update!! Bedroom set was delivered! The foot board had several small scratches and the headboard had 4 big and very noticeable gashes in it. We were so disappointed so we called the manager and told him. Not only did he replace the items with brand new ones, he also delivered them and put it together himself! He even put it together better than the delivery guys did! Our new bedroom set is beautiful!! This manager deserves a raise!

We just visited the store to purchase a new mattress. VIDAL really took care of us. He was very knowledgeable about all of his products, made great recommendations and then let us pick the right mattress for us. Stand by products even with end user issue.Bought an adjustable bed frame 3 years ago. The mattress we had was to big for the retainer bar. So I put it somewhere. Got a new mattress last year. It doesnt stay as good. So I go in and ask them if they have any extras. We figure out which I need and says here you go. I ask what do I owe you (this is my fault, not looking for a freebie) and he says dont worry about it.It may only be a $10 or $25 piece of metal, but that customer service is top notch.Thanks for bailing out an idiot haha

We live 40 minutes away from this store, close to many others store as ikea, rc Willey Ashley and so far this stor has the best prices and cute furniture. I first heard about The Warehouse a few years ago on KSL Radio. My wife and I went to check it out and ended up buying a HUGE Cal-king set-up (Mattress, box springs, headboard and mattress protector) for only about $800. When our old couch bit the dust a few weeks ago we came back to The Warehouse and got a beautiful leather reclining sectional sofa for less than half the price ($1,599) that RC Willey was selling it for ($4,000). Ill definitely be back the next time I need something and I highly recommend Tom and his staff.

We found our couch we almost bought at another big furniture store at The Warehouse for more than half off the big store’s price! When delivery came, there was minor damage to the couch and they offered a nice discount to us because of it. Everyone was so kind and polite. They were responsive and honest with us. The Warehouse has a really nice selection! The quality and prices of the sofas were better than all of the chain furniture stores. The salespeople let you walk around without being right over your shoulder, but were helpful when we had questions. Race did a great job helping us out, and we found a couch very fast! Went and purchased a bed, furniture and table and chairs there last year and dealt with the owner Tom who was definitely awesome at first, he gave us a very good deal and we were satisfied. However the table we purchased did not have all the chairs but only 3 chairs so we were promised that the remaining chairs which was a total of 8 was going to be ordered and delivered to us and even till this day it has not been delivered. My husband has reached out to Tom on numerous occasions and was told that it was ordered that it should be coming soon, we finally went back to the store to see if possibly we can find other chairs that would match and we didn’t find any, but asked Tom if we can take these nice stool chairs that didn’t match, but we knew that we could use it in our garage temporarily till our remaining chairs were delivered and Tom agreed. Till this day the chairs have not been delivered and it has been now close to 4 months. I have emailed Tom and he has yet to respond to me. I sent him a follow up email without a response. He has not called my husband as promised and has now chose to ignore us and has not followed up on his promise. We are now left with stool chairs and only 3 chairs to this table with no reply from Tom. I’m definitely a disgruntled customer which I started off first as a happy customer and satisfied, but after dealing with this matter have not been very pleased at the service. It’s the principal of the matter that bothers me and Tom promising something he couldn’t fulfill, if the chairs were not in stock or could not be ordered let us know instead of telling us it is and then completely ignoring us and not following up on us. Yes the items were reasonable at what we purchased and Tom did give us a great deal, but at the end of the day if you’re going to promise your customers something and not follow up that’s dishonest and not great customer service! Till this day he has not called us back or replied to my email and this was over 4 months ago.

The 2 delivery guys Juan & Ezra treated my house like it was their own. Took great care and set everything up. I am disabled and they took their time to make sure I was happy. 2 stars would be an easy 5 star but the delivery was a nightmare. I had set up for a Friday delivery at sittingo, received a call asking me if I had flexibility to reschedule for Saturday. I didnt have much to do Saturday so I agreed., setup the time for 2-3pm. 3:30 I called said the driver would call me. 4:30 no call, call again. Was told they are stuck in a delivery and install but they will have them call me right away. 5pm I call again, they put me on speakerphone and call the driver says he called me twice and left two messages. Never got a phone call or voice message. Was told they would be there around 730- 8pm. 8PM I get another call this time from a driver but not the one with my stuff a new one going to pick up my things from the other driver then head my way will be about another hor to hour and half. So now 9:30 PM I finally get my furniture, waiting 7hrs in a house with no furniture sitting on the stairs and floor for now 8hrs. But the product is great and sales staff were very helpful. But maybe pick up yourself.

Purchased a new home and had to literally buy all furnishings along with it. Very surprised that the prices were as low as they were for the same stuff Ashley carries. We easily spent 30-40% less than the total that would have been at Ashley. Service and delivery was awesome.

We went to the store on 1900 South, 300 West, Salt Lake City, Utah. When we first walked in, the first thing we noticed was how clean the store was. Then a salesman greeted us immediately, his name was Mr. Rob Race. He inquired about what we were looking for. We were looking for a mattress and he knew what he was talking about, I didnt know there was that much to think about just to buy a mattress. He had a lot of patience, my husband tried every king size bed in that store. Some twice. We purchased a mattress and would absolutely will go back there for any other furniture we need. We were treated with courtesy and no pressure to buy. Thank you guys for all your help.

I just bought a mattress, got home and opened the plastic on it and what do you know. This mattress is USED but I was not informed so beforehand. Never would I have bought a used mattress and for the price I paid, terrible service and even worse return policy! No returns refunds or exchanges. Thanks for telling me before I made a purchase.There are bumps all over one side of the mattress and it is caving in on one side! Theres a nice red stain in one spot. What a crooked salesman! Even more, theres a one year warranty. Do not buy anything from here! Oh and I almost forgot. The salesman added an item line on my receipt that says no refund or exchange. Thats just deception at its finest

I was in a few weeks ago to purchase a mattress. I loved that the salesman didnt jump down your throats to try to sell you something you didnt want. They were very helpful if I had any questions. I ended up picking a mattress and the one that was delivered to me had a defect and I went back into the store and was able to speak with the same salesman that sold me the the mattress. I told him the problem and he switched out the matress for me no questions asked and delivered it to me the next day. I Am So Satisfied with my experience here I will definitely be returning.

ZERO stars if it was an option! We purchased a full bedroom from Race the store manager who was seemingly geniue and knowledgable especially in his awareness of how much ASHLEY furniture overcharged. Thier said arrival date came and went with no call. When i reached out i was told it was on back order amd would be another week... Date again came and went no call. I reached out again and was told it was pushed out another week and a half. When i asked why we were not notified Race quickly respond we have a 100 customers we dont keep track of everyones order. I should add in rude tone. Today we are at the 4th said delivery date and still waiting for a response from Tom whom we reached out to two days ago regarding our month long frustration . Once midday hit today I called again as I had heard nothing. After holding for 15 minuets and being told by RaceHe didnt sell me our set ( i had to remind him he did and had been dealing with me the last month in store and by phone) he shared our furniture would not be in by 21 July . We are a Military family and have had to buy furniture in many differant stores and states!!!! This has truly been the MOST frustrating purchase and customer service experience i have ever had Not one single call from them in this whole month! My poor Daughter she gave old set away to a family in need close to the first delivery date and has been couching it ! NOW we start all over...SO DISAPPOINTED I even walked in this store.

My husband and I ordered a couch almost two months ago. We still do not have the couch! We were going to have delivered on a Saturday a month ago sat around for 3 hours no call no show. So we called they had the wrong design for the couch and placed in a order from their warehouse. They then told us we would get it in a week so I waited a week and no couch. They said they would have it in a few days after that nothing once again. I was heated at that point. I went in to the store and was told it was on back order and they would have it in a week and a half so I waited. The day the couch was supposed to be in I called and asked when are you going to be dropping it off tomorrow? They said after three, a few hours later they call my husband and said we cant get your sofa in for another 4 or 5 days. I hate this place! We have gotten our hopes up to get this sofa in our newly remodeled house. What a horrible way of doing business. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Adjustable bed - split king purchasePros:They are cheaper (thats all)Cons:- No warranties-We got whats on display after specifically asking if well get brand new ones (the sales man Race said yes)-Radio advertised them and said that if we went in that weekend and purchased something wed get an additional 10% off, when we told this to Race he laughed at our face and said no-The ghost bed adjustable split king package is ONLY $500 more (weve had a ghost bed prior to this purchase, best mattress weve ever owned, and they have a warranty AND wont send you a used bed)-they are sneaky, their delivery is cheap, which at the time we thought it was great... However here is the problem, about 3 weeks later we got a bedroom set (thankfully we were smart to not get it from this place, knights in Lehi is having a great sale go check them out) to our surprise, when we moved the mattress from the base, the bottom of the mattrass was all ripped/torn up and the sides were as if a wild animal had scratched it all up-We never got a manual or instructions-Nothing came wrapped up in plastic or anything (hence, not brand new)-Delivery was 5 hrs late-Delivery guys left a mess on my hardwood floors from their dirty shoes-Delivery guys did not untagle all the wires at the bottom, we went to test the bed after they left we started moving the head up and heard a snap, we looked down and one of the cords had broken (thankfully it was just the cord for the USB, which still sucks because we paid big money for this, but what do you do at this point)-here is the best one!!!Once it was delivered Tom the owner called me to tell me that one side of the bed was not working due to the remote not having a back to it. Uhh ok... He promised that in exactly a week wed have a new remote and everything would work perfect. LONG story short, a month later... No remote, pretty disappointed with this company, this is NOT how you should run a business.Sometimes the savings just isnt worth it, go to a place where they wont lie to you, where you have a warranty. And where you will get something brand new. Guys this was Only a $500 savings, totally NOT worth all the headache weve had to go through.Ps about 3 weeks later, when it became pretty obvious Tom wasnt going to provide us a new remote, my husband contacted the manufacture they were extremely nice and knew exactly what we needed to do with our remote in order to make it work (shows you how much this business sucks, if they knew what they were selling they would have known that it was a simple easy child lock feature on the remote that was making it NOT work and not the fact that there was no back to the remote) once again if we would have gotten a manual we would have easily known how to fix this problem. Do me a favor Tom, train your guys on the furniture you sell, so you guys dont look stupid when its an easy fix. Imagine if your sales guy came in, unlocked the remote and that would have been the end of that, I still would never go back to you because of the other things, but this is the biggest problem of them all, and it could have been avoided.Youve lost our business, my in laws business who at the time had come with us to look at the bed, was going to buy one too, but went else where after our experience, and I hope when it comes to this particular item, others also decide to go elsewhere for their adjustable bed.

I bought a bedroom set from here last year. Havent had a full year. One of the night stands power outlets did not work i called multiple times trying to get it replaced, each person i talked to said theyll put a work order in and i would get a replacement. Im yet to get that. The handles on the tall dresser have all fallen off or are barely hanging on all stripped by the people installing. Now the other night stand bottom drawer is broken from just normal use ( side rail on drawer fell off inside dresser ). Ill avoid buying from this place now on. Not sure if its all from the installers doing a bad job or just really cheap product. It was a $2000 bedroom set.

I was looking to buy a new bed i found a floor model that i liked so i bought it. I had them deliver the mattress when i unpackaged the mattress i saw a tag that said it has been decontaminated and sanitized. They never told me that it was used . im pissed i would never buy a used mattress for 499$ let alone i would never buy a used mattress . i want a refund or exhange now
