This is a good cell phone store. I had Boost Mobile and transfer my number to Page Plus here at iCell and now I have Verizon coverage for the same price. I wasnt able send text or use the internet while I was with boost. I am happy with my new service and they gave me credit for my old phone.

There are cell phone places on practically every corner. I would definitely pick somewhere else! Wish I could take back the time spent at this one! The customer service was about the worst I’ve ever encountered! Really disappointing!Edit- In response to the owners comment, I left the store without buying because of the bad customer service, so of course I wouldn’t be in their system. However, I think this illustrates my point perfectly!

Paid to order a screen. Said theyd call Saturday when it comes in. They never called to even tell me its not there or anything. Called monday, I had to call! And theyre like oh yeah not here it hasnt left from its USPS place. Like you couldnt call and tell me ? So I drove down there for a refund! Was a hassle but got it in the end. Definitely disappointed! Could of at least gave me a phonecall.

Garbage company. Sold me an overpriced broken phone and wouldnt take it back. Manager said there was a 30 day guarantee which there obviously wasnt. Terrible service and will never go back! Bunch of scam artists and liars!

Please be careful with this place, just this Tuesday, I bought an Iphone 6 for my friend, the moment I left the store, it froze and it kept freezing every like 30 minutes, . I didnt go back to the store because I had work. Just yesterday, On Thursday, the same week, I went back to get it fixed, get replaced or get my money back, instead they started telling me that, they dont sell defect phones. Oh the guy started telling me that, I owe him $30 more, the person who sold me the phone made some $ typo error. In my experience, this is a strategy to make me feel like I bought the phone for less, and that I should keep it the way it is. The guy told me that, I been dishonest for refusing to pay $30 more. He got all mad and angry, when I left, he followed me and took the picture of my license plate. like if I stole something from the store. In my head, I told myself that, If I dont sue this guy, he might think that he is smarter than any person who goes to him to buy a phone. I will sue him for selling me a broken phone and try to extort me for more money.
