The wait here is absurd, but Luis was great and able to fix my problem. He went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I was also impressed at how one of the managers handled an irate customer.This is not a knock on this store, but Verizons customer support online and over the phone is nothing short of infuriating. The wait time on the phone is ridiculous, and all the agents Ive spoken with have been completely unhelpful. First my numbers didnt port (which Luis was able to solve--Thanks, Luis!), and now they have shorted me one of my rebates. No one seems to understand what to do. I have never dealt with worse customer service representatives on Verizons chat lines and over the phone.

Important Details: They Employees here, rather unfortunately are indiscriminate. Now i will give Aron, A Junior Solutions Specialist the benefit of the doubt, and assume his day wasnt off to a great start. However That is no valid reason to pass it on to The customers and myself. Aron Will Berate You, Scold, And Roll your eyes at you. He will take an Abhorrent tone, and Deffer your questions. I understand that they are required to ask; Do you have any other Questions?. and if you do, just be prepared that you can and most likely will encounter this type of Service and attitude. If you can i suggest going to the Cottonwood, or west valley location, to prevent any possible profiling racial/or Otherwise, that Sugar House employees may or may not do.

Dealing with this store has been unbearable. Count on jumping through 10,000 hoops if you have the audacity of being on a family plan but aren’t the primary account holder, whatever that even means. Their phone number will not connect you to anyone at the store, so I could not even inquire what I needed to bring before coming over and my parents - the supposed people Verizon needs to contact - can’t actually get ahold of them. I am very sick from a new anti-seizure medicine and between dealing with this store and trying to contact mobile customer service my brain feels as if it is about to burst all over the wall. Verizon’s mediocre coverage is not worth this incredible pain and hassle.

Whatever you do do NOT go to this store to do any business with your Verizon account. Went in on June 8th to upgrade my mom’s phone and found the guy who ‘helped’ me added the $15 a month insurance to each line on my account without my permission! When I noticed my next bill was quite a bit higher and found what he had done i of course cancelled it, but not after I had to pay it for the billing cycle. I went back to the store and they of course apologized and said my account would be credited. Yep, still hasn’t happened. Went back in Friday and was assured I would be called back that day with the issue resolved. Yeah, right. Sunday night and it’s crickets. . . Unethical employees at this location.

Great service, Ive had Verizon for 15 years and their service is amazing. However, their customer service when calling or going through the chat is absolute garbage. I had a deal with a bogo on phones and a line credit added and a credit for my old phone. I was told by a couple agents that I could use the credit to pay off the bogo deal before I took the deal. My phone credit just was used towards my monthly bill and then I was told I could use the line credit to pay off the phone. Then I was informed I couldnt do that for six months or I lose the bogo, then I was told after waiting longer then six months that I couldnt actually do that at all and that there wasnt a single note left on my account. I even sent in screen shots of the chat conversations. Not to mention multiple times on chat the individual just disconnects the chat before weve completed the task and Im left to explain all over again. I literally dread every time I have to chat with them. Worst customer service ever.

It has taken 2 months to turn in a device. Verizon cannot figure out how to send me a shipping kit to do so. In the store they cannot figure out how to take the device. Difficult. Customer experience poor. Meh. How hard can this really be?

Terrible Customer Service & ProfessionalismThe manager of this Verizon store made for a very unpleasant experience. I had purchased a costly iPhone the day earlier from this Verizon store and the Verizon Transfer App I was told to utilize did not correctly transfer my information from my old phone to my new one. I went in to get assistance on how to transfer my information correctly, I was greeted by the manager who told me this isnt an apple store so I why would I know. A manager should know basic things about products they are selling. I asked a total of maybe three questions before I was completely fed up with the lack of kindness I was being shown. The managers tone was defensive, aggressive, unnecessarily rude, and disrespectful. Her treatment made it seem like she was annoyed I was seeking her assistance. I would expect better customer service from a store simply set up to serve its customers. I would also expect more human decency from any peer to peer interaction. Unfortunately, these common expectations were not fulfilled or appreciated.

Bought a phone and new plan online picked up at this store. Shoved a bag in my face and sent me on my way. Couldnt register my phone. They charged me something different than what the sea rep online said. And when I come back trying to get it fixed and returned they try to charge me MORE money. Absolute ridiculous. This store is the worst. Omar was the associate.

Went in and only one couple in store. All the clerks were running around ignoring those that walked in. I asked how long and they said they were busy pulling internet orders. I waited 20 min and left. Really can’t complain because they saved me money because I didn’t buy a phone. Guess if I decide to buy phone I will do it over the internet so I can get information and purchase one quickly.

Horrible Customer Service! So much so, that after almost 9 years, I am leaving Verizon. Went into this location on Sunday (Mothers Day) prepared to buy 2 new iPhone 12 Pro Maxs, both with accessories. Gentlemen helping us kept trying to sell phone insurance, I told him NO at least 5 times. He definitely was getting irritated that I was telling him no. First I said, I had phone insurance before & thought it was a waste of money and the worst investment I have ever made. Continued trying to sell me phone insurance, I tried again saying my bank offers insurance. By this time I am getting irritated I know, so instead of dropping it he kept matching my energy (bad customer service). You should try to calm me down, not egg me on. The final straw was he looked at my husband and made a petty comment about his mask. Mind you from the time we walked into the store, not one person said anything about my husbands mask. Even when we were standing close together looking at the new iPhones. Not until he knew I was not budging about phone insurance. Hope they can get some coaching from their manager, this used to be my favorite location. Now I am paying $1000 to get my daughters phone paid in full & unlocked so that we can go somewhere else. What has happened to customer service?

I was treated horrible at the store. And if the company had any kind of customer service over the phone I would of used that. I had an appointment that I had made days before. After checking in on my phone I was left outside in 30 degree weather for a half hour then when the assistant manager finally came out to see us he told me that there was no appointments set. When I showed proof I was dismissed and told well you are on the list now. Then I had to wait outside for another half hour while they helped people that came after me. When I finally got helped they said that the assistant manager had to look on another screen because the front screen doesn’t show that. Why wouldn’t the assistant manager know that? I then had to then wait for over ten minutes for the general manager info. They then came back and said they had called her and she wouldn’t talk to me the. and didn’t have a card to give me but had an email address written down. When I told them I did not trust that info and thought an email would be ignored they said that was all they could give me then I asked for a call and they said they could request it but is would probably be a few days. What kind of manager takes that long to help someone? When I then asked for the district manager info I was refused. I have been a costumer for over 20 years. I am can’t believe they would treat a loyal customer like this. Obviously they don’t care.

Make an appointment online to avoid waiting. This location is following COVID-19 precautions, limiting the number of customers in the store. Face mask protocols are being followed and I saw the employees clean the stations between new customers. I got great service and was in and out with what I needed in about a half hour. Keep up the good work!

The manager of this store made my experience.at this location so bad I will never return tot this location for any type of service.She was interacting with me as if I was some extreme burden for her, and crossing blatant personal boundaries, like making assumptions about who I was and what problem I was facing.The first time I visited the store, she was very short in asking me about my business, and rushed thru the transaction as fast as possible. When I said I wanted to look at a phone case, she reluctantly allowed me in, not explaining why it was such an issue for me to go into the store. When I was in the store, she was right next to me, not giving me any space, and was spewing information at me giving me no time to think about my purchase. I left as fast as I could.This next time I visited, which again, will be my last. She couldnt answer my question, and because she didnt know the answer, wasnt going to give me one. I dont know, so Im not going to tell you. Instead of, how about we figure out a way for you to find your answer?So, to sum this up, I am extremely dissatisfied with how I was treated here. I will not be returning. I am telling every person I meet about this experience because it was that violating. To go to a store where you are a paying customer and to be brushed off is the ultimate of customer care offenses. Besides being physically accosted.Also, notice how many 1 star reviews this store has. Have you ever seen that many?

Verizon does not let you call their stores directly. I was sent to the call center, and the lady informed me she could not get me over to a store location. When I asked when this would be rectified, she hung up on me in a panic like she hadnt been trained to answer that question. I hate having to leave this review on a store, but there isnt another way to get it out there. Do a better job VZW headquarters.

Had to do an exchange for an online order. The host at the front door was there to immediately greet me and get me on the waiting list. The store followed all of the covid protocols and seemed safe and clean. Aaron helped me with the exchange, he was quick and professional and even helped me get the bubble out from my screen protector that I could not get out. I also want to give Aaron a shout out for going the extra step to help the customer before me who was an elderly man, he walked him to the door, held the door open for him and told him if he had any issues to come back and see him. My parents are older so I always appreciate when people are kind and patient with seniors! Great customer service Aaron!

Thank you Aaron. I have had a 12 month long issue with my bill for a phone. The first I stopped in I was told it was to soon and to wait three months, another time, after a lengthy visit is was supposedly fix. I waited another month with no results.Finally, today Aaron was able to submit the required forms/information to correct the issue. I am truly impressed with how knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and friendly Aaron is. My experience at the actual Verizon store, and with Aaron in particular, is the reason I prefer a brick and mortar store over online help. Thank you again for your help.

Put me on queue for a supposed, “ hour and a half” wait. Ran to the store because I thought I had plenty of time to run an errand, and they called me within 15 minutes saying they were ready. Fact of the matter is I ended up losing my spot and not even being helped because my spot was only reserved for 5 minutes. Horrible customer service and communication.

DO NOT GET A VERIZON PHONE PLAN! I wish someone had told me this before signing up. I have a 2 person cheapest unlimited plan. Our bill was 350 for the first month for phones that will NOT work! We have to call tech support once a week because our phones are not working! We are not able to receive any calls. We call and they fix it and then a few days later they stop working. This is the worst service I have ever had and now we are stuck with 2400 dollar phones that we cant even return. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Currently, am on hold with CS right now and have been on hold for 15 mins so far. Also, the service is extremely spotty. It should have been a red flag that the first day in this store we waited for 15 mins and not a single employee greeted us. They were not busy we ended up leaving. We should have went straight to att but my family has verizon and I thought it would be a good service. I will be canceling as soon as possible. And these werent even the only issues we have had with them the issues go on and on. I am so disappointed.Update: after having to call CS 4 times which takes 2 hours each time!! They fix our phones for a day and then they stop working again. At this point we feel like Verizon is scamming us. We are paying over 300 dollars a month. I am missing important calls everyday. I will never get Verizon ever again. I have never been so disappointed by any purchase or service.Update 06/05: now our phones no longer make outgoing calls. We have called CS over 6 times now. They will do nothing. We arent even able to get a refund for our phones and are in a 2 year contract with the phones and cant afford to pay them off and get a different plan.Update 09/04We have been dealing with this for almost 7 months. Verizon has done nothing to fix our phones after being on the phone with them totaling over 20 hours. The last time I called, I demanded refund for the phones, and to speak to a supervisor. The CS agent was very understanding saying that they have noticed we have called so many times and the problem still is not fixed and they would get me a supervisor right away. Then they hung up on me. I called again and waited another hour on hold to get to a person. I told them the same thing and that the last person hung up on me, I asked if they would hang up in me as well they promised they wouldnt. Then as they were transferring me to a supervisor they hung up on me. I have cried so many times because of these stupid phones. Whatever you do dont get verizon! This has been a nightmare and has affected my business and all areas of my life since no one can get ahold of me and we are paying so much for these phones.

I came into your store to upgrade my phone recently and worked with Aaron. I usually dread going through this process but my experience with Aaron was the best Ive ever had at a Verizon store. He was friendly, helpful and fast. I didnt feel like I had to constantly decline sales pitches about other products and services I wasnt interested in (which is what Ive come to expect). His only focus was helping us with the phone upgrade and was professional and personable throughout our whole interaction with him. He also made sure to follow all Covid protocols, even sanitizing any phone I wanted to look at before I touched it and making sure hand sanitizer was offered when we had to sign for the new phone on his iPad. Aaron is a huge asset to your store, I would work with him every time I come in if I could!

After having the worst phone experience ever at the downtown store and wasting 4 hours of my life I’ll never get back, this place was a blessing like I’ve never been more happy to have. Wade fixed the problem is literally 15 minutes; he was kind and attentive, and we bought several extras from him just because he was the first Verizon person we’d spoke to that seemed to really care. I don’t know what he makes but he deserves a raise.

BUYER BEWARE: NEVER TRADE IN YOUR PHONE TO VERIZONI recently switched from Sprint to Verizon. Was estimated to get $600 for my old phone on trade in and only received $15. After 90 minutes on the phone with customer support, they said they could cancel my Verizon plan but NOT send me back my old phone (leaving me without a phone or a plan) or increase the trade in to $150. Apparently I wasnt supposed to be eligible for the promotional trade in amount, but then why did the in-store representative sell it to me? And why did my confirmation email state that I was eligible for the full $600?

So my mom and I recently visited this location because it’s my birthday this week and she wanted to buy me a new iPhone. YAY! So nice of her. I was stoked. When we arrived, we were greeted by an employee named Aaron. Right off the bat we could tell he didn’t want to be there. He wasn’t being friendly or helpful.As soon as we sat down, he asked for the account information. My mom asked why he needed it. We were planning on paying cash for the phone, so we thought we could just put my SIM card into the new phone and be on our way. We thought they only needed the account information if we wanted to finance. Which we didn’t. So there was a lot of confusion there.The employee didn’t answer her question. He just kept repeating “I need the account information.“ So naturally, she kept asking why. Very nicely, very calmly. She wasn’t trying to be oppositional. She just wanted her question answered.My mom is one of those people that’s EXTREMELY protective of her personal information, so she didn’t want him to access the account unless he really needed to.Had the employee just told her that he needed it to verify she was already a customer, or whatever the reason was for needing that information (I honestly still don’t know why because, as previously mentioned, he refused to explain it to us) she would’ve happily given it to him. But he literally refused to explain that to her.Instead he aggressively raised his voice and said “Do you want me to help you or not?” I was shocked. The way he said it was SO RUDE. I could understand him getting defensive if she was TRYING to cause problems, but she wasn’t. She just wanted to know why he needed information that she considers sensitive.The rest of the time he was helping us he seemed annoyed, he rolled his eyes several times, he was short with us when we asked questions, and he didn’t even really help us out. When I got home, my new phone wasn’t even activated. I had to go to a different Verizon store just to get everything set up. Even though I specifically asked him before we left if it would be ready to use when I turned it on.I’m just really upset with the way this employee treated my mom. It honestly broke my heart. This was supposed to be a good experience. We were celebrating my birthday! Instead I left feeling angry and sad that he talked that way to my mom. I was so upset by it I honestly didn’t even care about the new phone. So yeah. Not a good experience. Would not recommend this store for in person help.

Horrible customer service. Went in to port a business number and the employee clearly did not want to be at work or be remotely helpful. Everything I asked him was met with why he didnt want to do it. His first statement, We just always have to call in anyway, so you can just do that. His final comment was, I dont want to sit and wait while you get that information. Wow. Great. Given I was there to open a new line, pretty pathetic effort.

We were sold new plans and phones at this location from a rep and the manager for a promotion of buy 1 get 1 and also $200 gift cards/credit cards. The plan was expensive so it only made sense to do it, with getting money back in the form of gift cards. The gift cards never came and when asked about it Verizon denied that the promotion existed when we signed up. I went back in to discuss it with the manager who was there the day we signed up. He denied that we were told that and didnt offer anything to help. When I stated that was not good enough, he promised to call the next day after speaking to his manger. I was never called.

Stole my lunch hour.When I arrived I told their customer service team that I was there to trade in my phone. They told me they could do that, but that I would have to wait in line and then go through an extensive account verification process. Overall the process took forty minutes. Finally, when I was all confirmed and such I was told that they werent taking trade ins during COVID. I understanding not taking trade ins during this time, but I sure wish I had been told that they werent taking trade ins when I first told it to them so that I wouldnt have had to have gone through the incredibly long wait time.

I went in to pay off my current phone and purchase a new one. I was greeted by Fabio. Who was absolutely fantastic. This guy, was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and just outright down to earth. Super helpful and I really would recommend talking to him if you go in.The reason for the 2 stars is because. After purchasing my new phone, tempered glass and case. I decided in the car that I would want a more durable case so I went back to switch the case. Unfortunately, Fabio was on break so I spoke to someone else who was able to switch the case, but when he put it on. It started to lift my tempered glass. Wait a few hours so it adheres and then you should be good. And he sent me om my way with my tempered glass already messing up and peeling on the corners. After 24 hours, the glass was still not adhering to the screen correctly but I attempted to put the case back on and again, it lifted the glass. After a quick online search, that case, even thought it was correct for my phone model. It was not compatible with a glass screen protector. So I went back once again. Fabio was busy with another customer so I talked to a random guy again and was able to switch the case, but I was charged and extra 30 bucks for one that did work. Extremely disappointing since, I had to pay extra for the case, AND Ill have to cough up another 50 bucks for another protector since it got messed up by the guy who tried the incompatible case. I was disappointed and frustrated that after commiting to over 1000 dollars, Im ganna end up having to pay more for a case and another glass when they messed it up in the first place. Fabio finished up with his customer and asked me what happened and after explaining. This guy took my glass off. Cleaned it and reapplied. Hoping it would fix it. And even thought its not perfect, and the corners very slightly still lift up. It looked TONS better. This guy needs a raise and they need to teach the other dudes in there some customer service. Im sad this review has a low rate, cus Fabio was superb, but overall, I still had to pay extra for the case and I know eventually in a couple of weeks, Ill be having to replace the glass.If you go in, my recommendation is to not leave untill youre satisfied and hold those guys accountable for their actions. Especially if they mess up your stuff. Unless youre ok with having to re-buy the stuff they break.Side note: OtterBox Defender case for Google Pixel 3 is NOT compatible with a glass screen protector! The LifeProof case though is great! 👌👌👌

My husband and I came in to the store to upgrade my phone and to add my husband to my plan. Aaron was the associate that helped us and he was so helpful. He walked us through the entire process and what all our options were. He also offered us several promotions that we took advantage of. He explained the process and was very in depth about everything and made sure we were getting what we wanted and needed. We were very impressed with him and appreciated all his help. He was very personable and had great customer service skills. When we come back to Verizon we will definitely be asking for him again! Thank you Aaron for all your help!

Came in to upgrade my phone. Was checked in and waited 20 minutes. After waiting, I was told I had to have my I.D. to upgrade my account. Would have been cool to know that before waiting around.I left and came back later with my I.D. and was being quoted a very different amount to upgrade my device vs what was quoted on the app. Then was told I can order on the app and come back in 2 hours to get the phone.Zero effort to actually resolve the price discrepancy. Zero effort to sell me the phone I came in for. Laughable customer service.

Ugh...where to start? Worst customer service ever! Super rude and act like they are soooo much better than you for some reason? Have to wait in line for at least 15 minutes even just to ask a simple question. For once I wish I could just call their phone number and talk to an actual person. Its usually just a simple question and they turn it into a whole ordeal where you have to come into the store, get on their waiting list, wait for them to help everyone in front of you, then when they finally call your name you can ask them why your bill says you have a $300 credit that you know isnt supposed to be there. Maybe I should have just left it and not tried to fix it. After almost 10 years with verizon Im actually really thinking of going somewhere else.

Plan your whole day here. I went in to get a refund on a defective item which would be 5 minutes to accomplish but had to wait over 30 minutes for this. Turns out that the Manager/ door greeter accomplished this when she realized that she might have to stay after work. I have never had this horrible of service before and plan on switching service.

He was very helpful and patient and helped me get a phone that served my purpose and didnt try and make me upgrade to some crazy expensive phone that was beyond my needs. I went yesterday to upgrade my phone to the Iphone 11 Pro, because of the smaller size and nice camera. I told the employee that is what I wanted and he repeated it back to me several times throughout the entire transaction. I told him I wanted the 256 storage, midnight green, PRO. Because of new policies, they send you home with your phone to transfer/activate which is no big deal, by the time I got home that evening to do the transfer/activate the new phone from the old phone the Verizon store had closed and I noticed I was given the MAX not the Pro. I never once asked for the max or said the word max and neither did the employee helping me.I went in as soon as they opened today and told them about the confusion and misunderstanding.They told me to my face while I was on the verge of crying that I was lying, they continued to say they did several actions with me that did not occur:1) He said they walked me to the side where the phones are to show me the MAX. We never walked anywhere, I sat the whole time.2) He said he opened the box and showed me the MAX at the store. He never showed me any phone out of box and sent me home with the sealed phone he gave me.I understand they help a lot of people in one day. I also understand good employees are just people too and make mistakes.There was one point the store camera would of caught where he went back to grab my Iphone 11 pro and it wouldnt scan so he went back to grab another. Im not sure if thats where the misunderstanding happened but regardless they sent me home with the incorrect phone, made me cry and feel stupid in their store, and then made me pay the trading fee even though I never asked or wanted the MAX in the first place.Their reason why they made me pay the trade in fee is because now the Iphone MAX was used but guess what thats their policy to send home a sealed phone and make the customer open it to find out only that is what the incorrect phone.Management never checked the cameras to see what actually occurred. I was extremely unimpressed with how it was handled and I just think the fee should of been waived at least due to their store policies making me open it at home. If it was open and done at the store I would of seen right away just by the size it was the wrong phone. This pandemic/quarantine has caused a lot of like new policies and I get that and its also has been extremely hard on a person that owns a small business like myself. My phone keeps my business going and its important to me to be able to go to my local Verizon and have things handled professionally and sorted out correctly.

He sincerely listens and genuinely attempts to exhaust all options when we have a problem, and sets plans and expectations for the future. We will never work with anyone else and will stay with Verizon, even though it is a more expensive option, because of the stellar service we receive from Damon at this location. Im surprised this store has less than 4.5 stars. I have visited this store at least 4 times the past year and have received wonderful 5 star service and support each time. I bought 2 phones and accessories and were delighted with the set up. Recently, I went into the store because I cracked my screen protector and was assisted by Thomas who was super caring and professional. I do recommend going here

I was recently at this location shopping for a new phone and it was a great experience. The set up is nice and the staff was very attentive and professional from the moment I walked in. Carlos, José, and Blair gave me outstanding customer service and answered the many questions I had while I made up my mind between devices. Went to upgrade my phone and got checked into line only to wait for over an hour. I got a text saying next in line and then watched people go in front of me for 30 minutes. Finally got asked again and they said I was next but someone else that showed up later went in front of me. Waste of an hour and half. Do not come here.

We typically have not had great experiences here with the personnel who need to acquire a few people skills. BUT, on our last visit we were helped by Aaron who did an outstanding job!He was very personable and helpful, easy to understand, not pushy. No attitude or techno blah show-off; he listened and let us explain exactly what we wanted. I had no problem asking questions without being belittled or made to feel like an idiot. He even laughed with us, not AT us, about my stubborn husbands flip phone!If you go here, ask for Aaron!

Probably the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I would like to give zero stars. I went in to have a tempered glass screen protector replaced, which had developed a hairline crack. My phone itself was in perfect condition. In the process of the tech muscling off the cracked protector and trying to put on a new one, he pressed hard on the actual phone screen and cracked it. When I was handed back the phone, and I pointed out that the screen looked off, the manager Jed, denied any responsibility. Offered only that I could upgrade my phone, by buying a new one ... REALLY?!?! He told me that I couldnt prove that they damaged my phone. After a 15 minute exchange the manager offered to pay half of the repair cost. He knew they were responsible for the damage, but rather than be honest and own this, and keep a long time customer happy and maintain a. $3000 a year account, he simply sent me to a repair shop. This was the only positive thing that I can say. iQue in Brickyard does amazing repairs and was incredible to work with. I have had pretty good service with Verizon over the years. They are expensive but reliable. But am considering changing my entire families carrier, based on the terrible service that I received today at this Verizon store, and to a slightly lesser degree on past visits.

It was quite an ordeal getting the address changed with customer service over the phone but Pablo Was very patient and communicated with customer service on my behalf and advocated in the best interest of having my package arrive to the correct address.

Originally gave three stars but after more exposure to the store I decided three stars was too generous. First impression: The layout of the interior is very nice and clean, the employee that helped me out was friendly but way too pushy. I came in to buy a phone but he had to try and sell me a wireless charger and a case and a laptop and a screen protector and a doorbell. I had to listen to his sales pitch for every item in the store before he would check me out. I tried politely declining his offerings each time, but without fail he would ignore my declination and continue to try and sell me the product. Just let me buy what I came here to buy and dont chase me out of the store trying to sell me everything.Second experience: I came in to return a phone charger, I was told I needed to be put in a queue and the wait was 45 minutes! What store makes you wait 45 minutes before they can help you return something. These two experiences have now made me consider going to a different carrier. Why put up with terrible service when I dont have too?

I had three different customer service representatives at this location tell me that I can pay off my “buy 1 get 1 free” phones for the promotion offered in November, 2018. I paid off the phones at this store where they told me it would be fine, and now Verizon headquarters is billing me the full price for both phones. My request for reconsideration has been denied, even though they have a record of my three visits to the store. It seems that the clerks in this store are just concerned about making their commission. They get a commission and it costs me $749 extra. Do not go to this store! I’ve been a Verizon customer for at least 14 years and that makes no difference to the company.

I have had mostly good experiences here. Just come in with the expectation that you will probably spend more time here than you expected. It’s just the nature of phones, they take a long time to set up. We also had a time where a rep added phone insurance to our plan without verbally telling us about it. I would have probably gotten it anyways, (and that’s why I’m keeping it 4 stars), but I just don’t like the fact that he did that without asking.

Where do I begin? I had an unforgettable experience in this store. Not only was I greeted by Bridgette who smiled and made me feel warmly welcome, I also didnt have any wait time. Blair assisted us with our phone upgrade with exceptional customer service and sincere hospitality. Anyways, I didnt feel pressured or upsold. It was just a casual, FUN conversation. I was made aware of every option I had with the fabulous promotions they are currently offering. This was the best experience Ive had with Verizon. Aaron came over after our transaction to ensure we left with all of our needs met. The team at the Sugarhouse Verizon are clearly experts who love their jobs and it resonates with the customer. WARNING - bait and switch tactics and very shady reps. Wasted an hour being informed an unlimited plan would only be $40/month/per line and when reviewing the contract, the price was WAY higher. Was told because we only were getting two lines, it was $85/month/per line and that price was detailed in the fine print. Very dissatisfied and will not return.. Do not waste your time here!

I have visited this store on three occasions with notes on my account from Verizon Customer service and they still refused to help. Its hard to find a parking spot near here, because they are in such a busy location. I gave them two stars because I liked their open layout and the volume of demos on the floor.My desire for a one star rating is based on calling to make sure that they had a phone in stock and being assured that they did. Driving an hour to get there, and then being told that it hasnt been in stock for a while. The one I wanted isnt expected for another month, but the kind man would be more than happy to set me up with a different phone.

Bought the new Google Pixel phone a here few months back. The phone drops calls constantly and cuts out so much I can only hear 1/3 of what anyone is saying. I tried to trade it in for an older model phone, but since I didnt bring it back soon enough, they refused to do anything.Their solution was to offered to sell me a new phone (full price) less than a month after I bought my phone non-functional phone.I should mention, they agreed that the problem was not the network itself, as my old phone never dropped calls in the same places the google phone does.

I went and talked to Aaron and he was super helpful getting my existing accounts from AT&T and T-Mobile over to Verizon. He set me up with a wireless charger and cases that I preferred. It looks like people here are very depressed to help. Every time I come I have a bad customer service experience even if I try to break the ice and be nice to the rep. One of my previous visits I had to talk to the manager, because of how mean the customer service rep was and the manager said that he hear the same from other people.The store that was in the gateway mall was nicer and people more friendly, but apparently it closed and now this is the only one around.

This is a review on this location itself. Good, knowledgeable staff. I knew exactly what I wanted to have done, and they were quickly able to help me switch my carrier to Verizon. They did not try to upsell me as soon as I made it clear I had my own phone and wasnt interested in another. My only complaint is that it took about 20 minutes for them to get to me, but overall it was a quick and relatively painless process to get everything taken care of.

First, this might be the biggest Verizon store Ive ever seen. Second, its really busy - I did have to wait around 10 minutes to work with an associate after they took my name at the door. However, the associate was knowledgeable, polite and worked to get me an early upgrade to replace my stolen phone. I read the other reviews - did not have a pushy associate trying to get me to buy things. Overall, great experience.
