We had such a great experience here when we had to buy a new set of box springs. Of the 4 or 5 other places we called, mattress Dealzz had the most inexpensive and quality box springs. When we got in the store we were greeted and helped immediately by Glenn who showed us a few potential options, got us checked out with the pair we chose, then got them loaded up and tied down for us all within about 12 minutes. Highly recommend shopping here for mattress or box spring needs.

The salesman here was super cocky and acted like he knew everything that there is to know about mattresses. He was my fourth stop on my mattress shopping trip and when I brought up other mattresses he just told me how bad they were. He was a pretty negative person. Also he told me that the brand of mattresses that they sell isnt available in any other store other than mattress dealzz which is a lie. The prices on their mattresses were low though and the beds that they sell are pretty good quality. I just mainly didnt like the salesman.

We came here looking for an affordable twin mattress for my son and we quickly found what we were looking for. It was $79. They are able to sell at a lower price because they design and manufacture their own mattresses. They sell mostly their own models, and a few name brand mattresses. The sales people were helpful and not pushy.

Great customer service and very helpful with getting a matress today. Im upset I didnt get his name. The man helping us got us what we needed and made everything easy to understand. Will be coming back when I need a matress again for sure.

I’ll never buy a mattress anywhere else. Everyone we met and worked with was sooo nice and helpful. They made buying a mattress so easy - and not to mention the great deals and prices. We went to pick our mattress up and it took less than 5 minutes to have it loaded in our car. We didn’t bring tie downs - and they even had it tied down for us in like 30 seconds. So impressed. Excellent customer service!! Very kind and knowledgeable. They dont rush you, they genuinely care and want to make sure all your questions have been answered. Its not a very big store but it easily exceeds customers expectations in overall service and quality. They have a wide range and different selections in brand, style, type, size etc. etc. And not only do they deliver, for example a new mattress (like they did mine) but they also pick up any old one, all free of charge!**HIGHLY RECOMMEND**

Ive had my hybrid king bed for 3 months now and I LOVE it! Not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive. The salesman was very patient with me, encouraged me to try all the beds multiple times. The delivery was quick and the guys set it up for me perfectly. Great experience!

Great customer service, no pressure sales. Excellent selection of custom beds that are designed almost identical to the top brands but at a much more reasonable price. Of course they have the top brands as well but the custom 1s are awesome. All around a good experience with the 90day same as cash no credit inquiry etc. Highly Recommended!

Love this store! I bought my mattress six months ago. I still love it. Coils are still great. Plus they have a bunch of california king mattresses in stock. Delivered the next day! Will be back here again! I shopped around at all the big name stores. But, these guys were the best! Low key sales guys too. :)

Great prices and sale agents are rather friendly and cool. I would suggest them to change the logo I though it was a toys r us, I was surprised to see that they actually hold a large selection with really new and modern products, the style of the store does not speak that at all it is a little stuck in the 90s but their products are great. in this case I would definitely apply the saying dont judge the book for its cover

Such a great shopping experience. They took their time and explained lots of things about mattress shopping and really assisted me in finding a mattress that worked for me. They also tied it to the car for me!! Would highly rrcommend. They have high end mattresses as well as more economical ones.

I was in and out with a great bed and box spring at a great price. The salesman was very knowledgeable and the guys were more than happy to tie it down for me. Great customer service all around.

The only reason they got 1 star is so I could leave the review. These people are frauds. The mattress you test in the store is not the one they send home with you. We bought 3 mattresses from them and within a month it started to compress. In less than 2 months they were completely shot. My dads 20 year old mattress was better than these. Please dont waste your money.

I dislike the sales experience, likely anywhere. I would have preferred to have the salesperson say these are the mattresses of this type and then let us try them out. Once wed tried and found something suitable, we could then let the sales staff know.

I put a mattress on layaway made my payments promptly and needed a frame I was quoted One price and I knew a place where I can get one a little less expensive so I had mentioned that to them and they said well maybe we can get you one cheaper for a queen size bed I was purchasing a full size bed Saul the day comes to pick it up I have a friend with a pickup truck helping me and I say I would like to buy the $15 frame and they said all thats more than that affects the role that I dont want to and they said they change the price on me so many times that it ended up costing me and them telling me that each size of frame cost separate price and I got home open the box to the frame and it was a universal frame they can fit twin full and queen all-in-one but I paid extra has the mattress was being loaded on he changed the price up so thats what it was going to be would I ever go there again you never you dont need to cheat somebody over ten or fifteen dollars

Cory and Toronto were great!! I came in and had some questions about the financing and walked out with a smile on my face and knowing that I was taken care of the right way. Even though there was a misunderstanding they took the time to make sure they had a customer for life. I appreciate them being so easy to work with and understanding.

Mattress dealzz is by far the best buying experience I’ve had when it comes to purchasing a mattress. I purchased a mattress and after only a few weeks of sleeping on it, the side has started to cave in. It was a good price, but still a quality/expensive mattess. We thought it would be good for many years to come. As it is, our old mattress of 20 yrs is in better shape...no caving in or warping. Very disappointing...

I WENT TO BUY MY FIRST BED AND THE SALE MAN WAS NICE, BUT SECOND TIME I WENT TO BUY ANOTHER ONE, THIS GUY WAS VERY RUDE SPEAKING I NEEDED HELP TIED UP THE BED AND I EXPERIENCED HIS HELPED WAS SO RUDE TALKING TO ME LIKE AN ANIMAL THATS NEVER EDUCATED WELL HE LOOKED LIKE SERIAL KILLER, I WAS PREGNANT THAT TIME I CAME HOME VERY UPSET, I ALMOST RETURN MY TRASHY BED THAT HAS RAEL BED QUALITY. HATE HIM NEVER GO BACK.

Make sure you pick the right mattress, restocking fee is 30% of purchase price. So if you dont like the mattress you picked out and you spent $3000 even after 1 week if you want to exchange it for a different one it will cost you $1000.
