We went to three other mattress stores before we went to the mattress firm. Sam, the salesman that helped us, was very kind, very knowledgeable and let me explain the problems I was having with my current mattress. Sam gave me straightforward honest answers which was very refreshing compared to the other places we were at. The store was well laid out, very well lit and had a much better atmosphere than the other stores. Sam saved us $1,000 over the other stores on the same mattress the other stores were offering. I would highly recommend the mattress firm if youre looking for a mattress.

I went into mattress firm last night in Salt Lake City hoping that if I went at the end of the day I find somebody who is maybe a little tired but not too busy and I found somebody who was still Smiling after a long day and by far one of the most helpful sales managers I’ve ever met in my life and I’ve worked in this business for 45 years with customer service. May I just say I am impressed, if the mattress and what I purchased is anywhere nearly as awesome as Gabe then you’ve got one very satisfied customer. This was my third time purchasing a bed from Mattress Firm. Twice it has been at this location. From the minute we walked in until we left it was a great experience! We were greeted by Gabe, the store manager. He was very professional and polite. I was shopping for a guest bed for my sons spare room and wanted to take my time so as to get a bed that would suit everyone’s needs. Gabe was extremely patient. He was able to get me a great price which was much appreciated as a return customer. The delivery and set up was smooth. And most of all I love the bed we ended up with. Keep in mind that if you dont purchase a mattress protector at the same time as your mattress, any stains on the mattress will void the warranty.

Originally they were unable to deliver my mattress as scheduled at the time of purchase because the sales rep ordered it from the manufacturer and not from their own warehouse. But after a few frustrating phone calls, the store manager was able to complete my order. Overall I was happy shopping here and their staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking a new mattress. If not for the mix up on the order, it would have been a perfect experience.

Wed been shopping for a new mattress for the last couple of weeks. Did a lot of research on Sleep Number, Purple, Burrito, Nectar, etc. We went to our local Mattress Firm in Salt Lake City (510 E 400S) to check out some options. What a smooth mattress buying experience! Great deals during the Presidents’ Day sale. Knew what I wanted, went to my local store about five minutes away, price was as advertised, then headed out to the warehouse (15 minutes further) for a super efficient pickup. Within an hour I had a new Serta mattress in the house for 1/2 of the normal price!

The salesman was helpful in finding me something that would work with my bad back. He had me try out several different types allowing me to lay on them for about 20 minutes each. Even though he was busy he kept checking in until I had made my choice.

I went to the store to shop for a pillow for my daughter. Josh was very helpful and patient with me as we looked at several options and facetimed my daughter who was in another state so she could see what we were talking about. You can buy a pillow online any day, but you dont have the ability to touch, feel and see the actual product, and you definitely wont get the kind great kind of service I received today.

The service was great HOWEVER the prices were outrageous. If you have money to waste, this is definitely the place for you. We were told that our best option was to spend $4,000!!!!! We went to Denver Mattress Co. right after and got a mattress for less than $700 and it was WAY comfier and better quality than what we were shown at mattress firm. OH and the mattress at mattress firm were SUPER dirty and gross with stains and hair on them...gross. #youdeservetoknow

The staff was knowledgable, friendly, and got me what I wanted. I drove to the warehouse to pick it up myself the same day, and they had it out to me in a few minutes. I never would have guessed that a king size memory foam mattress could come rolled up in such a small box for $300. I could have fit 6 or more of them in the back of my 2014 Subaru Outback. You could fit one in the backseat of a Honda Civic. Helpful staff, good price, good product. Ill sleep well tonight.

The experience of buying a new bed can be difficult as theres so much to review but I found my experience to be exceptionally pleasant, I believe that my Representative Shea Carter was so experienced that she knew exactly the correct questions to ask and from my answers provided me with some excellent choices. I also believe that Shea Carters knowledge and experience made my purchasing a bed so painless. I found my perfect bed today so excited to have it delivered in just 1 1/2 days. Josh took over this place as the new manager last month, and hes really turned this place around. Staff were very honest, straightforward, and even recommended other places to buy things at a lower price. When he misquoted a price for us, he changed it at payment since that price was what we made the decision on. Excellent service made it easy for such an important purchase.

We arrived about 15 minutes to closing time on Black Friday. This was the 4th mattress place we had been to. Josh made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door. He was very attentive to my needs (I need to have a couple surgeries in my neck and back) and pointed out a couple mattresses that I might feel ok in. Including the Black Friday promotion. I finally (after 4 stores) fell in love with a mattress. While laying on the bed making sure it was going to be comfortable for me to sleep in, Josh went and worked with my mother who had been looking at mattresses as well. He was able to find her exactly what she needed. He made us aware that they have a promotion for a free adjustable bed frame. But, him and I knew that I would benefit from the zero gravity option and I knew I didn’t need or want all the bells and whistles with the high end frames. So he found us one that would work with my mattress and would give me the elevation I need. The entire time he was extremely attentive and offered as many options as he could to help me find the most comfortable mattress. In the end he had stayed after closing to work with us and was able to get my mother and myself into new beds and even was able to get the mattress I wanted into my budget!!! Thank you so much Josh!!!! And Kudos for making our experience the best bed buying experience we have ever had. I could even think about having a better experience than I had with Josh!! I don’t write reviews often but, this one was warranted!!!

Josh at Mattress Firm bent over backwards to remedy a bad purchase and sleeping experience. Two year ago we bought a Brand X mattress, and loved it so much we wanted another one for another home. The same model was no longer available, nor was any information available about it to compare with current models. Josh sought a recommendation from a colleague, and this new mattress was bought and delivered. There ensured several nights of ever worsening sleep on a mattress that was significantly softer than what we were used to. My wife likened getting off it to trying to crawl out of ditch. Back to see Josh. Based on our experience he was able to suggest an alternative model and jumped through hoops to speed delivery of a replacement without any financial or logistical hassles. Much more satisfying sleep has ensued since. Josh, thanks for taking care of a bear with a sore head.

Josh was GREAT! Gave us many discounts, BUT purple mattress and base were promised between 11am. and 1pm., never arrived, had to sleep on the floor and couch Wednesday December 30th, repromised Thursday December 31st between 3-5pm., HOPE IT ARRIVES THEN or we sleep on our couch another night!

I went into this Salt Lake City Mattress Firm a couple days ago to purchase a new mattress and mobile frame for a new upholstered bed. Chris, the awesome sales associate there, helped me find the perfect mattress and moving frame that was equipped to function with my new upholstered bed. Chris was also very respectful about my price range and helped me find multiple mattresses and frames that fit inside that range. After choosing the mattress and frame, I got to choose the day of delivery, obtained a 10 year warranty on the mattress, and Chris suggested two protectors for the mattress to ensure longevity with cats in the house. Since a third of your time is spent on your mattress, I believe I made the right choice by going to Mattress Firm. Im very pleased and happy with my purchases and would recommend anyone to go here for a big investment like a mattress. Thanks again, Chris for the great service and help!
