Friendly guys, but they told me Id get my Costco Cash Card ($250) in 6-8 weeks. Its been 9 weeks; not theyre telling me its 8-12 weeks. Im guessing when I dont have it in 12 weeks, theyll tell me its 12-16 weeks. Ill be following up here in a month.

DONT get defrauded here! 90 plus Better Business Bureau COMPLAINTS I Ordered an iPhone May 5. Salesperson committed to call and provide my new phone May 7. Today is 22 May and all I have to show for 3 trips back to the store and nearly 20 calls to persons working at Wireless Advocates, Costco, and Verizon is a new phone bill at $65 more per month. David Galarza, store manager, told me someone else got the phone and it is activated. Several Unkept promises to cancel the Contract from 3 different persons and no confirmation. 90 plus Better Business Bureau complaints! I’ve asked multiple times for a direct email written confirmation of this business’ plan to cancel the agreement they cashed without delivering a phone. And here I am still waiting for anyone to take this seriously. Costco should be ashamed to have these Charlatans representing their company in their stores. Verizon should find more reputable people to sell their phones.
