RC Willey has great customer service and their representatives strive to achieve customer satisfaction!!!We recently purchased a new LG washer and dryer as well as a dining table set from our local RC Willey store all in one visit. Both representatives were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and arranged delivery to be done all at the same time so that we werent inconvenienced. This worked out perfectly for us and we received out new purchases in a matter of 2 weeks. I am a very happy customer!!!πŸ€—πŸ˜At the end of 2019, we also purchased our new LG refrigerator and stove and also had a great experience with RC Willey for the items as well.Although, I am a little disappointed that the light bulb in my store went out and Ive been unsuccessful in getting it replaced because as much as we tried, the cover to the bulb will not come off without a special tool and I haven’t been able to find this tool to remove the light bulb cover.😠 if someone can please provide me with any suggestions on how to take this cover off that would be great. I added a picture of the light bulb cover as well a my beautiful dining table!

The bed was perfect and was put together very nicely. The love seat was also put together very well. I did not rate them as a 5star because they over booked themselves for that day. They didnt get here until late in the day so I had to wait all day. They did not keep the web site updated as to the expected times so that also created problems for me. I really appreciated the delivery on the next day from ordering but it was too much for the guys.

I have never had a bad experience with a RC Willey delivery. They are always On Time, profession and courteous. Whether its just a drop off / pick up assembly and set up as well, they always seem to know what theyre doing.The scary thing about RC Willey is that its so easy to make purchases, you really need to watch yourself. :)

Great service at Salt Lake City RC Willey location and Angel, the sales person, ...was completely, helpful and really nice to my two small daughters with me picking out the fridge. I will go there and use him again to buy anything Im in need of. Also happy with new Samsung side by side its a great deal!!! I went in for some apple airbags and was stopped at the door for some dude to write down my receipt number. ????? Don’t you have a computer system to track purchases? What was the point. It couldn’t be theft prevention because he didn’t even look in my bag.I also had a pick up item. I called ahead like it was stated in my order confirmation and was transferred 3 times. I showed up 1 hour later and it still took 15 mins to get my laptop because they had to go pull it from inventory. It was not ready like I was told when I called.

I cant say enough about sales person Pamela OShea! Not only was she pleasant and professional but so smart and knows her business. We were looking for a livingroom suite for a difficult sized space and it took 2 visits to get it accomplished, but because she cared enough to remember from one visit to the next, it made the decisions so much easier to make. What I thought I wanted and what the correct thing to do with the space, with her kind advice, was so very appreciated. Cant wait for delivery day! You are lucky to have an employee like her!

The most frustrating experience with many let downs and empty promises from the sales team, delivery team, customer service team. I will never shop here again even though my family has been customers for decades. Quality of service has gone dramatically down. I am going to have to rent a truck to return my sectional couch myself because they can’t guarantee it will be picked up on any given day. I have spent time driving to wait at a vacant home and find that they are actually not coming to pick up my furniture. The delivery man was extremely disrespectful and ruined part of my couch, talked back and had no professionalism. There should be no excuse to treat a customer this way when they have spent over $3,000.00 at your store.

This has to be the worst delivery service in the nation!Dont waste your time, money or patience with this company.The delivery is a joke and even worse their tracking text messages are inaccurate.My delivery was set from 7:45-9:45a.m.Text was sent that they were 10 mins away.... Still waiting after 2.5 hour and no delivery.Finally was able to reach someone in customer service- the response was so sorry, I can see why youre frustrated but theres nothing we can do.Beyond annoying. Swung by on a Tuesday afternoon because our microwave died. Had a good selection of over the range microwaves and prices were good with the holiday weekend pricing already in effect. Sales staff was friendly and not pushy. We then cruised out to the distribution center picked up the microwave and installed it as soon as we got home. The new microwave looks great, works great, and was priced well.

Im super impressed! Moved into a home in a rural area of NE Nevada and dreaded finding a washer and dryer out here. I had heard RC Willey out of SLC does deliveries over here and tried them out. Both guys that showed up - wish I had their names - were OUTSTANDING. I did wait all day but I do not care - thats the price I pay for living where I do. I was just all smiles when that truck showed up. And they set to work so fast and efficiently I was highly impressed. Very grateful and I hope these guys get a hefty raise!

Our sales person was not very friendly or helpful. We have had friendlier service at Walmart. Then when we went to the warehouse to pick up furniture, the man who brought our furniture to the truck took the dolly off the sofas and left it standing and walked off, he offered no help to let the sofa down or help us move it onto the truck. He never even spoke to us and just seemed angry. All in all there were no friendly or helpful people in our whole experience with this furniture store

I can’t remember the name of the guy that helped us, but he had a European or South African accent. That dude rocks. As far as the store is concerned, it’s a nice place, easy to navigate and the process was very quick from start to finish. But it was the guy helping me that earned that fifth star. Hell of a staff you guys have there. Keep it up and you’ll be my go-to from here on out. You’ve climbed the list to top 3 already. I think the only criticism I could mention is just the overall selection. I get that we’re in Utah and you’ve gotta cater to these dull Mormons as far as style, but tons of people have been moving here from the west coast. You could have all of that business if you just spiced up your selection with options that are a little more exciting. Still, your current selection definitely isn’t bad. Just a thought.

I like going into the store. I keep finding great deals in the clearance section as well as on the floor. A lot of what Ive picked out for my home isnt even available online. Everyone inside is always eager to help.Other than needing to transport our own items (clearance items do not have delivery available) its been a smooth experience to shop here. I would give them 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend and I ordered a bed from RC Willey in July and we were told it would be available the next day for pick up at the warehouse. When we went to pick up the bed, it was not at the warehouse and we were told that they don’t know when it will arrive. On August 12th we were notified that it was at the warehouse so again, we went to pick up the bed. It was not there that time either. A month after the original order, it did eventually arrive but they gave us queen hardware instead of the king hardware. We have yet to have any accommodations or help from customer service.

The salesmen are nice and informative. The technology at RC Willey itself is Antiquated. The salesmans complain about having to use a computer and the information that they can get from it. They cant answer when a product will be in stock or when it could be delivered. They have to jump through quite a through hoops just to write up a purchase order and they need to have a purchase order before they can get any availability answers. RC Willey needs to upgrade to new user-friendly technology to use in the store and on the website

RC Willey has a company called Acceptance Now that I deal with to buy my furniture because after I have spent over 20k on furniture RC Willey wont allow me to buy with them I always have to go through Acceptance Now. Well I received a postcard that said I can come back to purchase with them at their SLC store on 2301 S 300 W and t picked out a Television I liked along with a 400.00 warranty and I showed the salesman my post card and he sent me to finish my purchase with Acceptance Now when I went to pay they were not there and I was told it was there last day. No one was around and they were not answering the phone. I am extremely upset because this is False Advertising and I would like to speak to a manager or someone higher up as I was told there was no manager available and they did not know how to get in touch with the Acceptance Now people. I still want my TV and she said she was going to hold it for me until tomorrow because a new company is coming in to take Acceptance Now place and I can do a new application with them! This is unacceptable and I want me Television at the price it is today Monday May 31, 2021.

Salesman James Peterson was awesome. Very helpful in finding what we were looking for without being pushy or obnoxious like a lot of other salesmen. He brought us to the department we needed to be in, showed us the some comparisons and then left us all alone to discuss and just sat and waited for us to make a decision without going off to help somebody else and showed us a couple things about the products the will be instrumental for fitting the product where it needs to go in our house. Once we were ready to make our decision he was right there to complete the transaction with no hassel. Excellent customer service and very personable. Purchasing experience wasnt awful but nothing to write home about.My issue lies with customer service and more specifically their warranty department.I called a week ago (Monday) and got a ticket in for the warranty on my recliner motor. The rep said parts are free but labor to repair I would have to pay for. So I said that was fine, I can fix it myself.I didnt hear anything for days so I called back Thursday. They said the warranty department would call me back later that day.I didnt hear anything until this morning (Monday a week later). I get a text saying the part will cost $110+ tax.So I called to ask why do I have to pay for this? The answer was we dont cover the electronics in furniture and the motor is considered an electronicNow my issues with this are.Your warranty statements online are not clear and are open for interpretation. To the point where you customer service staff had no clue what was actually covered. (Nothing against the staff, but rather the company itself)Along with the fact that it took a week for your team to say the part wasnt covered. That turn around time is absolutely terrible for the situation.This whole time my furniture has been unusable while I have been waiting for a response.

Our RC Willey experience began a bit rocky but ended with us being very pleased. Our salesperson was fantastic, George Q. at the Layton location went above and beyond. He was never pushy, understood the typical buying process for larger ticket items involves more than one visit and let us take our time. We knew we’d return to him when we were ready, it was important to us that he receive the sale. The purchase was smooth and we were very excited to receive the furniture.There were more than a few aggravating issues that arose with delivery. When calling the Layton location to discuss these issues, the manager we spoke with was unpleasant, rude, and could stand to be re-trained in the area of customer service. However, he did ultimately try to make it right, which we appreciated. But the new delivery he set up was ruined when the delivery people dropped our sofa and ripped the leather. We sent the couch back and went to the SLC location where we were lucky enough to be taken care of by manager Michael. He calmly listened to us regarding our experience, sympathized with the situation and immediately took on our order, even though it wasn’t from his store. He rescheduled our delivery for a date that accommodated our schedule, and helped us come to a resolution that was reasonable for all. We just received our delivery and the team we had was amazing. If you are lucky enough to have Tony and Emmett as your delivery team, you are in the best hands. They are professional, polite, kind, and cleaned up/removed the packing material. They took such great care of our new furniture, as if it was their own.Salesperson George Q. at the Layton location, Michael the manager at the SLC location, and delivery team Tony and Emmett are the very best people at RC Willey, and we feel very fortunate to have encountered them all. George is a wonderful salesperson, he treats you like a human, not a sale, and doesn’t pressure. Michael took a bad situation, remedied it despite the fact that we weren’t even customers of his location, and ultimately ensured he saved us as RC Willey customers. Tony and Emmett are so great, they’re the kind of guys you’d invite to stay for dinner. We had a terrible experience with Ashley Home furniture, and in desperate need of both front room furniture and new appliances, we turn to RC Willey. We were guided by another employee to a gentleman by the name of Hai Dang, who was beyond amazing. I purchased a patio dining set at RC Willey. When I arrived the salesperson I talked to a week earlier was with another client though did acknowledge me & said he would be with me in a few minutes. Approximately 15 minutes or so later he finally came and apologized & brought me a bottle of water. I went to R C WIlley to comparison shop for recliners not entirely sure what I was looking for. My legs are short so finding a chair that fit me would be a priority. I was so fortunate to connect with Ryan who was patient, answered a million questions, and smiled our way to sitting in no fewer than 25 recliners. I found the perfect chair and cannot wait to have it delivered! I also had a vision for a new small dining set and again Ryan patiently showed me many great choices. Where do I start?! First we purchased a dinning room table and they said it would be two months to be delivered. Two months later, we await the arrival of the table. Nobody came so we called. They said the table was discontinued and they did not have any more left so they said we can pick a different table. We chose a temporary one and eventually found one we liked. A month later they delivered our new table, still in the box and the delivery guys were leaving. I told them they needed to take the temporary table and build the new one as per the agreement for the mess up. They huffed and puffed but got it done.3 months ago we ordered new flooring for our house. We scheduled a date for 3 months later and cleared our entire house out for them to do the floors. They said it would take three days max to get them done so I sent my family, wife, 3 month old and a two year old out of town for three days. The crew showed up and started working. We ran in to a small snag and had to level a couple spots which takes 24 hours for the self leveling concrete to set. I had to move a couple thing that took me 30 minutes and the crew said they would be back in an hour. I didn’t hear anything from the crew for hours. I called RC Willey and they are now telling me it will be another week before the floors are done and that the crew is on another job. My wife called to complain and the manager, Brad, was extremely chauvinistic towards her. Now we do not have a home to live in and will have to go to hotel for the next week. I don’t understand how we scheduled the crew for 3 days 3 months ago and they are on another job! I will definitely never do business again with RC Willey and if you are reading this, I suggest not working with this company.Update. I found out that RC Willey sent the crew to work on a new multi unit construction site. So instead of having the crew just go eat lunch and come back to finish what they started they had them go work on a site where nobody is even living. Obviously they care more about bigger profitable projects than displacing a family from their home.

We went to RC Willey during their 4th of July sale. It was advertised as no sales tax, so, the price on the item was what you supposedly paid. They dont tell you about hidden costs until after you purchase the item. It took me 1/2 hour to have them explain what the extra charge was for. They said it was taxes. I showed them that the 7.5% tax was less than what I was being charged, and that it was advertised as no sales tax on all purchases. They finally took the extra amount of my bill. The sales people are nice, but they have no idea about the financing that goes on after they help you. I would recommend asking about other charges before finalizing your purchases.

I am an elderly woman and I needed lots of help. When I walked in the door at RC Willeys there was a very nice young lady who greeted me and a very kind gentleman, Dean Shore, who took me to the furniture that I was looking for. I wanted a sofa, a footstool and an area rug. Mr. Shore helped me find these things at a price that I can afford. He also helped me match the colors. Shopping with Mr. Shore at RC Willeys was a wonderful experience. In a few months I will be going back to purchase a chair

The salesman, Jason Nicholson, was extremely helpful with helping us pick out a mattress. There are so many choices and options and he did a great job explaining everything. I particularly appreciated the promotions and sales tax adjustments. Jason also took a lot of time to help with the financing options. I wasn’t planning on making the purchase just yet, but his help and explanations made me want to make the purchase from him on that day.

What a total disappointment. Once our appliances were installed we were abandoned. We have an ice maker that is constantly making noise. We have a $7500 Frigidaire that the installers dented and will not call us back. RC Willey pushes us off onto everyone else expecting us to deal with everyone else. Again, zero accountability. Buy your appliances from someone that will stand behind them after theyre installed.

I was transferred to a sales person and I left a message. I was called back within 15 minutes. He processed my sale (2 mattresses), and transferred me to the payment center, which took maybe 2 minutes. We had to pick them up in SW Salt Lake which was also painless. Excellent service!

The sales associate who helped me was excellent. He calmly, politely helped me choose the best refrigerator. The delivery guys seemed very professional. They quickly got the water line hooked up, and the doors installed on the new fridge. They arrived at 8:09, and left by 9:00. BUT they asked if they could leave the old fridge until the next day, because they had more deliveries. I SHOULD HAVE TOLD THEM TO TAKE IT WITH THEM AND UNLOAD IT TO STAND NEXT TO THEIR TRUCK DURING THEIR NEXT DELIVERY, but I figured it would be fine sitting on the front walk in front of my house for just 24 hours. They had offered to put it in another location, but I declined. I should have been smart enough to point out that loading it on the truck, then unloading and reloading it at their next customers location would be less trouble and expense for the company - no extra trip required.Unfortunately, nobody showed up to pick up the fridge the next day. It appeared that the installers had neglected to put in a ticket. My wife called the store and was told it would be picked up the following day. When that didnt happen, I phoned and the customer service rep told me that it would be impossible to pick it up that day. It had been standing in front of my house for over 50 hours by then. I asked how much cash discount I would receive for this problem, and she said theyd take $50 off my account balance. Finally, after 36 hours three men came with a truck and took the old fridge away. I hope they didnt open it, because after sitting in the sun for three days the smell of that old fridge was horrible.

I went into RC Willey to purchase a couch and love seat. After several sales people ignored us, I went up to one who at first didn’t seem to want to help us. The lack of service is probably because we didn’t have β€œthe look” of actually purchasing anything. Suggestion to RC Willey, don’t judge on people’s look or attire.I had done my homework on what I wanted. The sales person was very helpful once she knew we were serious buyers.I bought my couch and loveseat but it isn’t available for a month. I will be more than happy to let you know how that part of the experience goes.Don’t get me wrong about the employees, they are there to make money and sometimes the people who dont look like they can afford it can be much better off than they look.

We purchased a washer and dryer. Patty Davidson is usually who we work with for furniture. She referred us to Kayla, who was not working the next day. Kayla referred us to Hai. We met him at the store in the appliance section. He had already picked out appliances that he thought would work best for us, based on what wed discussed with Kayla. I really liked the team work at RC Willey and the way Patty, Kayla and Hai worked together to make sure we got what we needed. There was not any effort up-sell us. We only had to look at the one set of appliances, ask questions, look it over ourselves, and agree its what we wanted. The purchase was fast and smooth. Everyone we dealt with professional and friendly. We were in and out of the store in about 20 minutes. They are going to deliver the new washer and dryer, hook them up properly, and remove and haul away the old ones. We appreciate that very much. We have purchased most of our other appliances and furniture from RC Willey, and will continue to do so. Patty, Kayla and Hai work at the downtown Salt Lake City store. Parking was easy. The store was clean and inviting and happily decorated for autumn and Halloween.

The actual store was fine, but when we picked up the dinning table set we purchased we werent given all of the pieces. We bought a table with a corner bench, a side bench and a chair. When picking it up the guy bringing it out said the chair came in a set of 2, so he had to open the package and give us the pieces to the chair. When we got home, 11 hours away in AZ, we realized we were not given the legs to our chair! I called customer service and they said they could either send me a whole new chair and I would have to send them back the pieces I had, or they could send me the legs, but werent sure how long all that would take. Because the legs would have to come from the supplier, sent to them then sent to me. I told them to just send me the legs, but the whole thing is super inconvenient! So much for great customer service.

I recommend you go some place else to buy your furniture. 4 months after buying a couch from them the back cushions became so uncomfortable I can hardly sit on my couch. And not for very long eather. Survice department first said 10 weeks before they can get replacement cushions. I called a few days later and they told me the best the can do is 6 to 8 weeks. This is unacceptable. They blame it on the manufacture which I have a hard time believing. It took them 2 weeks to get some one out here to look at it. I’ve never had worse customer service in my 55 years. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I sure do love the adventure of RC Willey. Such a fun show room. Great furniture. However, We werent assisted until we asked for help. We sat at the table we wanted for an extended period of time before I saw a sales rep and flagged them down. We look young so I understand but dont ever under estimate your customer!
