This is the worst store I have ever set foot in. AT&T told me I would get a $700 credit for my new phone as long as I sent them an iPhone 7 or newer. They told me I could have it sent from any AT&T store, even if it wasn’t a corporate store (this location is not). I went to this store, gave them the information, and they stated that everything would work out fine. I received my receipt from them and left. This was March 23 of this year. I have been trying now for 8 months to get my credit. All I get is the runaround from both AT&T and this store even though I have proof of what I gave them. They both blame each other, and nothing happens. $700! Please do not do business with AT&T, and especially never go to this store if you do.
Stopped in here with my roommate so he could take care of his account info. Maria, the rep was absolutely amazing in getting the situation handled quickly, despite having multiple customers in the store. The management team could use a little lesson in priorities though. You dont leave the property if your only rep has multiple customers in the store, you stay in and help her. Maria totally deserves a raise! She handled every concern with absolutely no issues at all. She deserves a raise :)

Maria walked me through all the options I could consider to replace my broken phone. Cost, timeframe, plusses, minuses, promotions, downstream impacts, etc. She was patient and understanding and I felt like she took the time to really understand my needs. I would recommend AT&T diagnose her customer service skills and clone her in all stores 😊

Came in for the new Galaxy s10+. Rob was quick to explain features and differences between my options. Due to demand they are completely sold out but its to be delivered to my home in a couple of hours. He had excellent customer service and was willing to drive and go pick up my phone from a nearby location if needed. Best experience ive had with a phone company EVER.
We switched to ATT and purchased new phones at this location in 2017. We spent 2.5 hours waiting for the staff to set up our accounts. When we left they were unable to tell me what my final monthly bill would be. Would not recommend.

If I could give minus 10 stars, I would. Don’t go to this “Authorized User” store, go to a corporate store - cannot stress this enough!I transferred my number to AT&T because my husband has an Alaska number and AT&T has a monopoly in Alaska. I moved over on the “Buy One Get One” offer meaning that we would receive a credit of up to $750. We were told it would take a few months to show up in our account and it didn’t. I called AT&T and they told me to go back to the store - I’ve been to the store 3 times, spoken with Destiny (store manager) and Sam Sediki (regional manager) and after 5 months of being told to “wait and they will get back to me” as well as being yelled at over the phone, I’m leaving a bad review. It should’ve been a simple fix on their part but turned into a never ending cycle of BS.I finally went to a corporate AT&T store and they were able to help, no problem. Switching phone carriers is never fun but this one was a nightmare - steer clear of this store!
I have been a customer of AT&T for 18 years. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I left the store in tears. Mean people work at this store. I needed help and told me to leave the store. He also treated my special needs son horribly. Who is in charge there. Really you need to teach your people what customer service means. No one should be allowed to be mean, rude, say things to there good customers that way. Thanks for treating us so poor.
PSA: Dont ever get AT&T. Their whole customer service system is terrible. I have spent hours on the phone and website trying to find solutions and when I ask the employees for help they just give me the same number to call that I already have called a billion times. Also, my bill was about $20 higher than expected, so I call the bill explanation number to understand why and they literally cannot tell me what it is. As soon as I hit the 60 day limit to unlock my phone, I will be switching to any carrier but this one. However, if you are a fan of spending hours talking to robots on the phone, and zero billing transparency, this could be a great option for you.

I left a review with AT&T and they did not like it because they said it was “inappropriate” and denied it being placed on their website. So here goes my review.ShadyWent in to upgrade my iPhone, representative told me they had none in stock. I let them know I would be back than since I wanted to check the apple store. The representative than proceeded to tell me that apple had been sending all their clients to the at&t store to check since they had none at the apple store. I stayed and did my service at the at&t store. Next day I went to apple and the clerk at apple told me they have been fully stocked for the past 3 days because of Black Friday. This at&t rep did what would profit him and not what was right for the customer. It shows a very shady way of doing business and looking for a sale.I guess they didn’t like me saying the truth.
Demitri, the rep who assisted me was phenomenal. He patiently walked me through all of my options and the benefits of each. He answered all of my questions and asked me some to make sure that I left with the best possible iPhone and case to fit my needs and lifestyle. I cannot praise him enough for the amazing service I got the other day. My new phone is perfect because of his help and I absolutely love it. Congrats on a job well done.

Updated Review: Just went there for a replacement sim card as directed by AT&T tech support. While an employee was assisting me and already had my SIM card out to replace, the manager Destiny came over and told the employee to send me to another store instead. Employee then told me he could not give one to me because they had a limited amount and sent me to the sugar house store instead. Then they just put the SIM back in my phone, handed it to me, and left the room.The Sugar house shop was great and helped me out!Original: The staff at this location was amazing. By far the most knowledgeable reps Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I got pushed around and told to go from store to store just trying to figure out why the data on my phone wasnt working. I luckily ended up at the sugarhouse location and the rep that helped me was quick to fix the problem with my phone. The store was pretty busy and rather then just leaving it at that he to took the time to look at my account to see if it was fitting my needs. Turns out I had a recurring international plan on my account that he quickly spotted, and Ive never used. Im saving 60 more bucks a month because of it.

We switched our family to AT&T four years ago and have followed this store manager, Jesse Williams, because of his consistently outstanding customer service and product knowledge. I have always had a good experience with AT&T and feel I have the best phones and service for my family.

I recently upgraded my iPhone in Slidell, LA and had a terrible experience with the staff whom were unwilling to research or explain why I was not able to apply my student discount on the upgrade fee. They weren’t quite rude but visibly frustrated with the questions I had about cost and the discounts I had spoken to an agent on the phone about previously. While upgrading my husbands phone here in Salt Lake City Rob was very polite, answered my questions without hesitation. Although, he was busy with several customers that came and went while we were setting up my husbands phone he was still very attentive to our needs while taking excellent care of the other customers. It’s associates like Rob and his excellent customer service that keeps me with AT&T despite my recent unpleasant experience with the associates in Slidell.

Be advised that most of the employees here are new so they are not very well informed about many things. This is understandable since new problems will teach them new things, but they dont seem very inclined to learn how to solve new problems. They also are paid on commission so instead of helping you fix your current phone they will want to push you into just buying a new one. Id recommend just speaking with the manager, but also be advised that she is quite rude.
When you get a phone they should have more transparency with the bill. The person I saw on Sunday needs more training about promotion and how to explain thebill he sent me out very frustrated back to corporate. Waiting for first bill.

Should be no stars walked in Guy was awesome greeted me right away then when I explained what was going on with the problems on my phone he basically talked on the counter said look your SIM card looks good really didnt get the whole story about how all these other people were calling my phone dialing a different number so I have not receive any calls the outgoing calls are very staticky and other people cant really hear me and he basically asked me if I wanted to purchase a warranty and I thought it said isnt this warranty my boss made appointment and told me to come down here this is a company phone home we have tons of phones and quite frankly Im thinking about changing service providers just because of this incident I mean good Lord what service I mean, customer service cant be dead and then the technology people sell what it doesnt work properly got to get it fixed every month anyways my rant and rave is done enjoy
I stopped in here needing a 12 volt charger in an emergency because mine stopped working.I simply just wanted a charger and be on my way but the pushy sales rep thought it was his perfect opportunity to try to make small talk with me and sway me to leave Verizon Wireless and sign a contract with them!I told him I was under a contract with Verizon Wireless and he insisted that I could leave them and get service with AT&T.What part of no did this guy not understand?I dont like pushy salesmen! Theyre nothing but wolves looking to feed on innocent sheep.
Walked into the store. There is only one worker on the floor. I stand to the side and wait. Once the next customer finishes he randomly walks around to customers. There’s no order or customer care in this store. You are better off to call the 1-800 number at that rate. Probably the worst AT&T store I have been to.

Go in to get a Sim because phone stores offer two objects of value Sim cards and phones. The rep informs me they are out of Sim cards. Which is sad to say the least. Thats fine. He them strums through the apps looking for something would somehow eat all of an lte connection or terminate it completely. Reboots the phone. This is where it gets good. He then proceeded to swipe the home screen to confirm data was restored and fast which was in itself laughable. Not having time to stifle more laughter I walked out in search of a store that has good people that know about the speedest app

Daraell (i think thats how you spell his name) was very kind and helpful and put up with my dumb questions, he even handles angry scary customers very well too and manages to resolve their problem. 10/10 very good service

Ive been a customer for many years now and have had great service from other stores. Im very disappointed in the way the sales rep. handled my business. I felt he was only there to convince me an upgrade was the only solution. I came in with a broken phone (Galaxy S4)and was told it could be fixed within a couple hours. After a few hours I came back and was told they needed a specific part and they would order it. I was told by this sales rep. it would only take a few days to arrive and I would have a fixed phone by the end of the week. I ended up upgrading but still wanted my old phone repaired. I gave them almost 2 weeks to order the necessary parts and fix my phone. When I came back in they said they still didnt have the part. I was shocked when they said they couldnt do anything for me and gave me back a phone that was completely taken apart. Needless to say I was mad that nothing was done for me after I already bought a phone and even gave the store sufficient time to repair my phone. There were a lot of empty promises given and absolutely nothing was done after I had given AT&T my money.
Sales rep vanished after credit card swipe. However, his co-workers filled in and were a great help. Do business with Seth.
I dont know how this place has an average review of 3.5 stars. The service here is horrible. The person working was pompous, arrogant and misogynistic. I originally debated going to this store, having great experience at the one on Main Street downtown. However, this one is a lot closer to my house and I was feeling lazy. In the future, I will be sure to just drive the extra few miles as I will never go here again.I went in for a new sim card. I was one of two customers. When I walked in I was greeted with an over-powering scent of cheap cologne and a yeah?. My experience continued downhill from there. I told him that I switched phones and AT&T customer service recommended I get a new sim card. He became instantly combative and started asking Why? Why? Those two phones in your hands are the same! I told him No they are not, one is a 7 plus and the other is a 6S. He then continued to argue that they were the same size. I should have left right then and there. He then grabbed the phones out of my hands and realized his error. After a half-assed apology he switched the sim cards in my phone. I again told him that I didnt need them to be switched but needed a new sim card. He then kept saying, Well then! I am going to have to charge you five bucks! I was just trying to save you five bucks! It is going to cost you five bucks! [Note to anyone reading this review: if you need a new sim card from this store, it will cost you $5]. Again, I told him that I was aware there might be a fee when you purchase a new product from a store. He finally granted my wish and went to the back to get me a sim card. While he was back there, I noticed that my iPhone 7s service had been switched to my 6 (due to the fact that he switched the sim cards). When I pointed this out to him, he started getting more combative saying that there was something wrong with my phone (a phone that worked perfectly well before entering this store.) I then just told him I was just going to go to the REAL AT&T store and left.To anyone on the fence about going here, I absolutely would not recommend it. If you want to be talked down to and belittled, then this is the place for you!
The technician was very helpful in educating me about the new Sim cards, getting me one for free, and sending me on my way.
Employees would rather sit in the back room instead of helping customers. I came in to file a claim on my broken phone and there was one person up front assisting another customer and 3 or 4 employees were just sitting in the back. Terrible management at this store.

Sales man lied to me, said I was getting a free gift (ipad mini) with the phone I was upgrading on one of my lines. He said I didnt have to activate it and I could do whatever I want with it. (I have witnsesses to this) Then when checking out I asked why he was scanning the ipad and not just the phone, he said it was to take it out of their inventory. That was a big fat lie, he was adding another line to my account, raising my already enormous phone bill by $50, and now I have to pay $150 to get rid of that line. The store manager acted all apologetic but in the end he did absolutely nothing to help me. So Merry Christmas to me, they wont help, wont admit they lied and I have to come up with $150 or pay for this line for 2 years! As soon as I can get rid of AT&T I will and this store is the reason! If you go there dont believe what Demetri says.
Went to activate my phone. Jeremy is a really nice guy. I hope he helped me instead of the guy named Aniton. He seemed not really wanting to help me so that I had to suggest first if hes going to. What really frustrated me was that when he needed to look up something on my phone to activate it, and he just picked up my phone without asking. I had no idea what hes doing and was a little embarrassed so had to ask him what hes doing. Please say something if you need to look up something on my phone. Its a very personal obejct. Also when he was inserting the simcard on, he spinned my brand new phone on the table when it didnt have cover on it. So I told him I am going to do it instead and I did it by myself. It was super annoying. I actually had a feeling from the beginning not wanting to get helped by him because he really didnt seem wanting to give customer service. But he was the only one in the front.I would rather go to a different location.
