I went to this Verizon store on 1341 S Foothill Blvd to buy a phone charger cord. It was right at closing the guy locked the door right in front of me. I asked him to sell me a cord, he said they were closed. Im staying at the hotel next door. Now I have to drive somewhere to get a charge cord Thanks for NOTHING. Also I have been a Verizon customer for over 25 years.

Im writing this review to help other customers avoid any problems I have experienced with this store. There was a 2 hour wait for assistance at a Verizon store, so I decided to go to Go Wireless to see if they could help. If I knew how much time and stress that this store has put me through I would have gladly waited 2 hours or more for someone at the Verizon store. I would avoid this store and any Go Wireless store if possible.Nick at Go Wireless ordered a phone under my account without my authorization. I did not sign, pay or authorize him to do this. I tell him to cancel the order and he says it is done. I still see the order in my account and it was not cancelled. He did not tell me this until I contacted him and he did not mention if I cancel the order I would lose out on a promotion that was offered to me.I would rather lose the promotion than give this store any credit. Who knows what this store does to other customers behind their backs. This took me over a week to cancel an order that I did not authorize.Please avoid this store at all costs. They just care about getting a sale from you and dont share any information with you that you need to know.*********I did try to contact the consumer advocacy team and they never responded back.**********

The customer service we received today at this location was amazing! Nick took care of us in record time (and we’ve had LONG wait times at Verizon stores in the past) with a great attitude and a smile on his face!

This is my cell phone store closest to my house. Located on foothill dr so depending on time of day could b hard to get in an out, not a lot of parking I suggest parking g next door at the red Robin in the back. Its attached hed to a really nice hotel an next door to gas station and red Robin restaurant. The employees an manager here are super professional and always quick to help customers out an get the best possible price for bills. Kinda small but best location in my opinion

Service was quick, however, this is a store that sneaks in fees without disclosing them. For instance, I was told that all I owed for my new phone was sales tax. However, when I reviewed the receipt after I left the store, I saw a $25 phone set up fee that was in addition to the sales tax, which fee was never disclosed to me. When given the option of setting up my phone in the store, or by myself at home, I chose at home, but I bet it doesnt matter what the customer chooses and everyone pays a phone set up fee and dont know they are paying for it. Shady practices at this store. Make sure you ask to see a bill for what you are paying for before you pay.

Went into the store today and got the new LG Velvet from the manager Ryan. He got me a great deal on the phone and I was really impressed by the staff, who were all wearing masks. The store looked really clean and it was a much better experience than Ive had at Verizon store in the past. Thank you Ryan!

I have had a cracked screen on my phone for the last 2 months because I have been DREADING going to get a new one. Chris at the Foothill location made my entire process of getting a new phone (and a fantastic iPad that he helped me realize I really do need!) completely painless and dare I say... enjoyable! He helped me bundle and save as well as find all of the products I was needing. He set up my phone quickly and was also so kind.Thanks Chris for making that the best phone buying experience I’ve ever had! I will definitely be back to this location from here on out.

I just wanted Verizon to recognize Brian L, he is a great worker and he is extremely informed and up to date on everything happening at Verizon. I can definitely tell that he cares about the work he does. He saved my family money and spent well over an hour with me to explain certain plans. I am super thankful for his work, and I will make sure my family and I will be buying all of our phones from him. Thank you for your work!

Came in last Saturday to pick up the new iPhone 11 Pro Max, Jordan was awesome to work with! He was able to find one and get it transferred to the store within an hour and helped me navigate a difficult account issue in order to get me the phone quickly. No wait in the store and fantastic customer service. Going forward this will be the only Verizon location I will ever go back to.

Clerks werent very helpful or knowledgeable about products or ongoing promotions, and they didnt really even seem particularly interested in selling anything. Several items are not in stock, but perhaps that is because of the upcoming holidays. Nice enough people.Also some chick loafing on a chair stared me down half the time-- not sure if she was the companion of another customer or if she actually works there. Tone it down, creepy pants.

The people that work here are awesome! They are knowledgeable and friendly at the same time. So they are willing to help and talk to you about phones on your level of expertise. Plus they never hassle me when I need to get my screen replaced so that is a big bonus.

Normally I wouldnt expect such a great service but Devin was really great. I went in two different times and both times he made things simple and took his time. He never tried to sell me on anything I didnt need and answered all my questions. Ive been having issues with Verizon directly and Devin is still willing to go out of his way to help. Its great to know that theres still people like this who take time to win customers over.

I like going to this place to replace my constantly broken screen protector. During lunch, it is never packed to the point that I am usually the only one in there. The staff is friendly and helpful, they Dont give any Flack for coming in all the time to get it replaced. Smooth transaction.

Sales reps promised lifetime screen protector replacement which turned out to be a complete and total lie. The store reps tried to blame GoWireless, and GoWireless blames the store reps. Dont purchase anything additional from this group.

On februrary 20, 2019 I visited the foothill Verizon store in salt lake city. I purchased a jetpack and a tablet and the attendant who served me was excellent. The explanations that were made to me were complete and understandable and the service was promptly and efficiently accomplished. I would highly recommend Verizon at this particular store.
