I live 30 minutes away from this location but I make the time to visit this store when needed, the staff is amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. Great deals and great service!! I also found that their inventory seems to be stocked better than other stores I’ve tried and that’s actually what got me into the store the first time. After calling several locations from Ogden to Davis and even a few in SLC none of them had the newer iPhone I had been looking for until I reached their informative staff. They had what I needed in multiples! Check them out!

I have never in my life experience such incredible service. The employees here are all very knowledgeable and super friendly. Christian was so helpful in finding me a phone that may suit my price range and needs, he even taught me some much needed Spanish while i waited! Haha after a day of using it I realized it wasnt for me and I wasnt sure if i could trade up. So, nervously, I called and spoke to Angie who was so sweet over the phone and told me I could- much to my relief! I showed up to find yet another smiling, helpful employee! They did all the work I needed efficiently and made me one ecstatic customer. Conversation was great, shared laughs, Ill be going back with any needs I have. Might bring them cookies.

I went to the Boost store on 700 East 2100 South south Salt Lake. I switched my sim card from 1 phone 2 another and it locked my sim card. I wasnt able to get online or call customer service. I originally went to the boost store#239 Bernard was the person working. He told to call customer service . I told him my situation and wasnt able to call. I asked to use the phone there,he told me no. He isnt allowed to do that. I wound up leaving there confused,upset and still had the same problem. So I went to the above mentioned store. Angie was wonderful,handled my situation promptly. I wasnt made to feel like my problem wasnt important because I wasnt there to spend money as that was the impression I had from Bernard. Angie made sure my problem was completely fixed and I was satisfied. I highly recommend going to the Boost store on 700 east 2100 s south salt lake and ask for Angie.

AWFUL. Sold me a phone that wasnt setup properly/defective and kept rebooting (8times in 24hours) and sending errors. Tried to return it and was told NO. Left irritated. Called Boost mobile and they said I had seven days to refund, exchange. I looked at the store receipt and it states; All new phones have a 7 day return/exchange policy provided the phone is in like new condition with the original box and contents, and will be charged a $25 restocking fee. Phones with a manufacturer defect can be exchanged for a new one of the same model with no restocking fee.I however was run around and had to pay the 25 dollar fee even though Brittney saw the errors. And the unsent error text messages. Angie just stood there, and Randy advised her to go against their policy clearly stated on the receipt. Luckily I recorded the unsatisfactory customer service on my wifes phone and have documented the experience. The video will be on YouTube and this comment will remain until the restocking fee is refunded. It will be under the store name on YouTube and I will be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint, as well as Boost Corporate.

Hands down the best customer service Ive ever seen at a phone store! I was helped by a lady named Angie. I went in not sure what exactly I wanted. I never felt pressure to purchase something I didnt need, I actually felt welcome in the store! If you want a store that doesnt give off the used car dealer vibe, I highly recommend this one. I dont think boost could pay this lady enough! Im a loyal boost customer now thanks to her. I would rate six stars if I could.

I left my phone on the front of my jeep. I had no idea where it fell off or really what to do. I saw this store and walked in for help. Angie was working that day and helped me out. She was able to look up my phone on google maps and told me exactly where it fell off of me jeep. I went were she told me and sure enough found my phone. Smashed to a million pieces unfortunately. I went back to angie and she told me the prices of the new phones and warned me about buying used phones from other retailers. I looked at some used phones at lewis wireless but they were all a rip off just like angie said. Ultimately i purchased a brand new lg stylo 4 from walmart for 129.00 plus tax which was 70 dollars cheaper than at the boost mobile store. Thank you again angie im sorry i bought from walmart and not you but hey 70 bucks is 70 bucks. Take care!!
